23/07/2026: Delightful Staff, finally people that speak clear english. Recomend 100%, as the food was good and not expensive. Good option especially after the aeronautic museum.

09/02/2026: Senior residence with some apartments offered in a hotel-style format. A wonderful welcome, clean, very functional, and comfortable apartments. A huge thank you especially to Chaïma, who welcomed us with truly remarkable kindness and attentiveness. She promptly informed us of the delay with one of our bags, with great professionalism and consideration. Chaïma was lovely, very professional, always smiling, and extremely accommodating. She's clearly the kind of person who makes all the difference during a stay. We will definitely be back next year.

29/06/2026: Not recommended. There's no shortage of good places in the 17th arrondissement. Even though I grew up in the neighborhood, at 43, I'd never been to this place. Basic, uninteresting food. A bar/tobacconist with outdated decor. The owner is awful behind his counter with his thick Parisian accent.

28/05/2026: Good brasserie, simple and affordable in terms of prices, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is good, the setting is not bad in the summer!

13/06/2026: The owners were very friendly, but one of the waitresses must have been having an off day. The meal was decent, nothing special. The flank steak was far from tender. The atmosphere was pleasant and the place was clean.

28/04/2026: We came for lunch two days in a row, as a group of three, without a reservation. Even though it was busy when we arrived, they did their best to find us a table and we received a very warm welcome. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. We recommend making a reservation if you can.

23/06/2026: One of the best croissants I've had (I do like them soft and squishy rather than crispy, so it's a matter of taste). The jambon emmental sandwich was great too, and I ate both of these after 9PM so they held up well.

From our very first interactions, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism. The organization was impeccable from beginning to end. The manager is a genuinely kind person, attentive, available, and always ready with helpful advice. He played a huge role in making our day a resounding success. The decorations were magnificent, the various rooms can be adapted to suit all types of events, the veranda is very pleasant, and the terrace is a real bonus for enjoying sunny days. As for the meal, everything was excellent. The dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. All our guests were delighted. The service was simply exceptional: the servers were lovely, smiling, attentive, and incredibly kind. We didn't have to worry about a thing; everything was handled with remarkable efficiency and discretion. Organizing a wedding is often stressful, but thanks to the entire team at Le Charitois, we were able to fully enjoy our day and create unforgettable memories with our loved ones. A huge thank you to the whole team for your dedication, professionalism, and kindness. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a reliable venue to celebrate an event or simply enjoy a wonderful meal. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

11/09/2026: Really disappointed. I took the kids for lunch. We only ate leftovers. Everything was dry in the bowls, and many were empty. I wanted to get some beef to stir-fry, but I smelled a strange odor with the meat, and it had almost turned black. I'm really sorry, but things have changed compared to a few years ago.

04/04/2026: The burger I chose was terrible; every bite was torture for my taste buds, the culprit being the ground beef. Despite this, the staff were attentive and the service was quick. I'd rather eat at McDonald's, even though the quality might be mediocre; at least it tastes better. The fries were okay.

09/09/2026: Purchase of a defective product and refusal to exchange it. A regular customer is now completely lost. Zero customer service skills. Absolutely avoid.

10/08/2026: So I bought two packs of cigarettes and wanted a glass of water, but they refused. Then a customer asked for a glass of water and gave it to me. Bistros aren't what they used to be. I'm not sure refusing drinking water is legal 🥺🥺🥺 It's really shocking.
