30/07/2026: We ordered two Americanos with two pastries. After waiting five minutes at the register, while only one other couple waited, the waitress placed the coffee on the tray, which spilled all over my partner's sandaled foot. She gave a quick "sorry," glanced at my foot, and said, "Well, it's fine, nothing's wrong." We waited another five minutes to get a half-filled coffee, the waiter looking perplexed by how to use the coffee machine. After finishing our drinks, we finally left without any compensation and with a large red mark of boiling coffee on my partner's foot. Not even a simple visit from the staff to ask if everything was alright and offer a more basic apology. Completely unprofessional!

25/07/2026: The carrot cake was completely dry, and the Ube latte was really not good. Thank you to the very kind person who took our order.

27/07/2026: The wait was very long despite there being few customers (only one person waiting). The manager refused to remake the sandwich, claiming it had just been made. The sandwich was cold, but the fries were edible on their own. There was no table service; I had to go and get it from the counter. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

05/08/2026: The Bastille Subway is always there when no one else is. Open at all hours, loyal through thick and thin, and honestly more reliable than any situationship in 2026. Some relationships come and go. This Subway, however, remains open.

21/07/2026: The sandwich was okay, but the cashier on duty on July 21st AM was absolutely unprofessional, wearing pink jogging pants and with no polite greeting. She should be sent straight to the unemployment office.

22/07/2026: The service was generally good, but the welcome could be improved. Upon arrival, we waited in line and were told to expect about a 20-minute wait. However, several groups were admitted before us, apparently because the tour guide knew the person at the reception desk. This situation creates an impression of unequal treatment, which is a shame. Once seated, we also noticed that several tables were empty, making the wait difficult to understand. The service was also quite slow; we felt the staff was a bit overwhelmed. On the other hand, a big thank you to our waitress, who was particularly smiling, warm, attentive, and very kind throughout the meal. It's largely thanks to her that I'm giving it 4 stars. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with good ingredients, even if the prices are rather high. Special mention goes to the desserts, which were excellent: indulgent, generous, and perfectly executed. They were truly the highlight of the meal. Finally, it would be appreciated if the set menus were offered during a slightly longer time window, as they are only available until 11:30 am.

18/07/2026: Visited on 16.7. You will have to wait for a table but that is to be expected, while the behavior of the head waiter was really rude and completely incomprehensible, we ordered drinks with the idea of ​​having something to eat too… instead of drinks we were the first to receive the bill which we did not ask for and then we waited another 10 minutes for drinks. I don't think there was anything on our part that could have bothered him or been unpleasant and I am really sorry for this experience, it just spoiled the whole impression of the Louvre museum tour a bit.

05/06/2026: Honestly, the McDonald's in Vaison-la-Romaine is, in my opinion, the worst McDonald's in France! There's never a McDonald's snack. A message to the franchisee: try to maintain your brand. They never have what we want, the prices are outrageous, it's truly deplorable. Avoid it at all costs. Every time I go, it's the same thing: items are missing, the order isn't complete, large fries or large drinks are never ordered properly, and the staff is often unpleasant. I've even had the impression several times that they were trying to make me pay or accept an order that didn't match what I asked for. When you come back several times with the same problems, it's no longer an isolated incident. The service needs serious improvement, as does the order verification. A very bad experience.

15/07/2026: We arrived at 1:40 PM, simply wanting to have a drink. The waitress asked us to leave the table, claiming we didn't want to have lunch. Yet, the terrace was completely empty, and the dining room wasn't very full either. It was July 15th, the height of summer, and my partner is a regular customer of this establishment. This lack of flexibility and business sense is regrettable. We certainly won't be returning for a drink or a meal. It's also worth noting that no coffee is served after 3 PM. We will avoid this type of establishment from now on.

04/07/2026: Meal for a group of 45 people. Same menu for everyone. Appalling service with only one person on duty. Far too long a wait, the dishes arrived cold and tasteless. A shame for a Mercure hotel to offer such a mediocre experience.

21/04/2026: Simple but good food. Classic cheese platter. Hotel atmosphere. Please make sure to update your menus on your website and in the rooms, as not everything listed in the apps was available in the dining room. A shame (server informed).

11/04/2026: Stumbled across this restaurant whilst working nearby. Delicious selection of sushi and very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

10/04/2026: The food was very good and the gentleman was very welcoming; the restaurant was quiet.

03/06/2026: A must when in Paris! Please take your time to visit the beautiful streets of Le Marais and make sure to go to this Boulangerie. It was so good that I brought with me some sweets to Sweden!! I can’t remember the name of my favorite but it’s the one in my pictures! Best “souvenir” to bring back to family and friends. And the bread stayed good for days!

29/04/2026: I am outraged by the quality of the housekeeping service. I stayed one night and found a pair of underwear and a sanitary napkin in the bed! I've included photos as proof. I never received any response from them, neither by email nor phone. The receptionist couldn't do much except pass on the information. Since then, nothing. No compensation whatsoever. I am shocked by the hygiene of this hotel! It's appalling!

14/08/2026: I was going to stop, but given the comments, I'll avoid it. Thank you to the national management for addressing this issue.

12/08/2026: The quality of the food is what it is, you can't expect too much, it's McDonald's after all. But 5* for the staff who were friendly, and despite it being quiet, were constantly cleaning and making sure the place was clean and running smoothly.

23/07/2026: The welcome was extremely cold, without a smile. The cook was friendly, but he had a strange way of patting a minced steak between his gloves (which he used to touch everything) and then cooking the minced steak in a pan with sausages... as a result, we ate a boiled minced steak... A shame, because the setting is lovely!

21/03/2026: The experience seems to vary depending on who you get… and that's a bit of a surprise. Once, I was served by a rather cold and unfriendly employee. The smile had vanished; let's just say the atmosphere was rather dull. Conversations were devoid of any real warmth… to the point where you wonder if the "human touch" option has simply run out. The reception leaves a cold impression, which doesn't exactly encourage you to linger or return often. It's a shame, because with just a little more friendliness, the experience could be truly enjoyable.
