21/07/2026: Perfect service, atmosphere and food!

20/07/2026: A rather unpleasant experience at this café/restaurant. My mother and I arrived around 4 pm; I wanted a coffee and she was craving a Belgian hot chocolate. A waiter came to take our order, but before I even had a chance to answer, he'd gone outside to chat with his colleague. Another waiter took over and informed us that they only had Belgian coffees but no Belgian hot chocolate (strange, as they usually go together), so my mother didn't order anything. And as for my coffee, it was served in a dirty, sticky cup… all for €2.30 a coffee. In short, avoid it.

10/04/2026: You can order using English input at the ordering terminal, and there's a restroom inside. Everything was clean and the service was fast. We'll definitely be back. Excellent value for money! 👍👍👍

10/04/2026: The promised deadline was not met. The staff were unfriendly. The cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired.

14/07/2026: So-so, the number of restrooms is insufficient! The young employees also need a reminder (training?) about cleaning the tables regularly, because now we have to ask for it... The service is very slow because there's no organizational system... The quality of service doesn't meet McDonald's standards. Something needs to be done because we were served in 25 minutes!! What can I say!

13/07/2026: Hygiene problems, the room had a floor full of old, crushed fries, and the toilets were horrible....

26/07/2026: I bought a baguette today (this morning, actually). It's already hard this evening... This has happened to me several times with baguettes, and the baked goods are awful!

19/07/2026: I received a very warm welcome, the atmosphere was great, and the service was quick. It's very well located opposite the ocean. However, I ordered a Napoli pizza, which was nothing like the one I ordered. It had far too many tomatoes, a few anchovies, three olives, and a handful of capers, all on a burnt crust. In short, I was very disappointed.

18/07/2026: Staff who give you dirty looks and stare at you.

28/07/2026: The onion soup and creme brulee were delicious. The restaurant is in a very nice location. The big downside is the service – the waiter was rude, and what's more, he charged us for overpriced drinks. We bought them during happy hour, which was only recognized after I pointed this out.

16/05/2026: First time in this bar, we went there to play a game of pool and darts, just a typical student outing… We had barely arrived (I'm not exaggerating, we had only stepped inside) when a woman (the owner) literally yelled at us, "You're minors! You're minors! There are minors in this group!" We were a bit shocked and incredulous, but we thought the woman was joking (it was so surreal), so we went up to the bar, and that's when we noticed the woman's strange and very aggressive behavior. "Did someone just laugh?" "Who was making fun of me?" We offered her our ID cards as proof of age, but it was no use (the worst part is that no one reacted to her aggressive behavior; she was literally shouting throughout the bar, and her colleague seemed to think it was normal). Frankly, we left the bar completely bewildered by the situation, and I'm not surprised by the recent comments suggesting she was on drugs because her eyes were wide and she was making numerous nervous gestures. Response to the comment: We understand the restrictions regarding minors, but this does not justify the aggressive reception, especially since we offered to show our ID cards as proof of age. I could say that it's also defamatory to refuse entry to people based on their appearance rather than their actual identity (since we were all adults). Furthermore, we simply agree with the previous comments which also describe the manager's completely erratic behavior (including some comments that explicitly mention physical aggression), which can really lead to confusion regarding certain consumption patterns. Before saying that our judgment was excessive, it's primarily the opinion of many "customers" who had a similar and unpleasant experience.

25/01/2026: THE WORST PLACE IN THE ZONA ROSA. THE WAITERS AND SECURITY ARE AWFUL. DON'T GO, THEY'LL ROB YOU AND KICK YOU OUT BY MAKING UP THINGS. THEY KICKED US OUT JUST BECAUSE A WOMAN SAID THEY TOUCHED HER, AND WITHOUT INVESTIGATING, THEY RUNED US OUT. THEY'RE ABUSIVE AND STUPID.

22/07/2026: The Bouillabaisse and the Parailla de la mer were exquisite! The famous Bouillabaisse is really unique in its intensity of flavour. Portions are very generous and both the beer and the wine are great. Totally recommended!

30/03/2026: I was quite surprised to walk into this bar and find a huge Confederate flag. The "Texas" decor in a bar in Burgundy is one thing, but not the flag. In case you didn't know, it's the flag of the Confederate States during the American Civil War, states that united the slave-owning, white supremacist South. We find it rather problematic to display that. Otherwise, the service was fine.
