12/09/2026: The fairground customers should be treated fairly. Displaying a non-existent daily special on the chalkboard is unacceptable! For example, yesterday, September 10th, the daily special was duck confit, which we couldn't order... And today, it's either tripe à la mode de Caen or beef bourguignon, same thing. Yet, neither last night nor tonight did we order late, and looking around, no one else had the daily special. The daily special is only listed on the chalkboard, and they make us order from the small menu! Next year, I'll order couscous two or four times, which will be a decent portion on the side... Not to mention the two scoops of ice cream at €8.50 for dessert... In short, the dishes at the brasserie are just... well, you know. They were good, but not very generous. But I repeat, the daily special is only on the chalkboard. Not actually in the kitchen! What a shame. I'm giving 3 stars for everything else because the staff do their job. Thanks to Lisa last night for making us laugh. Thanks to the young lady tonight for her welcome and service. As for the rest, well, I won't be back. Having seen it two nights in a row! And the daily special is nonexistent. You have to hurry to eat and pay too...

07/09/2026: Douai Trade Fair... We chose Arthur... The Flemish Carbonnade was decent... However, the mussels and fries... marinière... 20 euros for a barely filled pot... The "mussel" broth... no onions, celery, etc... it tasted like dishwater! 70 euros for a beer, a sparkling kir, a carbonnade, and a mussel... 3.50 euros for 50 cl of sparkling water and... pfufff!!! Shameful!!

19/08/2026: Excellent chip shop, always great service and a friendly atmosphere. Super efficient; despite the crowds, the queue moves quickly.

19/07/2026: We arrived at 12:00 PM, knowing that their opening hours are from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM; it's currently 1:45 PM. We ordered drinks and food, but we still hadn't eaten anything after more than an hour and 45 minutes. The waitress clearly told us to go to McDonald's, 10 minutes away, if we weren't happy. The professionalism is clearly lacking. We weren't charged for the bottle of red wine, which I appreciate, however, this doesn't excuse the service and the completely unprofessional remarks made to us.

08/07/2026: Very disappointed. We came for the first time, just passing through to enjoy a nice dessert around 2 pm. The welcome was very poor, and there were negative reviews. Luckily, the dessert was good despite the unpleasant atmosphere.

20/08/2026: Amazing pizzas!! Thin crust and quality ingredients!!

11/08/2026: As tourists, we obviously come to enjoy our holidays and treat ourselves, but we're also here to support the resort and its businesses. The question remains: will they want us to come back? In this pizzeria, we unfortunately got the impression that tourists were primarily seen as cash cows. There's a promotion advertised: buy 3 pizzas, get the 3rd half price. Sounds great... if you know about it! Because if you don't see the sign near the counter, nobody mentions it. Not a word when you order, not a word when you pay. And when you simply ask about the promotion, which is clearly available, the atmosphere changes: their attitude and facial expressions make it clear that you should almost apologize for asking for what you're entitled to. You could sum it up as: "Business is business"... but clearly, a sense of customer service and hospitality is another matter entirely. We are perfectly aware that a business owner is there to make a living. But transparency, honest business practices, and above all, customer service should be the bare minimum. For your information, we came a week ago and our pizza cost €65… The promotion wasn't applied, and the pizzeria conveniently neglected to mention it… In short, an experience that has definitely put us off. There are plenty of other places in the resort, so we'll just go elsewhere next time. Please do the same.

06/10/2026: I do not recommend it; the delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive, half of the order was cold upon arrival, and when I called to find out the status of the order, the person on the phone was unpleasant.

