We were genuinely shocked by his attitude; it was almost comical, until it came time to pay when he returned and added, "You should have read more carefully," and "If you hadn't come with the Gourmet Passport, I would have changed your dish." We weren't even asking for that! Just a smile and to make sure we could still have a pleasant experience. Sir, if customers with the Gourmet Passport bother you so much, why do you suggest it?

08/09/2026: So, my husband likes your kebabs and comes to your place when he's downtown. Personally, I didn't like the veal recipe. I wanted to try it a second time, thinking the first time was a flop, but no! I still didn't appreciate this veal kebab recipe. He usually gets the chicken from you, and he likes it a lot. I wouldn't say it's bad because he likes your kebabs; it's just me who's not a fan of this particular recipe. And yet, I'm used to eating real homemade kebabs near my home. Regarding the prices and portions, they're fine, they're okay! Like in all other kebab shops, they're about the same. The current economic climate is tough for everyone; prices are rising everywhere. I still came to read the reviews, as the reviews are mixed here... I'm discovering the manager's responses to the negative reviews; it's not very professional! You're discrediting yourselves. I'm not a competitor or anything, this is just my opinion and my point of view.

It's best to come back later, once they've finished their conversation, to avoid encountering a dismissive and unpleasant cashier. After all, conversations between colleagues clearly seem to take precedence over customers.

14/09/2026: I tried their "homemade" macarons: ten for fourteen euros, a complete rip-off. Every flavor had one thing in common: they smelled more like chemicals than pastries. It was like a "toilet collection"—the "bleach" flavor, the "descaler" flavor, all that was missing was the smell of a toilet brush to complete the collection. "Homemade," sure, but in a house you wouldn't want to visit. The welcome was equally unwelcoming: cold service, and the display case looked more like a haven for flies and wasps than a pastry shop. I wanted to give them a chance. The result: fourteen euros down the drain and a taste I could have done without. Avoid it, unless you're the type to find charm in chewing gum picked up from under a bar table.

07/09/2026: A customer for over 10 years, I find this establishment offers excellent value for money. Special mention goes to David's pizzas – they are superb, and the dough is top-notch... a truly delicious crust. I highly recommend this place; the prices are reasonable, which is much appreciated these days. The half chicken and fries is a classic and excellent, the ham hock is five-star, and the kebab is superb. Just steps from the beach, and the service is friendly. While the waiters are sometimes less efficient, it's difficult to find qualified and professional staff, and the busy season makes it a very busy time. Not forgetting Karine, who does an amazing job! Truly, congratulations to you all for all these years. A very satisfied and loyal customer, you can go there with your eyes closed; I highly recommend this establishment.

20/08/2026: Two Margheritas ordered tonight, August 20th. It was supposed to be a 15-minute wait. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes, and they didn't even give me ketchup packets. Very rude blonde lady.

01/08/2026: I just went there at 12:40 PM and honestly, the store was spotless. It smells so fresh when you walk in, the air conditioning is really powerful. The window display and the store itself are super well organized. The young man who served us was also patient and kind. The selection of meat was truly magnificent, I'm not exaggerating because I'd been looking for a good butcher shop for a week and I visited several, and as soon as you walk in, the smell was awful. So if you're passing through like we were, go there without hesitation. Oh yes, I almost forgot, the reviews are completely unrelated to reality, I don't really understand...

08/08/2026: As a regular user of the Too Good To Go app to avoid food waste, and a frequent customer of this store in Valence, the saleswoman, very self-assured and particularly haughty, refused to give me the mixed basket I had ordered through the app without any real explanation, hiding behind Too Good To Go. I took the basket while I was shopping before heading back 40 km away. She offered no alternative. In short, even though this chain is usually very good, this particular store is one to avoid. I remain available to this establishment for any further explanation. Outrageous!!!
