28/03/2026: Hello, So why 5 stars? I'm from Normandy, and when I come to the Lille area, this is exactly the kind of brasserie where I like to relax! You can tell that things are done right here; you'll find the traditions of good living: a warm "Bonjour" full of smiles, you'll feel the pleasure of being welcomed. The same goes for the food; the steak tartare, the same one I used to eat at my aunt's butcher shop in Wattignies, is delicious. So, I highly recommend it. And a big BRAVO and THANK YOU for contributing to the success of our stay in Lille.

22/07/2026: Great visit to this neighborhood Subway, I was extremely well received by Vishmi! Smiling, friendly, and attentive, she made me a fantastic sandwich. The place is clean and well laid out. I highly recommend it and commend Vishmi again :)

12/07/2026: We usually come to this place very often but I can guarantee you that this will be our last time here. First, we had A GIGANTIC INSECT in our salad bowl if someone took one small look before serving it to us they would have seen it, this shows the lack of attention while preparing and serving the food, when we showed it to them they took our plates like it was nothing without even apologizing!! Second, the service was horrible, the waiter was just waving and doing signs for us to do his work, and their behavior was awful overall. It’s unacceptable to be treated like this, at least an apology was very much needed.

09/07/2026: Nice cafe with affordable mocktails and drinks. They allowed people to stay more to watch the World Cup match even though they were closing and staff is nice and effective. I highly recommend.

03/08/2026: Would not recommend this restaurant. The food was simply not good.

31/07/2026: Well located in the lower part of town, right by the beach. We were there in rainy weather, but getting a table was no problem. A table was set for us immediately. It was good. We were satisfied.

10/08/2026: Unfriendly staff, difficult to understand how to order food, and if you're not careful they'll charge you for everything. The cashier doesn't even try to explain things in French.

07/08/2026: We came for lunch at noon, and it went very well. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly, both at the registers and in the food service area. We're from Brittany, and we don't regret our visit.

09/05/2026: Food was okay, service deplorable. The food was good, but I felt like I was bothering the waiters. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant. No response to hello, they just threw plates at you and didn't explain how the tablet works...

05/08/2026: Disappointed. I told the waiter I was in a hurry because I had a time constraint… Order taken at 7:48 PM, served at 8:32 PM. They prioritized takeout orders. Even the waiters asked us not to order pizzas…

02/08/2026: The service was a disaster. The dishes were served raw. The manager also said that's how they eat here. The cutlery was dirty. You had to ask for clean cutlery, with great kindness. It was a disaster.

06/07/2026: Tom, the Sunday evening waiter, is magnificent; watching him reminded me of Mbappé's performance in 2022. In short, I wasn't expecting anything and I'm shocked, blown away. The welcome, the friendliness, the atmosphere—everything was perfect!

08/08/2026: First experience and a pleasant discovery with my partner today. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. They cleared the plates quite quickly and didn't leave them lying around on the tables like some other all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants... And above all, the prices were very, very affordable. For two people with two drinks, we only paid €48 compared to €60 at a competitor. We saved over €10 for the same enjoyment, if not more. Parking was very easy (below Leroy Merlin). So I recommend it 100%! Thank you again to the staff for your kindness; we will definitely be back.

08/08/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, kindness, and friendliness! We were made to feel very welcome, always with a smile. We particularly appreciated all the thoughtful touches, especially the high chair for our baby. A special thank you to the manager, who was absolutely lovely, very patient, and truly attentive to our needs. He kindly helped us find a parking space and even gave our baby some candy and a lollipop. It's these little gestures that make all the difference! Thank you again to the whole team for your hospitality and kindness. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!

04/06/2026: They're scammers! I went in with my mother, and they charged us €3 for a savory pastry when they actually sell it for €1. With my backpack (I was shopping), they mistook me for a tourist! I obviously reported the person who pocketed the €2... The pastries are also very bad; you're better off going somewhere else, frankly.

28/07/2026: Delicious steak frites. Recommended medium rare for the steak. The hippo sauce was quite unique, the black pepper and bernaise were also good. Do try the egg mayonnaise starter and the panna cotta at the end for dessert. Worth it! Would recommend if you are near Massena.

25/03/2026: This fast food place is simply amazing, the wait time isn't long at all, really great value for money. The sandwiches are generous and delicious. I highly recommend it!

08/02/2026: I've never eaten there in person, but the home delivery is quick and efficient, the food is good and inexpensive—it's rare to find restaurants that offer set menus with desserts for around 10 euros. I recommend it.

23/07/2026: A very bad experience. We ordered 7 pizzas, only 6 were delivered, and only one matched our order. When we called to report the problem, the manager offered no apology and even tried to blame us. It took over 30 minutes to get a refund. Appalling customer service; I do not recommend this place.

23/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend! The pizzas ordered for delivery were not the right ones and not the right number, and the worst part is that the manager contacted by phone through the delivery driver told us it was our fault, half an hour of discussion to finally get a refund, and our evening ruined.

29/07/2026: A wonderful experience at La Terrasse du Parc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We loved our meal on the sunny terrace ☀️ and the menu was fantastic 🍽️

28/07/2026: Long-time customer: the ship is sinking. Fewer choices for starters and no improvement in quality. Same for main courses. Far fewer dessert options. The barbecue buffet is a one-way street.
