20/04/2026: One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. The shrimp chips were disgusting, reeking of grease from the start; I couldn't eat them. The starter, a canned salad, was okay. And then... we waited and waited and waited... After half an hour, they realized they'd forgotten about us! The meal was rushed, and in the end, it lasted less time than the wait between the starter and the main course! It was so bad that I didn't want to risk it with dessert, so I chose nougat. Well, I couldn't eat that either; it was at least a week old, completely stale and opaque, the sesame seeds had even gone rancid! Disgusting. I do not recommend it. It doesn't look expensive, but when you leave more than half your meal because it's frankly bad and you're afraid of getting sick, yes, it's expensive, very expensive :(

30/05/2026: A very bad experience. We had booked a room with a queen-size bed, but were given a room with two single beds pushed together. We then changed rooms, and initially, the key card didn't work, so we couldn't access the room. We had to go back to the staff several times before we could get in. Upon entering, we found a broken window. We were given another room, but the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the key card still didn't work. Not to mention the poor cleaning; the hidden areas were quite dirty. There was absolutely no compensation offered for all of this. I certainly won't be returning!

19/05/2026: Pet-friendly hotel! I was given a food bowl, a roll of poop bags, and a treat stick for my dog ​​upon arrival. The room had a double bed and a single bunk bed that pulled out from the wall; not much room to move around, but still comfortable. I recommend this hotel, which is right next to a lovely park that you just have to cross to get to the metro. A plus was the TV's casting feature; we were easily able to watch programs from our phones.

23/06/2026: Catastrophic! Two years and more trying to recover a €191 overpayment held by the agency! Very bad experience with this agency regarding the handling of a rent overpayment. When I moved out of the apartment in mid-April 2024, I anticipated that the CAF (French family allowance fund) wouldn't pay housing benefit for an incomplete month. So I paid the amount corresponding to the 15 days of rent directly, without deducting any CAF benefit. However, due to processing and adjustment delays at the CAF, they mistakenly paid the April housing benefit amount to the agency anyway. Several months later, the CAF realized this and asked me to reimburse the €191, deducting it directly from my benefits related to another residence. At the time, I was a student, and this situation had a significant financial impact on me. For over two years now, I have simply been requesting the return of this sum, but the agency regularly responds with accounting or procedural issues. They also ask me to take additional steps with the CAF (French family allowance fund), even though the CAF has confirmed that the reimbursement falls under our relationship with the agency. What is difficult to understand is that an accounting correction seems impossible when it comes to returning these €191, while the erroneous receipt of this sum appears to have caused no accounting problems for over two years! This situation should have been resolved quickly, but it has dragged on for over two years despite my repeated requests.

29/07/2026: Excellent pizzeria! The pizzas are delicious, with a perfectly cooked, soft, and flavorful crust. The ingredients are fresh and generous; you can taste the quality from the first bite. The staff is welcoming and the service is quick. Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas in Yerville. I recommend it 100%!

24/07/2026: We ordered a giant maxi burger for three people and we all got sick (vomiting, severe stomach pain). We are very disappointed, especially considering the price we paid.

13/07/2026: Customer disregard. The wait isn't just endless. Customers who arrived after us were served before we'd even had a chance to order. We were told to wait and then called rude when we tried to place our order. And we weren't the only ones experiencing this. We left without ordering and we won't be going back. Perhaps they should think about getting more organized...
