29/07/2026: A very bad experience. I ordered a shawarma sandwich, was charged in advance, and then told they were out of fillings. The result was a meat patty with absolutely no flavor. They said I could come back next week for a free replacement, but they failed to mention they were going on vacation that week. So, the service was appalling and the sandwich inedible; I strongly advise against going there.

21/07/2026: A small place for a quick lunch or dinner. The food is good quality. Service is basic but friendly. There's a limited amount of seating inside and a few tables outside for a relaxed meal.

08/08/2026: If you enjoy waiting over an hour for your food only to have it thrown at you on the counter as you're leaving, with threats if you refuse to pay, I highly recommend La Palmeraie (that's sarcasm). Appalling service and mediocre food served in small portions for an exorbitant price. Almost €30 for a Poké Ball with practically nothing in it. My advice: avoid this place!

02/12/2025: We tried the restaurant for a birthday. The setting was great. The welcome was friendly, but we were very disappointed with the meal choices. A set menu is advertised on the website (and we received it), but the à la carte dishes are also listed on the website, which doesn't exist. A real shame. We complained, and we were told that the website wasn't up to date and that only the set menu was available. A bit disappointed. The products were fresh and of good quality, but we would have liked more choices without so many extra charges (3 euros for a starter, 3 or 5 euros for a main course). We weren't expecting that. What a shame.

From the moment you step through the doors, the atmosphere is one of tranquility: a place that combines the charm of a historic castle with the comfort of a luxury hotel. The welcome and accommodations were exceptional. I must commend the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The wellness area—sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool—is designed to offer a moment of absolute relaxation. The food is outstanding, creative and refined cuisine paired with a lovely glass of wine. Highly recommended!

18/07/2026: The food here is certainly tasty; however, you shouldn't put an egg on the pizza because it was still completely raw, unfortunately. But without the egg, you get really good pizzas.

12/08/2026: A fantastic place! 🍕❤️ Honestly, their pizzas are amazing, generously topped, and always a real pleasure to order! 😋 The chefs are also incredibly warm, welcoming, and always smiling. It's truly wonderful to see people who love what they do. And regarding some of the criticisms, it's important to put things into perspective: as I've read in some comments, if you order a pizza and ask to remove several ingredients or completely change it, remember that you're in a pizzeria, not a restaurant where every pizza is made entirely to order! 😂🍕 Personally, I much prefer a delicious pizza made with passion and a friendly team to nitpicking over a few details. Keep up the good work, chefs, your pizzas are awesome! 🔥🍕❤️

This isn't the first time this has happened with her, and it really puts me off eating here. Luckily, the food itself was still good.

11/04/2026: My husband and I had a wonderful evening celebrating his birthday. The food was excellent: fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced seasoning… a true culinary journey for the taste buds. I had been there eight years ago and already had very fond memories. And eight years later, the excellence is still there. A big thank you to Houssame, who manages both the dining room and the kitchen so well. We ordered the tasting menu, the cheese fritters, and two teas: everything was perfect, from the moment we entered the restaurant until we left.
