23/06/2026: I think they're ripping us foreigners off. A glass of beer and a 25cl Nestea for €10 is outrageous. The solution... never going back and hoping people read the reviews. It's a shame it's in a busy area and people don't check reviews before buying a beer. But honestly, it's a complete rip-off.

11/05/2026: It doesn't look like much, but it's good. The staff is pleasant. I was unlucky because my escalope wasn't good, which can happen, so the chef offered me several replacement dishes. In the end, the generous side dish was enough for me, and they gave it to me on the house. Thank you for the gesture.

03/04/2026: Overall, it was good, but I'm leaving this comment to let the kitchen know to put more sauce in the tacos. Mine was dry; I had asked for Algerian sauce instead of cheese sauce, so it wasn't very good. The hamburgers, on the other hand, are delicious!

Today, I tried the kebab sandwich, and it was a real treat: generous, well-filled, and delicious. I usually get the chicken/bulgur/salad platter, which is always so hearty and fresh. The best part? Even arriving at 2 pm, I was served with a smile and without any problems. It's rare to find a place where quality, quantity, and friendliness are always guaranteed. The saleswoman, whose name I believe was Chaima, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially with my son, which is always appreciated. She also recommended the lemon croissant, and it was an excellent choice: absolutely delicious! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism; we will gladly return.

19/07/2026: It's just your typical McDonald's, perfectly fine for a quick bite at 2 a.m. However, I can understand the other reviews. The location isn't the best, and the staff unfortunately seems quite unenthusiastic. They barely look at you, and your questions are usually just answered with a curt "yes" or "no."

23/03/2026: After ordering delivery with three friends, we placed an order totaling €59 for three meals and one kebab. The sandwiches were barely filled, and the extras were missing. Honestly, you need to review your prices or the presentation of your sandwiches. I wouldn't recommend it.

16/07/2026: The setting was pleasant enough to work in, but the customer service was appalling. Not only was my request for a simple glass of water met with disdainful silence, but the water was served at the next table, forcing me to move. To top it all off, the receipt was placed right next to the glass, ending up soaked, before the waitress disappeared without a word. Rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional.

22/06/2026: I always grab a pizza when I'm in Douai. I highly recommend them; they make both the pizzas and the dough on-site. They're baked in a wood-fired oven, which makes all the difference to the taste. The service is friendly and quick. There's a small terrace for sunny days. 05/08/2026: We had a lovely buffet lunch at Antonino in Jardin d’Acclimatation. Since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't busy, which made the experience even more enjoyable with our kids. The restaurant is spacious and family-friendly. There were around 10 main courses to choose from, along with a great selection of appetizers and plenty of delicious desserts. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. A special thank you to Cylia, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Her service made our experience even better. Overall, I think the price is absolutely worth it considering the generous buffet selection, the quality of the food, and the excellent service. It's an Italian restaurant, so you should expect Italian cuisine. If Italian food isn't your thing, it might simply not be the right place for you. We had a wonderful family lunch and would happily come back!

31/12/2025: Room. Strange smell. Noise from the refrigerator compressors all night, terrible breakfast. No bread or brioche, the staff's response was, "That's just how it is," in a... [unclear] tone. I don't recommend it. However, the food was excellent.
