21/04/2026: The stay was, as always, very pleasant. However, breakfast was clearly not up to the hotel's usual standard this year. The selection of hot dishes was particularly limited and repetitive, consisting mainly of average-quality poultry sausage and white rice each morning. The offering lacked variety and refinement, especially compared to previous seasons when breakfast was significantly better. This is why my rating is lower in this respect.

03/03/2026: We had a great experience at La Sivoliere. All the staff were very kind, warm, helpful and professional with a smile always on their face. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel home away from home. The service was perfect. The rooms were small but cozy and equipped with everything we need. The ski shop was great with always the great help of Antonio and Coralie. The Concierge team tried to accommodate all our requests with patience. The reception team were always ready for anything. Finally, all the shuttle drivers were super nice and real gentlemen. We will definitely go again there next year.

06/12/2025: One of my favorites anywhere in the world. It’s not particularly trendy, but everything is delicious and well made with great ingredients.

06/12/2025: Fancy a sweet treat? Indulge in a pastry. I highly recommend the "Petit Paris" – the best éclair I've ever had. Kudos to the pastry team!

23/06/2026: We had a delicious meal, a tasty, fresh salad followed by linguine frutta di mare. To finish, a delicious, homemade tiramisu! 😋🤩 Friendly service!

18/06/2026: The food was decent enough. The service was satisfactory, the young staff were great, but the owner was incredibly impatient when it came time to pay! We won't be back.

05/07/2026: The products are of good quality (bread, pastries, etc.), but I no longer frequent this bakery, like many people around me. We all share the same observation: this haughty and incredibly unpleasant waitress, who radically changes her behavior and acts like the perfect saleswoman in front of her bosses, but when she's alone, she's disrespectful to customers, speaks to you with contempt, and shows no politeness whatsoever, not even a greeting. This inconsistent service has forced me to choose another bakery, like many others in the town. It's as if she's trying to bankrupt the business. I'll gladly return when this person is no longer there. Given the numerous complaints about this saleswoman in the town, it's perhaps time to take action to win back the dozens of customers who can no longer tolerate her haughty and inappropriate way of serving bread. She should be filmed to see the differences in service because it's truly unbelievable!

21/06/2026: I stayed two nights in a female 6-people room. Overall I enjoyed my time here and would book it again - especially as a solo traveler. Here is what I liked: - the beds are comfortable, the sheets soft - the receptionists were friendly - nice location, easy to walk to from the city center and the main station. Also the neighborhood looks beautiful - the breakfast is a good selection, although expensive - we had two bathrooms in a room of 6 and stayed there with 3-4 people. That was a quite nice bathroom to person ratio - the bathrooms were clean too and looked rather modern / neutral - the other people staying in my room were very nice - I felt safe Here is what I would have preferred to be different: - there is no air conditioner in der room, it gets really hot during the day and if the night is warm too, it does not cool down, no matter how long the windows are opened. If someone has problems with heat at night I would not really recommend this place for a summer night. - you need a 1-euro coin to use the locker in the room. If I had known I would have brought one - there is no wifi in the rooms and the wifi in the rest of the building had no internet connection when I tried to connect. That could have been better

05/06/2026: Stay in a modern design hotel but with disadvantages in hot weather. I liked the modern design the 24 hour reception. The room was at the 3rd floor and during the days we stayed it was very hot outside and we couldn’t sleep. The room wasn’t air conditioned. Also the water in bath wasn’t stable and it changed from hot to cold and reverse. Breakfast must have more variety(eg juices nutella chocolate, hot egg crambles) and more hot dishes.

01/08/2026: Very well located next to the Champs-Élysées. A wide variety of products and reasonable prices. Very convenient for picking up some supplies and having a snack in the nearby Champs-Élysées gardens, and taking a break.

08/07/2026: This morning, barely 9:00 AM, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, there was a young man standing in front of the open door on the Malesherbes side. I greeted him, and he replied, "It's closed!" while looking at me out of the corner of his eye. I didn't quite understand because there were people inside. I politely asked him, "What do you mean, closed? There are people inside?" and he responded aggressively, "I told you it's CLOSED! I don't see how I can explain it any better to make you understand that it's closed!" A little explanation would be better than speaking to regular customers like that! And there were other customers behind me who were also shocked! This young man's training needs to be reviewed urgently! Thank you!

12/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. We arrived with a confirmed reservation but could not access the accommodation. Reception was unattended, and the emergency contact number was unreachable despite several attempts. As a result, we were left standing in front of the hotel without accommodation and without any assistance. The lack of communication and support was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property and would advise others to avoid it.

09/06/2026: A very friendly man at reception upon arrival. And a young woman at check-out who didn't even say hello and didn't even look at you. The location is quiet and the apartment is spacious and clean. €59 for the room was inexpensive. However, a little friendliness would have made it even better.

01/05/2026: This is a particularly welcoming restaurant; the entire team is highly competent and friendly. Hygiene is impeccable, and the dining room is spacious and inviting. The culinary offerings are numerous and very well executed. It's a true pleasure every time you visit. Don't hesitate.

06/02/2026: Having been to many all-you-can-eat Asian buffets, I have to say this one wasn't great. The buffet was mediocre at best, with limited choices and some dishes of questionable quality. I tried it, but I won't be going back.

15/01/2026: Excellent cuisine, with a special mention for the beef fillet with mandarin. The service, however, did not live up to the setting. A shame!

28/12/2025: The lady was super kind and nice, and the hotel in general was good. The room was big enough and clean, and there is a backyard where you can park your car. There were two small things we didn’t like, however: 1. Since it is a pet-friendly hotel, you may sometimes hear dogs barking during the night. 2. There was no trash bin in the toilet, and the toilet and bathroom were separate, which was a bit inconvenient.

11/12/2025: I went to lunch at the Notre Dame restaurant and ordered a Bibelesskas. I was frankly disappointed; it was just a small bowl of potatoes, two pieces of ham that were mostly fat, and two pieces of Black Forest cake. It's 5 PM and I'm already cooking because I'm so hungry. A dish like this should be much more substantial.

27/07/2026: Good evening, I'm disappointed. How can you serve ice cream for almost €5 that's only half full?! It's outrageous...

27/07/2026: Hello, I'm giving one star not because of the employees, but because of the new McFlurry policy, which I find outrageous. They've cut the amount of ice cream in half without lowering the price, of course. €4.50 for a half-filled ice cream is a joke! McDonald's, you're pushing us to choose Burger King (which is far superior). And to top it off, there's been no compensation, even after a complaint. It's a shame. Sincerely, Cassandre

14/06/2026: Honestly, I don't recommend it… The service isn't pleasant. You order a mixed burger and you only get one meat out of two, and you're not even told. The patio floor is dirty and the tables are only half cleaned. In short, go to the McDonald's next door, it's better lol

13/05/2026: Meal between two visits. 10-minute wait. Two ham and Emmental cheese sandwiches (very crispy bread and fillings provided) + one very good custard tart with shortcrust pastry and one red fruit crumble. We ate very well. I recommend it.

13/05/2026: We had a very good filled baguette and two cookies there. Very tasty and fresh!
