30/06/2026: 🚨🚨Avoid this place without hesitation. It's by far one of the worst bars I've ever been to. The service is appalling: you're greeted with coldness, contempt, and a complete lack of respect. You get the impression that the customers are only there to spend their money, without the slightest effort to provide decent service. The hygiene is also very disappointing. I personally saw insects on the floor, which made me really uncomfortable and didn't inspire any confidence. Between the deplorable welcome, the lack of professionalism, and this general feeling of neglect, I will never set foot in this place again. I strongly advise against this establishment. 🤮🤬😡

16/10/2025: Yesterday I bought a slice of focaccia that was so dry and hard, probably from being left out in the open for a while, that it was inedible. Too bad I only noticed it when I got home. I've never seen anything like this! So the manager deliberately bought this spoiled focaccia. That's called theft, and it's shameful!

09/06/2026: The pain au chocolat and the pain au amandes were both raw.

08/06/2026: I'm baffled by the positive reviews. A salad from the salad bar cost €7.50. It had a nice cucumber on top, a few cubes of feta, and underneath, some lettuce with a few small tomatoes. That's an expensive salad. As for the service... nonexistent. Not exactly negative, just completely unconcerned.

28/07/2026: A friendly bakery with very pleasant service. It's a shame the quality of the bread isn't up to par. The traditional baguettes are white and look more like industrial bread than artisanal bread from a baker.

12/07/2026: A categorical refusal to serve even a simple carafe of water during the meal, solely to force the purchase of bottled water, all delivered in a haughty and contemptuous tone. Since management seems unaware of this, here is a reminder of French law: Decree No. 25-268 of June 8, 1967: the price of a meal must include tap water. Article L. 541-15-10 of the Environmental Code (AGEC Law): strict obligation to provide free drinking water to consumers. Adding to this disregard for the law is an overall poor service: stifling heat in the dining room and heavy pizzas with an excessively dense crust. All credit goes to the servers who struggle to remain pleasant to compensate for their boss's nervous and unprofessional behavior. Seeing him kick a pizza dough that had fallen on the floor, in front of all the customers, perfectly sums up the level of this establishment. Making a profit is one thing, but breaking the law and disrespecting your customers is quite another. A formal complaint has been filed on the SignalConso platform with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). Avoid this place.

24/07/2026: The location is perfect! Guaranteed sunset! Linguine with scallops and langoustine bisque: absolutely delicious! Generous and flavorful cuisine! Beautiful scallops and, as a surprise, succulent langoustines! Top-notch service! Perfect! We highly recommend it! Run and discover this place!

24/07/2026: A beautiful view, very good dishes with lovely presentation and delicious flavors. We had oysters, salmon tartare, and sardines—excellent!

01/07/2026: I was disappointed with my stay chose this hotel because I thought its central location would be a great advantage, but it turned out to be a major drawback. My room's balcony faced the bar, and the noise continued late into the night. Sleeping was almost impossible. If I closed the window, the room became unbearably hot because there is no air conditioning. If I opened it, the noise was excessive. For the very high price I paid per night, I don't feel I received good value. The hotel parking was already full when I arrived, forcing me to find alternative parking. The breakfast was also significantly more expensive than at many other places. A four-star hotel without air conditioning is very disappointing, especially during the summer. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the price I paid.

02/06/2026: One of the most disappointing hotels I’ve stayed at. The room was unbearably hot, and the only solution offered by the staff was a loud fan that made sleeping uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was terrible — in our room, the hotel network couldn’t even be detected most of the time. The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. Other than that, the facilities, comfort, and overall experience were extremely disappointing. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.

29/07/2026: A really lovely bar/café in Valence, right across from the train station! Perfect for waiting for your train, or for drinks with friends in the evening! The service is excellent and welcoming!! I highly recommend it!

12/04/2026: Unpleasant waitresses who throw bags on the table as if we'd ordered garbage; no respect from the staff for the customers. A disgrace to this restaurant.

12/04/2026: This is getting ridiculous, a 20-minute wait for two ice creams... which had been sitting on the counter all that time (Saturday night)... This is the fourth time we've had problems with our orders (delays, missing items, missing orders).

25/02/2026: The tobacco shop is always empty, never any cigarettes, nothing on the shelf, it's been completely empty for months.