06/09/2026: I used to come to this kebab shop a few years ago and had rather fond memories of it. Despite the already fairly high prices and the portions not always being very generous, the kebabs were good, the ingredients fresh, and I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the kitchen. We decided to go back today as a family for lunch. When we arrived, a member of staff was setting up the tables and chairs on the terrace. We said hello, then sat down at a table barely two meters away. We naturally assumed that once the setup was complete, someone would come to take our order. But no. The man calmly finished setting up the terrace for several more minutes, then simply went inside without saying a word to us. We continued to wait. There were four members of staff present at that time, several of whom we could see in the kitchen through the window, and the establishment was far from being busy. Meanwhile, customers were arriving, ordering takeout, and leaving a few minutes later. I finally decided to go inside to ask if we had to order inside or if someone would be taking orders on the patio. I was told that we had to order inside because they didn't have a menu for taking orders outside. What I found particularly unfortunate was that the man setting up the patio was right next to the person who gave me this answer. He had seen us arrive, greet each other, sit down, and wait, all while remaining in the immediate vicinity for several minutes. A simple sentence would have sufficed: "To order, you have to come inside." It would have taken five seconds and avoided this whole situation. So it wasn't the principle of having to order inside that bothered me at all, but simply the lack of attention and communication towards customers who were clearly waiting. Disappointed and somewhat offended by the reception, we ultimately decided to leave without eating and went to another kebab shop a few minutes away. It's a shame, because I had a good impression of this establishment. After this experience, I unfortunately don't think I'll be setting foot in it again anytime soon.

06/09/2026: It had been an extremely long time since I'd been back to Manolya in Strasbourg, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. We were the only customers on the terrace. One of the servers was setting up the chairs, so we naturally assumed someone would come to take our order. However, no one told us we had to go inside to order. After waiting for almost 15 minutes without anyone coming, we finally decided to ask inside. That's when we were told we did indeed have to order directly at the counter. I find it really unfortunate that we weren't simply informed upon arrival. A simple "Hello, you need to order inside" would have saved us from waiting unnecessarily. The service is clearly subpar, and it's all the more disappointing after returning after so much time. It's an experience that unfortunately doesn't make me want to come back.

03/10/2026: Nice campsite, good spots, but the hygiene isn't great.

20/09/2026: We enjoyed our second short stay at the Salisse, just a 15-minute walk from the beach. The reception staff were very welcoming. The pools are great. We will return, but there are a few drawbacks to mention: the safety measures were average, with electric scooters going too fast being a real danger; some employees seemed more interested in their phones than in providing information or being even remotely friendly (this isn't always the case), but perhaps they were just feeling the effects of the end of the season.

17/09/2026: Excellent and original snacks! The breads are very good, and there's something for everyone; you can tell quality ingredients are used to make them! Sometimes the service isn't perfect, but it's understandable that a smile isn't always guaranteed when you see some disrespectful customers.

27/08/2026: Exquisite pastries, perfect and well-balanced taste. High-quality ingredients and presentation, the only slight drawback is the somewhat high price.

30/09/2026: Change of management, I thought, why not give it another try... apparently the team is still the same... Learn to smile, we're supposed to have a pleasant time at a restaurant, not endure the waiter's bad mood. Keep walking

27/09/2026: Excellent service and dining room. Very tasty dishes, full of flavor. One small issue: the spritz was different in size and taste. 🤔 Good place to eat.

24/08/2026: This is no longer the same establishment; the website is misleading! Unfortunately, this establishment has become a hangout for a small group of men whose words and behavior paint a particularly unpleasant picture of the place: sexist, homophobic, and racist remarks, mockery of passersby, especially cyclists. The atmosphere is oppressive and caricatured, a far cry from the friendly establishment I once knew. The couple who run it have had to give up in the face of this crowd!

12/10/2026: Well-run restaurant, good quality snacks with 2 spring rolls for less than €5

08/10/2026: Its a mix and match kind of place. Each meat dish averages around 5.20€ for a small portion. Taste wise is not the best to be honest. The food are cold and then microwaved to heat up.

14/08/2026: The owner wasn't very pleasant. He got defensive over a glass of water. I didn't want it for free. I would have paid for it. Either he didn't understand our request, or he was overwhelmed. What a shame.
