05/08/2026: Not recommended. The service and customer relations were nonexistent. I went with my two children to try Moroccan food. I asked for a dish to try, and the chef angrily accepted and said, "I'll give you one forkful!"

20/06/2026: Good Moroccan food, a place we love. However, the usher who greeted us kicked us out because we sat down without his permission (saying: "I decide where you'll be seated, Madam. You get up and go order (there are two of us) and we'll see about seating you later"). The 37-degree heat and my age should have prompted him to adopt an attitude closer to the legendary Moroccan hospitality. Very disappointed, we went to have lunch elsewhere. First time experiencing such an unpleasant welcome.

04/07/2026: Very good and pleasant surroundings, but the downside is the price. They've only increased it in recent years, to the point of being exorbitant.

30/06/2026: €5.50 for a Coke or a Perrier with a slice of lemon in the middle of the pigeons, I paid much less in Cassis by the sea, frankly if the waiter had given me the menu before ordering, we would have fled the brasserie.

11/05/2026: January 2026: Despite the cashier's recurring rudeness (always the same one, see below), I'm adding a star for the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the beautiful setting. However, I still want to ask this charming young man at the register to improve, especially since the rest of the staff is very helpful. October 2024: For the second time this year, we received very poor service from the same cashier who completely ignored us while he was washing up, and then ignored us again while our card was being charged and waiting to be removed from the card reader. When asked, "Is there a minimum purchase amount for the card?" this charming gentleman replied, "Yes." After three seconds, I had to add, "What amount?" before finally receiving the answer: "€1." It's a shame because the food is impeccable and the waitstaff is very professional and courteous. February 2018: The food is still excellent. The only wok restaurant in Nîmes to offer salmon steak and sirloin steak (Dutch origin, no less!) even at lunchtime! The fried food isn't greasy, the desserts are varied, and now they even have candy (strawberries, bananas, etc.). The Kinémenu deal is really good value: €20.50 for the menu + a movie ticket, making it only €7 per ticket. The waitresses are very courteous and do their jobs well (greeting, service, cleaning). June 2017: A very wide selection, with elegant starters (grilled eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, spring rolls, etc.). There's also a wide selection of main courses and sauces (sweet chili, hot chili, etc.). However, the wasabi sauce isn't great. A large selection of ice cream and desserts. The atmosphere is bright and very pleasant. The wok menu has a more limited selection, but they do have duck breast and salmon, even at lunchtime! Plus: a physiotherapy menu that includes a cinema ticket for under €8!!!

01/05/2026: My son and I went there after the cinema to get takeout. When I tried to ask for help, the person didn't listen and told me to wait at the counter. We left after 5 minutes because we were being ignored. I will never set foot in that establishment again.

06/03/2026: The steak was overcooked; the waitress told us that it wasn't their specialty.

12/01/2026: Perfect! I arrived at 9:00 PM and they were still accepting customers. The service was quick and the staff attentive. The meat was delicious, the fries were scrumptious, and the salad was dressed just right. I'll be back!

21/01/2026: A fantastic restaurant for discovering northern cuisine. And bariatric surgery friendly too. We were able to share a main course and dessert without having to explain ourselves! Thank you so much.

16/01/2026: The restaurant and staff were very pleasant. The food was high quality, presented on platters, making it easy to share. A great place to have a good time.

19/05/2026: The hotel wasn't clean, the staff, though somewhat helpful, looked worse for wear. The owner was grumpy and now I am about to engage in a payment dispute as he charged me on top of (crappy) Booking.com. Such a shame as the location is perfect and my room had a nice view of the gorge. This place could be quite special if there was some tender loving care. Really annoyed at the payment shenanigans.

17/05/2026: Fantastic stay at Hotel Le Belvédère, the staff are amazing! The hotel is in a great location, with a lovely view. A real bonus is the quiet, heated pool – very relaxing. Thanks again!

06/06/2026: It's good, but the rest... the service is frankly catastrophic. They're incredibly unpleasant and, above all, way too rushed. It even becomes stressful to be in this restaurant. Plus, the noise is awful, there are drafts everywhere. In short, frankly, only the food is good.

06/10/2025: A great evening at this lively bar with a fantastic live band. Entry was free, however, drinks were very expensive (€8 for a Coke and €12 for a beer...).

11/09/2025: We were having a great evening with a small band playing music and a happy, festive atmosphere until the bar owner decided to verbally attack my husband for no reason. He then physically threatened him by trying to fight him outside. A very bad experience and we absolutely do not recommend this kind of place.

11/08/2026: To be honest, I've never eaten there, I've only had a drink, so I don't know it particularly well, so I can't say much more. But when I went in, it seemed like a good establishment, but the opening hours should be more flexible; they would generate more revenue. I'm just saying this for their benefit, but they can do as they please.

26/05/2026: A very warm welcome from the manager and staff. A great setting for a pleasant time with friends. Darts and various events are available. The clientele is relaxed. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a drink or sample a variety of fresh, high-quality products, come and discover this place for yourself.

24/07/2026: So I knew it before, it was very good, last week we went there with a work colleague, and then surprise, a couple there, not speaking French, no welcome, open but no food, we didn't understand everything....

29/06/2026: One of the best French casual dining restaurants, cooked by a Chinese chef. The owner is beautiful and kind, and the owner serves food quickly. It's full of regular customers who come back for more. Great value for money.

26/06/2026: A very friendly neighborhood bar where you feel right at home. The staff is welcoming and the food is very good. A big plus for the terrace and the fountain during this heatwave 😁
