12/10/2026: Today's experience. A gizzard salad with a few pieces of lettuce and some pale white tomatoes. It was really nothing special! For the main course, a very dry chicken supreme, poorly cooked, and potatoes that were barely cooked. It was really quite poor. I'm always surprised by the quality of food in some restaurants, as an amateur cook.

19/10/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Rude service and a disappointing experience. There were four of us, and we wanted to order two hot chocolates and one fruit crêpe. One person in our group was already full and did not want to eat anything else. The waiter insisted that we had to order four items because, according to him, those were the establishment’s rules. I explained in English that she did not want anything to eat. When he replied that those were the rules, I calmly said, “OK, it’s fine, we’ll leave.” We did not argue; we simply got up and left. However, when I said we were leaving, the waiter suddenly switched to French and continued speaking to us in a language we could not understand. Given his tone and the timing, his attitude felt extremely unpleasant and left us with the impression that he was making comments about us. An establishment has the right to set its own policies, but those policies should be communicated politely, and customers should always be treated with respect. The waiter’s attitude was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. We left without ordering anything, and we would not return. Paris has far too many wonderful places to accept this kind of service.

21/06/2026: Lovely establishment, spacious and clean rooms. Friendly welcome. Air conditioning was a welcome relief during this heatwave.

02/06/2026: Passing through on my motorcycle this Sunday on my way to Spain, I was welcomed by the very friendly owner. I left my motorcycle in the private parking area, which offered a view from my room. I recommend this simple hotel, which does the job as a stopover. However, finding dinner on a Sunday evening in Pithiviers was a real hassle... there's a Chinese restaurant further down the road, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

09/08/2026: The bar is well located, not far from my place, perfect for a break in the sun, though somewhat shaded by the parasols on the terrace. I had a great time there with my friend.

11/03/2026: Beware of this grocery store; they don't respect hygiene. Once, I bought bread and found it had already been opened and was missing a piece. They also take advantage of customers to overcharge if they're not careful. Avoid it.

04/01/2026: I had a package from the post office delivered to this pickup point, even though it wasn't where I'd requested it. What a nasty surprise! The service was appalling. The man with glasses was incredibly rude. He refused to give me my package, even though I had my partner's ID. Even his colleagues seemed exasperated with him and were practically telling him to stop making a fuss and just give me the package. He even started getting aggressive, so I decided to leave before things escalated. I absolutely do not recommend this place; it didn't make me want to try their food at all... If you're bothered by using a pickup point, don't.

20/06/2026: I recently had a kebab and was frankly disappointed because the meat was of very poor quality with pieces of cartilage and a lot of fatty parts, so I don't recommend it...

10/08/2026: We ordered two steak and fries meals. We were a bit disappointed with the food: the steaks were frozen, the hamburger buns were a bit stale, and the two glasses of wine weren't really glasses at all—just the dregs. The products weren't fresh. Avoid this place.

21/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Café de la Paix possesses remarkable historical charm. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to another era, with a setting that has preserved all the elegance and authenticity of bygone days. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the experience. The welcome is impeccable, the service pleasant, and the premises are very well maintained, right down to the restrooms. A truly unique interlude during our stay, which greatly contributed to discovering the beauty and charm of the city. A place well worth a visit!

10/09/2026: Top-notch café/bistro, the service and food were truly excellent, we weren't disappointed. We ate for under €45 for two and it was definitely worth it. The waitress and waiter were friendly and efficient, I highly recommend it!

27/05/2026: My review concerns the restaurant and, in particular, the brunch. It was a very pleasant time spent by the Seine with a delicious brunch, fresh ingredients, and a friendly welcome. I'll definitely be back.

20/10/2026: The welcome was mediocre at best, seating was based on reservations, and we were refused a seat because it was taken by someone who hadn't booked... Bravo for your LAMENTABLE organization. As for the food, it was awful. A rare steak arrived very well-done and overcooked. Regarding the order, they asked, "Sir, would you like dessert?" It was part of a set menu, so there was no follow-up. LAMENTABLE. And the bill... a real treat... I was charged for three courses when I only had two... In short, I suspect there's a manager who revels in mediocrity.

20/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant with my daughter and granddaughter. We were practically alone, as we arrived in the early afternoon, yet we were treated like royalty. The meal was generous (I highly recommend the lamb skewers, the grilled ham in the children's menu, and the profiteroles – they're amazing! 🤯🤤), delicious, and reasonably priced. A special mention for the waiter who took excellent care of us. Thank you again! I highly recommend it 😉😋 One small drawback: it's a franchise restaurant, so there's no free children's menu on Wednesdays as advertised outside 😮‍💨🫤

05/10/2026: When we visited this restaurant the kitchen was closed but the staff were kind enough to offe us a platter of cold charcuterie & fromage mix which served our needs at the time
