22/08/2026: I'm quite shocked by the 3.9 average rating, as this restaurant is not of good quality. A few months ago, it even had to close for a while due to hygiene issues. Absolutely avoid it.

20/07/2026: The service was disastrous. Either you take the phone and put the customer on hold, or you hang up and deal with them. She finally decided to do both, so naturally she asked me to repeat my order three times… I wasn't planning on having lunch here because a year ago the same nonchalant waitress burned the pizza I ordered. Unfortunately, they offered me a second chance, and I decided to give it another go. The result: an entire afternoon spent in the bathroom, and excruciating abdominal pain. Then I remembered all those damn flies landing on the pastries… I think we should call Philippe; it would be a great first episode for a bakery nightmare.

18/07/2026: Excellent homemade Liège coffee. The furniture is a bit dated, but the welcome and service are pleasant and impeccable.

05/08/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been to this bakery because on my last two visits, I was charged for my drink and food separately instead of the set price, as I had specifically requested. Apparently, things come in threes, because today the maxi cookie I bought was completely stale, hard as a rock, with a bit of hair stuck to the top.

17/09/2026: We weren't allowed in, with the excuse "it's not for you"... The bouncer was very closed-minded and cold.

07/06/2026: A disappointing experience. The welcome was rather cold and unfriendly. I also noticed a lack of cleanliness in the glasses, which doesn't inspire confidence. Efforts are needed to improve these aspects.

08/09/2026: A classic, simple, and efficient Marie Blachère, but what truly earns it 5 stars is their salesman, nicknamed "Sheriff"! A big smile, plenty of courtesy and friendliness, all while maintaining his originality and joie de vivre, not to mention a touch of humor and attentiveness to each customer! An employee with great potential for rapid advancement.

02/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent bakery! The bread is fresh and delicious, and the pastries are truly excellent. But I especially want to highlight the warm welcome from the young woman at the register. She is lovely, smiling, very polite, and genuinely attentive to customers. Her friendly welcome and kindness make me want to come back even more. She truly deserves to be commended! Bravo to the whole team, and especially to this young cashier for her professionalism and kindness. ❤️🥖🥐

Special mention goes to the Indian pizza, which was very well-made and perfectly balanced, and the four-cheese pizza, which was just the right amount of indulgent. The homemade dough really makes all the difference. A great place that I highly recommend!

14/09/2026: What a disappointment! It doesn't even deserve one star. The food was truly awful! Where has the quality gone that we used to enjoy? And the prices? Don't even get me started—they reflect the poor quality of the service: bad, very expensive. We saw the chef turning customers away based on their arrival time (and perhaps his mood?!). Everything needs to be rethought; what a shame.

10/09/2026: Nice establishment. Warm and relaxed welcome. Our meal choices: pork loin and fries. This is where things get complicated. The pork loin was nothing more than a plain, overcooked pork chop, and the fries were served in a tiny, sample-sized portion. The term "bistronomic" only applies to the price of the dishes, certainly not to the actual food or its quality. I am extremely disappointed.
