12/10/2026: Unacceptable experience at the McDonald’s in Moréac on Sunday, October 4th. We waited over an hour for our orders, some items were missing, others arrived about 20 minutes late, and some meals were cold. Around thirty other customers seemed to be experiencing similar service problems that evening. Despite this situation, the manager offered no compensation whatsoever. I filed a complaint with McDonald’s France the next day requesting a refund for our two orders, totaling €91.73. To date, I have received no response. My sister-in-law also took the initiative to contact the Moréac McDonald’s directly, but she also received no reply. What is particularly disappointing, beyond the poor experience itself, is the complete lack of follow-up and consideration for customers. If all we're going to receive are canned, purely standard responses that don't actually address the problem and offer no concrete solutions, there's no point in bothering to reply. We're not asking for automatic apologies or ready-made phrases, but for genuine consideration of the situation and a response tailored to the harm suffered. An incident can happen, but how it's handled afterward speaks volumes about customer service. To date, we mostly feel that our complaints are being ignored. I'm very disappointed by this experience and the lack of professionalism in handling complaints.

13/08/2026: First time there, we didn't know how the place worked. We were told to choose a table and wait. It would have been great if they'd told us the appetizers were self-service 😅 The appetizer was good, but the portion was small. For water, they gave us the half-empty bottle from the next table. Regarding bread, they told us to go cut our own, which we did. The main course was very good ☺️ and the dessert was nice too, and we were told it was self-service. Perhaps one waitress isn't enough. We left with the feeling that we hadn't really been to a proper restaurant. Nothing too serious, but maybe a few adjustments are in order. Nice setting for a meal.

13/06/2026: An amazing traditional French café bar. We had lunch, which was €15 for 3 courses, with wine. Starters & puddings were in separate chillers, pick your own. There was a small choice of mains, to order. Everything was excellent for the money. Madame was running the place single handed, but she had it all under control. The clientele was mostly local people, and friendly. Fantastic place.

19/06/2026: Hello, I may not be a loyal customer, but until now I haven't really had any complaints about my calzone. From excellent to just okay, that's my opinion. All the ingredients were there, but the portion size is quite small, so there's a significant difference between generous and a sampler. Therefore, even if I'm very hungry or craving a calzone with extras, I'll think twice before ordering from here again. The dough was good and perfectly cooked, a little bland without an abundance of ingredients. Thank you.

02/08/2026: Very expensive for the quality; you have no choice but to take the €32 set menu: one main course and one dessert. For that price, you expect better. There were other customers who were unhappy with their steak and the wine!

01/08/2026: Very pleasant, well-located, and an excellent restaurant. The daily lunch menu is very appealing. A warm welcome, quality service, and a great location within the Saulges cave valley, near the museum, the Erve river, and the Margot and Rochefort caves. Good cuisine featuring local produce. I highly recommend it.

26/09/2026: Overall, very good. We had lunch in the veranda, which was lovely. The service seemed a little slow, but nothing excessive, and very friendly. The chops were delicious.
