The shower was only superficially clean, but otherwise the bathroom served its purpose. We arrived during a heatwave, and the night was hot with a rather ineffective fan. Buffet breakfast.

23/08/2026: The feast was good… alas, two companions paid dearly for their banquet. The setting was rather unusual, the service a bit slow and very curt. Two pizzas were served: two fell ill, one of whom was bedridden the next day. On the other hand, a very good pasta dish and a superb steak tartare! Mondello will remain a one-off, with no return.

The dishes were simply delicious: perfectly cooked fresh pasta and flavorful pizzas. The portions are generous and the value for money is excellent. The deplorable internet connection can be very problematic for anyone who needs to work (a simple email can be impossible to load).

24/05/2026: These hotel ist a gem! Magical place, beautiful rooms, perfect service, wonderful people. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay unforgettable.

02/08/2026: Today, while eating with my parents, I went inside to ask for the restroom while the waiter took our order. The owner didn't even greet me and coldly told me there were no restrooms, so I had to go home to use the toilet. He didn't even apologize himself; it was his employee who came to apologize. So I didn't order anything and left, leaving my parents alone for a family meal. Personally, he won't be seeing me there again. Even if it's reserved for customers, even though I was a customer, there are ways to speak to them.

14/06/2026: Excellent pizza, both Baltic and Landes-style, as well as a Basque aperitif. The passionate owner will happily chat with you if you invite him over. A peaceful spot.
