02/07/2026: Bad experience: unidentified floating objects in my freshly squeezed orange juice. I had to insist to get it replaced, without any apology! Unfriendly staff, what a shame! The pastries were fine, pretty good. The hot chocolate was terrible.

05/07/2026: I went to the kiosk on July 5th at around 2:30 AM and ordered:
- a small cherry Coke
- a small iced tea
- vanilla ice cream
- M&M's ice cream
When I picked up my order, there was no Coke (which wasn't charged).
Then I got my M&M's ice cream, but where are they?
05/07/2026: I arrived at 10:30 for opening time because I was passing through on my motorcycle. I bought some pastries, but they were still completely frozen.
It's a shame they don't take them out before opening so they're thawed.
Otherwise, it's clean, no complaints.

19/05/2026: Does not honour promos (e.g the mandalorian meals). Tables were not clean, and staff were unhelpful.
19/05/2026: A little health check would do them good, 2 hours after eating there I was hit with a bad stomach ache, I thought it would pass, I ate too much… but the cramps lasted 5 days… for me it was the last time at Burger King Colmar.

09/08/2026: A huge disappointment compared to previous years. The welcome was unpleasant, I felt like I was bothering them. The food was made with canned products, and the fish was tasteless.
This was definitely the last time...
05/08/2026: Absolutely disastrous restaurant! Nothing goes right. Long waits, tasteless food. A lone waitress doing her best but making a mess of things. A €25 set menu with a main course and dessert, but the dessert never arrives. 😡
Avoid at all costs!

28/07/2026: Honestly, avoid this place. The owner is always the same, always in a bad mood. The pizza wasn't cooked, the ingredients were bad, and the same goes for the escalope (it was awful). STOP.
25/07/2026: The meal was good, but the waitress was very unpleasant.
It was also very hot in the restaurant.
I won't be going back!

10/04/2026: We ordered two set menus at €28.50 each, plus two drinks and half a bottle of sparkling water. We had a €50 Wonderbox voucher, upgraded to €70. The two set menus came to €57, and we had to pay extra for the drinks and water, so the restaurant pocketed €13 and we were out an additional €15. Luckily, the meal was very good, but losing €13 from the Wonderbox and having to pay an extra €15 is excessive!
04/04/2026: A quiet hotel with a rustic style that gives it its charm. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful; nothing is lacking.
The classic regional menu is very good. This hotel deserves to work hard; it's giving its all to stay afloat.

04/05/2026: The Château de la Tour is well situated. Some rooms have sea views, with its very tall palm trees and magnificent cedars in the foreground. The welcome was friendly, and the service from Miss May was very professional, which we appreciated. The bedding was extremely comfortable. The statues along the entrance of the château add to its charm. Thank you all. Until next time!
04/05/2026: A very nice, quiet hotel with a beautiful, spacious room. Excellent welcome and a very generous and refined breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel!

15/03/2026: A very bad experience. No one was there to pay upon arrival or departure. Room 8, straight out of the 1960s, smelled musty and stale. This was due to mold on the bathroom tiles and the poor hygiene of the toilets. Photos below.
I don't understand the 8/10 reviews I see.
19/02/2026: Nice little hotel, inn-style; good food; one small drawback: the staff were a bit inattentive.
But if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay there.
