04/07/2026: Passing through Bagnoles de l'Orne, I honestly went there four times because it was so good! Living near the Belgian border, I can assure you that the fries are excellent and the kebabs delicious. The staff is friendly, both the waitress and the cook. I wish you all the best for the future and hope to see you again next year, as I am completely satisfied with your food. Well done, thank you, and good luck for the rest of the season. Best regards.

27/06/2026: Second time, the first time we ordered takeout, which was very good, and this time we decided to eat in. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed our meal. The only slight drawback is the lack of amenities for children (no children's menus and no booster seats).

29/06/2026: Meal with my husband and two daughters. We arrived at 3 pm to find a full, overflowing bin at the entrance. We placed our order at 3:15 pm and waited 15 minutes even though the place wasn't very busy. The burger was cold. Four items were missing from our order. No ice cream was available during the heatwave. We left at 4:15 pm, and the bin hadn't been emptied. Very disappointed. It doesn't make us want to come back.

20/06/2026: The pizza was very good, well-topped (with tomato sauce), not overcooked, not too salty, and the crust was excellent. The service was decent, it's a shame they didn't let us finish our drinks before bringing us the main courses. Cool, cool, we're here to relax.

10/06/2026: Beautiful setting, not very busy (you'll quickly understand why). The staff looked at us strangely when we specified that we wanted tap water and not bottled water for €5 (which we were still charged for without explanation). The pizza seemed frozen. The prices are high for the quality, but lower than neighboring restaurants. Some of the staff were very pleasant, and the burger meat was good quality. Try the sushi if you like, but personally, we'll never go back here.

26/07/2026: Having eaten at this establishment several times before (Le Relais d'Alsace, La Taverne, etc.), the food used to be excellent, well-prepared, high-quality, and good value for money. It's changed drastically! The cocktail of the moment was €7, a small glass served with lots of ice. In short, if you remove the ice, there's not much there! Then there's the menu! I wanted a Caesar salad, but instead, there were only two salad options for €19! My husband ordered sauerkraut, and everything was served on the same plate! One potato, lots of tasteless cabbage, and the meat piled on top! The sauerkraut from before was much better and presented more elegantly for €25! I ordered salmon tartare served with two lettuce leaves! A small bowl of fries, the salmon had no taste whatsoever—basic raw salmon with a drizzle of soy sauce and a few seeds on top. The tartare was barely 2 cm high! In short, ugh! And the desserts! Ice cream sundaes cost €8.50, and some desserts are in the display case for €9, but they're not very appealing! So, no dessert for me! On the plus side, the waiter, a gentleman who's been at this establishment for a long time, is very friendly.

11/07/2026: It's unfortunately overpriced and the quality is poor. Yes, everything is gluten-free, but the other ingredients for our breakfast sandwich were of inferior quality. The sandwich itself was also very dry and greasy. Simply not good! Not recommended at all. The place is decorated in a tasteless and run-down style. However, the service was very friendly.

We dined at Le Parvis in Albi this evening and had a truly excellent meal, contrary to the various negative reviews on this post. We will definitely return if we ever come back to this lovely city. 02/07/2026: A really lovely brasserie right in the city center! The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is quick, and you immediately feel at ease. A big thank you to Laurent, who is particularly welcoming, friendly, and professional. His excellent service truly makes a difference. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

16/07/2026: Really disappointed. The kids' menu had mushy sausages, the minced steak was overcooked and dry, making it unappetizing, especially for children. The service was so-so; we waited 20-25 minutes for the children's dessert, which we didn't order. The quenelles were definitely not homemade... Really disappointed, especially when we saw the bill 😡 It's a shame because it has potential.

15/07/2026: Disappointed, after briefly believing I'd found the establishment again, what a letdown...

08/06/2026: We received a gift voucher valid until 08/12/2025 and when we tried to book, we were surprised to find that your establishment was closed from the end of October to April. So, at the beginning of April, we came to the establishment to extend the gift voucher, and we were told that it wasn't possible. The person had to check with their manager, and to this day we have heard nothing. When you have a gift voucher valid until December and your establishment is closed, the least you can do is put dates on the gift voucher that correspond to your closure dates. Furthermore, we haven't received a refund, which is unacceptable.

17/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looking for a truly authentic espresso, I had the pleasure of receiving expert advice from the charming lady who greeted us with a lovely smile. She suggested a coffee that perfectly matched my expectations: an Italian coffee. Delicately accompanied by a glass of chilled water and a square of chocolate, this espresso was of exceptional quality. A real treat. I was pleasantly surprised by the shop's evolution; it's now brighter, more elegant, and more welcoming than during my previous visit a few years ago. The furnishings create a particularly warm and refined atmosphere, with comfortable seating. A wide selection of coffees, teas, chocolates, fruit jellies, and marshmallows is showcased in this open-air shop. A very courteous welcome and impeccable service. I recommend this place for the enjoyment of good coffee lovers.

07/06/2026: A disappointing experience. The welcome was rather cold and unfriendly. I also noticed a lack of cleanliness in the glasses, which doesn't inspire confidence. Efforts are needed to improve these aspects.
