14/09/2026: A terrible experience at Le Galopin. We arrived on time and were greeted by a woman in Crocs, then forced to wait 20 minutes in the cold because "all guests must be present" before we could be seated. Once seated, there was a table and three chairs missing: they moved the customers in front of us, so three of our friends had to stand for 15 minutes. EMBARRASSING. Then, it took 40 minutes to receive a Pornstar Martini, which arrived without Prosecco. When I pointed this out, the waiter told me I was "fussy"—do you serve steak frites without fries? Another 40 minutes to get the menus, and an interminable wait for the food: having arrived at 10 p.m., we ate around 12:30 a.m. The dishes were far from what the restaurant expected, especially the ravioli gratin, which consisted of about eight small pieces. And to top it all off, the bill was far higher than what we had actually ordered, leaving us feeling completely ripped off. When we asked for an explanation, the manager was particularly unpleasant and practically refused to speak with us. It's hard to understand how someone can be in charge of a restaurant and treat their customers with such disregard and a nonchalance worthy of an American celebrity. When it came time to pay, Bastien even asked us to leave a tip. Given the poor quality of the service, we were judged for our categorically refusing. The DJ, frankly, must have learned from YouTube tutorials (the music cut out every 5 minutes; he probably only managed to finish three sets at most). A disastrous experience from beginning to end.

01/09/2026: We came last Tuesday, two men, but we couldn't get in (because) we arrived too late, which I can understand. They told us to come back earlier. We returned tonight at 10 PM for opening time, but they wouldn't let us in because we weren't with anyone and they didn't know us. So much for the place! We won't be back.

19/08/2026: This club was a very pleasant surprise... a fantastic welcome with a guided tour, clean, great music, a well-curated clientele, and a classy club without being pretentious. 4 stars because we haven't tried the restaurant yet, but it's definitely on our list for our next outing. Well done to the team! 😉

04/12/2025: Hotel Le Pantin – Campanile: I highly recommend it! A very warm and professional welcome. The hosts are truly welcoming. The room is lovely, clean, and spotless. The metro is right next door, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also excellent. Having stayed here, I plan to return and book again. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service. Thank you to the staff for their kindness.

Because I'm a small customer, she doesn't seem to like my style, even though I've never been disrespectful to any of the other staff. 10/09/2026: Not even a greeting upon arrival, we were told to sit inside, we felt attacked, the woman was arguing with the owner. We fled this unpleasant atmosphere!

09/09/2026: A quiet little street in the heart of town, next to the covered market, with no traffic... perfect! Very welcoming, and the mussels and fries were very good. I recommend it.

28/09/2026: I usually like this restaurant in Saint-Malo, and the service is generally very pleasant, provided by a friendly young man. This time, unfortunately, the welcome was very disappointing: the young woman behind the counter was unpleasant from beginning to end. Another thing that bothered me: the leftover ingredients were scraped from the bottom of the jars to fill my sandwich, which gave an unappetizing impression, especially when you expect a new and fresh product. The food itself was nothing special that day. Overall, it's still a good place, and I hope it was just an off day. I'll come back, but I hope to find the usual level of service. P.S.: Are the napkins extra? No napkins.

24/08/2026: It's very sad not even being able to choose what you're going to eat. I ordered my sandwich, and the man who served me even chose the type of bread and the ingredients. I wanted to add sauces, and he told me only one. I don't understand; it was a 30cm sandwich, yes, 30cm, and I couldn't even enjoy it. I think he must have eaten it because it was his choice and not mine. Disappointing!

22/07/2026: Incredible sour and unfriendly staff!! Unbelievable! There are so many other great boulangeries in Lyon! Go somewhere else! Not busy either.

09/09/2026: Honestly, it's hard to beat our crêperie in Narbonne, but even this was a tough sell... there's no originality in the offerings, but the batter is good and the meal itself is decent. However, we witnessed a rather absurd scene between a waiter and some customers. Let's just say the staff's friendliness leaves much to be desired, which is a shame. We waited a long time for our order to be taken, even though the food arrived very quickly afterward. It was a mixed experience, which is a pity.

02/09/2026: The creosote was delicious, but the long-haired brunette who served us was quite unpleasant. I understand that being almost on the border of the Pyrenees, we wouldn't have been the first Spaniards she'd encountered… there was no need to speak to us that way. I should mention that the lunch menu is excellent and the creosote is the same size as the ones you order individually from the menu. Salad + creosote + dessert is approximately €15, the same price as creosote alone.

10/09/2026: My son and I went to eat a seafood platter on a Sunday evening, and we both got sick. My partner ordered a prawn and beef skewer and also had diarrhea. We were very disappointed, especially since we are regulars at the restaurant and have never had a problem before.

15/09/2026: The kebab wasn't very good, there wasn't always enough meat, and they didn't even respect the sauces ordered. When you place an order and get home and realize the mistake, all you want to do is never come back!

07/09/2026: I couldn't even get a meal there. I arrived at 9:30 PM, even though the sign on the front said they closed at 10:30 PM. They refused to serve us, even though there was no one else there. I wanted to try it, but I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

26/09/2026: A restaurant I 100% recommend. Always a warm welcome and excellent Italian cuisine at a great price.

01/09/2026: We discovered this pizzeria a few months ago and have since become regulars. Each time we visit, the service is quick (we arrive before the restaurant gets crowded) and the servers are very professional, which is much appreciated. As for the pizza chef, hats off to him: without exaggeration, these are some of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Bravo to the entire team, both front of house and kitchen staff.

29/08/2026: We had booked a table for the tapas and cocktail area. There are forms to fill out to facilitate ordering. There was little waiting, and the service was pleasant and friendly... thank you to the waiter! The tapas were delicious, and the truffle cream pizza was amazing. The place is pleasant and relaxed.
