25/07/2026: A very nice room with plenty of space and pleasant decor. The waiter and waitress were very friendly. The food was excellent: beef carpaccio and tartare, burgers, strawberry soup, and ice cream. The restrooms were clean! Nice terrace. When arriving from the parking lot, the exterior could be a bit more "maintained," but children (and adults) can play a little ping pong, soccer, or pétanque ;-)

14/07/2026: Superb place, amazing dining room, lovely outdoor area. Top-notch service, varied menu. Very reasonable price for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend it.

24/07/2026: Excellent welcome on a lovely terrace for lunch. We had the flank steak with shallot sauce and mixed vegetables. My wife had a slight issue, but her steak was tough and chewy, while mine was perfect. The desserts were also very good. When it came time to pay, my wife mentioned her steak to the manager, who didn't hesitate for a moment to waive the charge for it! A rare and much appreciated gesture of goodwill, well done and thank you again! I highly recommend this establishment!

24/07/2026: There's no wait if you have a reservation. The staff is attentive and helpful. The service is a little slow, but the dishes are beautifully presented. The quality and taste are excellent. I highly recommend it; this restaurant is well worth a visit.

15/04/2026: We chose a 4-star hotel hoping for a good night's sleep. But here, it's impossible to sleep with the room at 27-28 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning doesn't work in April, or at least the manager refuses to turn it on (it's a centralized system), and it's impossible to sleep with the window open because the highway is right next door. In short, two horrible nights and unhelpful staff. We had a child with us who didn't sleep at all, and it completely ruined his visit to Futuroscope. I only gave it two stars because the breakfast was good. Avoid this hotel!

13/04/2026: I am very disappointed with this hotel. It's not a 4-star hotel! No toiletries in the bathroom (makeup remover pads, cotton swabs, etc.). The cup was a cardboard one (a glass one would be better). The carpet was in poor condition. And the restaurant is awful!!! What does 4 stars even mean? When you stay in this type of hotel, you expect good service. What a shame!

17/07/2026: A very pleasant surprise, excellent value for money on the lunch menus, very tasty dishes.

11/07/2026: The waiter told us they didn't have any beef (which is on three-quarters of the menu). So we ordered chicken and received a dish served in an IKEA cereal bowl with a ridiculously small portion: about three heaped tablespoons. And the price, €16, is simply far too expensive for the amount. I definitely don't recommend it if you want value for your money.

30/07/2026: The restaurant's setting is magnificent with a beautiful view of the volcanic peaks. Enjoy the scenery, as you'll be admiring it for quite some time before being served. We arrived at 7:30 pm and were served at 9:00 pm. It seems they prioritize serving large families over young couples, despite the helpful waiters. Don't be in a hurry. The meal was decent, but the prices were a bit steep.

28/07/2026: Even the cheapest pastry costs €10. We're on the Gergovie plateau. We have to make the most of it.

05/07/2026: First time at this restaurant. Good restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. The buffet was good, the quality was good. A few minor flaws with some dishes, but that's just my opinion. The buffet was well-stocked.

08/06/2026: Very good but noisy; on Mother's Day they had trouble keeping up.

03/05/2026: We went for lunch and ordered the set menu. All the dishes were a feast for the eyes and a delight for the palate. I would eat there again in a heartbeat.

26/04/2026: The establishment cancelled our reservation for February 14th. They claim to have tried to contact us—this is false. No calls, no voicemails, no emails received. Our Dutch phone number was correct, as was our email address. It's hard not to wonder if the table was simply reassigned to a customer deemed "more valuable" that evening… When we called to find out what was going on, there was no clear explanation or acceptance of responsibility. Very disappointing for an establishment of this caliber. A lack of professionalism and customer service.

10/07/2026: First time in the Queyras region and the last day of our trip. While searching for a good restaurant online, we came across this one, whose excellent Google reviews convinced us. Before heading there, we called ahead because we were traveling with a large dog. We always ask if dogs are allowed to avoid any misunderstandings. We were assured that there were no problems, including eating inside. So, we set off with complete confidence. Upon arrival, the welcome was unfortunately very cold. The manager (I assume) informed us in a rather unfriendly tone that she would be seating us on the terrace because some people don't like dogs. We then asked if it would be possible to have a table inside, away from the crowd, so as not to disturb anyone. Finally, seemingly reluctantly, she agreed and seated us next to some customers who were absolutely lovely. Fortunately, the rest of the experience more than made up for it. The young waitress spontaneously brought water for our dog, and the cook even came over to pet him. The meal itself was excellent. However, our waitress seemed rather uninterested, and the manager's attitude remained cold throughout the entire service. In short, I recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food and for the kindness of the cook and the young waitress. Unfortunately, the manager's poor reception marred what could have been a perfect experience.

19/11/2025: We went there on a Wednesday at lunchtime. We had a table on the terrace. It's a simple set menu, but homemade and very good. The place seems to be run by British people. A very warm welcome. The location is very pleasant, right in the center of the village with its white Dordogne stone houses. A great find! After several visits, the food is always just as good and hearty. You should also go for the British atmosphere on holidays and special events! Speaking English is a nice touch. We loved it!

29/04/2026: We went there for lunch as a couple on a Wednesday. The atmosphere was great, the setting pleasant with soothing decor. The service was mainly provided by trainees. They did their best and were very pleasant. For our meal, we opted for the lunchtime set menu. We had gravlax salmon as a starter and flank steak with fries as a main course. The dishes were delicious, well-seasoned, and full of flavor! However, the dessert left much to be desired… a tiramisu without biscuits. And a chocolate pistachio fondant that was dry with a very artificial pistachio "coulis." Avoid this place for dessert. At the end of service, the manager was unpleasant. He didn't ask how the meal went and had a haughty air about him.
