31/07/2026: We ate in and the service was impeccable. I've never had such a well-made wrap, which is very rare, so I have to mention it. The woman who served us was very polite and helpful; her work was meticulous. Thank you to her.

24/07/2026: I was charged twice because the restaurant's payment terminal malfunctioned, and I can't get a refund. I'm forced to send a registered letter costing €8 to the consumer protection agency. It's appalling.

05/08/2026: The pizzas are very good, but the prices keep going up and the promotions don't work... My birthday pizza, which was only available until August 12th, and the free dessert offer didn't work, and neither the server nor the manager could do anything about it. In short, disappointing.

28/07/2026: Quick service, pizzas were okay, pasta dish was lukewarm

06/08/2026: Let's start with the positives: hot meal, no shortages, and quick service. Unfortunately, it was click & collect, not a hello, not a goodbye, I don't know what the waitress's voice sounds like. And a word of advice: be quick when picking up your order, otherwise everything will be in your car, because it's incredibly fast! It's a shame because apart from the lack of politeness, everything else was fine!

06/08/2026: The world's longest McDonald's wait, help! We ordered three meals and after a 40-minute wait, they brought us... two fries and three drinks... A truly awful experience... It was a nightmare; we thought we'd grab a quick McDonald's to break up our holiday drive... We wasted so much time... The staff is completely disorganized, avoid at all costs. My best wishes to the manager.

29/07/2026: We just returned from eating at this restaurant. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. It seemed that several items had been reheated multiple times to avoid spoilage... It lacked freshness. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to Le Lotus Bleu.

29/07/2026: The service was excellent. The portions were generous and more than enough for us. The prices are very reasonable. We had a wonderful time. We'll gladly return!

31/07/2026: Second time at this restaurant, and I'm still just as disappointed. I won't be back. However, I must say that the waitresses are really great 👍.

31/05/2026: I found it very expensive. I even saw hair in the food. The locals look at you with disdain. This establishment has absolutely no respect for its neighbors. The music is very loud until the early hours of the morning, and the manager is very rude.

03/08/2026: We ate at this all-you-can-eat restaurant, just the two of us. The buffet is rather small compared to those of its competitors. The price is €20 per person, which I find a bit high considering the size and selection offered. However, regarding the quality of the buffet, no complaints: the dishes were good and we ate well.

01/08/2026: Very disappointed with this Japanese restaurant. No choice, nothing seemed homemade, and the prices are far too high for the quality offered. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the dishes were completely tasteless. Even the coffee was bad… A truly disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend it; avoid it at all costs!

06/07/2026: Passing through La Bourboule the weekend of July 4-5, 2026, on our way back to our accommodation, we stopped by Chalet de l'Ours. We spoke to the pizza maker, who was very pleasant and friendly. He invited us to sit down before taking our order. He was missing an ingredient for one of the pizzas we had ordered, and he told us right away and offered a substitute. The pizzas arrived, and to be honest, they were excellent! The crust was thin, not at all thick, and the toppings were just right—not too heavy, but made with quality ingredients and full of flavor! I highly recommend this restaurant, as the owner is incredibly kind and caring, especially towards children! See you soon!

08/04/2026: It's an okay Indian restaurant, nothing special. The prices are reasonable.

07/04/2026: I've been to several Indian restaurants and this is one of the best. The lamb biryani with butter chicken and especially their naan bread is incredible!! The staff is amazing too, I order all the time!!!!!

23/06/2026: There is no air conditioning in the hotel. If you are staying during any period of time when it's hot out, your room is stuffy and warm. There is a limited number of fans available. The beds are very hard and the mattress is thin and uncomfortable. Rooms are tiny but clean. The staff is friendly.

03/06/2026: Hotel close to the train station but without air conditioning; the rooms are unbearably hot. Unwelcoming, even unpleasant staff, and the food is a complete waste of money…

21/06/2026: The rooms were clean and as advertised. The lack of air conditioning meant we had to open the windows because of the heatwave, which I don't usually mind at all. But the neighbors had decided to throw a huge party until 2 a.m. We didn't get much sleep.
