14/07/2026: Order delivered 1 hour 20 minutes late...just as the evening was ending...well done to the boss for taking orders without fulfilling them on time and still charging.

14/07/2026: Very disappointed. I placed an order at 6 PM for 8 PM, but there was no pizza. The order wasn't registered, and an hour later, still no pizza. Poor management by the manager!

27/07/2026: I used to order sushi once a week, but the deliveries almost always arrived without any sauces! I kept trying, but this time the delivery driver arrived more than half an hour late (9:20 PM instead of the promised 8:35 PM) and, of course, with only two sauces for a box meant for sharing, even though the app advertises four free sauces and I even paid extra for five. Anyway, never again!

20/07/2026: Fish not fresh. Salmon had a sharp taste on the tongue.

04/08/2026: Unpleasant, especially since he doesn't understand the things he's asked to do.

04/06/2026: The chicken was really bad; it tasted like it was undercooked or expired.

08/08/2026: 28 euros for a hamburger and a drink? I reckon that at that price, the so-called "Savoyard" hamburger should taste of cheese, not industrial sauce. I mentioned this at the till, and they told me, "You should have ordered a Savoyard specialty 🙃🙃🙃 or go to McDonald's 😡"

05/08/2026: I'm giving 0 stars (Google requires a minimum of 1 star) solely for our takeout order. We ordered a vanilla milkshake, a coffee milkshake, and a coconut-pineapple frappe. We asked the server the difference between a milkshake and a frappe, and he didn't know either, so we were surprised to find out what we were getting. The drinks are made in a machine on the counter, with absolutely no vanilla or coffee ice cream. They're made with blended ice cubes, a tiny bit of milk, and some disgusting chemical powder. All three ended up in the bin. €6 for 30 ml! I'd rather pay €9 or €10 for a real milkshake. I told the server this, and he just smiled politely. Just so you know.

04/08/2026: With two appointments close together in Toulon, we were pressed for time to have lunch. By chance, we stopped at Brasserie Le Baou at the 4 Chemins des Routes intersection. It was a great find! The waiter was friendly and the service was quick. The Caesar salad was generous with good quality ingredients. I thoroughly enjoyed the caramel and speculoos tiramisu, and my husband loved the strawberry sundae. Good value for money 👍🏻

22/05/2026: The burgers are a no-go... From the burger itself to the fries... Very disappointing, no flavor whatsoever. The servers, however, are very friendly.

15/05/2026: Hygiene is extremely questionable: unwashed dishes from the lunch service were lying around. Whipped cream wasn't refrigerated and had a yellow nozzle. The waffles were definitely not homemade, but came from a plastic bag. The toilets were dirty. The staff were rude. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

18/07/2026: The establishment is very clean, the kebabs are delicious, and the staff are very kind and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

28/06/2026: Extremely disappointed for the price; it's outrageous! €21 for a two-meat taco and a Boursin cheese is ridiculous. The quality is simply not there. I absolutely do not recommend it.

21/05/2026: Order placed at 6:30 PM for delivery at 7:15 PM. It's now 8:15 PM, no updates, and impossible to reach anyone despite five calls. I have to leave at 8:30 PM without having eaten. Delay, complete lack of communication, and nonexistent customer service: an extremely disappointing experience. In short: a one-hour delay, zero information, five unanswered calls. Result: I'm leaving without eating. NEVER AGAIN AVOID THIS SERVICE

06/03/2026: We've been ordering from Wave Sushi for years and are always very happy. For takeout, we always receive our order in 20-30 minutes max. The food is good and fresh. I'll be ordering from Wave Sushi for a long time to come.

27/10/2025: Disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The hot chocolate was clearly made with water, without milk, and my cup was only half full. Furthermore, the cutlery was simply wrapped in paper towels, giving an impression of carelessness and poor hygiene. It's a shame, because the place had potential, but the quality and presentation were lacking, which is disappointing considering the price of the chocolate! I do not recommend it.

27/10/2025: The service is okay, but the crepes are cold and the "hot chocolates" are just chocolate and water with no milk or anything else. I don't recommend it in October at the end of the holidays!

07/07/2026: You order on their website, they tell you to come at a specific time, you arrive at the requested time and find the Pizza Hut closed without any explanation. Shameful.

20/05/2026: I'm doing the rounds of Paris's fast-food restaurants to assess the quality of their food. For my first try, I got the €9.99 meal deal. The SOLO pizza is really small (basically half a senior size). However, I was quite surprised... by the fries, which were perfectly cooked, unlike all the other fast-food places in the area that serve soggy fries... so that's a point for that. I never would have thought I'd have to go to Pizza Hut to get decent fries (and not matchstick fries, matchstick fries aren't fries!), so that's a point for that too! Edit: I went back for the Tuesday special, and the "senior" pizzas are a fair size and have decent toppings. In short, go on Tuesdays, €8, add €2 for a small order of fries, and you're all set.

21/07/2026: The establishment had no internet; it wasn't their fault, but given the very aggressive responses from the waiter to the customers... He needs to learn to communicate. As for the owner, he sat on the terrace, waiting to be served and smoking his cigarettes, without reacting. The food left much to be desired in terms of quality. I ordered a fritto mistro (the seafood looked like it had come straight from the freezer, bits of plastic and fries on the plate, not fresh at all), and the salad was wilted.

10/07/2026: Went in on a busy night - a QF coupe de monde game. 2nd time we have been here as visitors within 2 days. We just found the waiter (maybe the owner) surly, with a sarcastic undertone. I understand when you run the business you feel uneasy running for orders for people in the restaurant however a word of advice - just pay someone to do it for you instead if you visibly don't like it.

24/05/2026: A warm welcome from a young woman. The staircase is old-fashioned. The carpet in the room is also old-fashioned. The shutter handle was broken. The bathroom is outdated. The bedding is adequate. Breakfast: flies on the cheese, the cake still in its supermarket packaging, and poorly organized... Very noisy, especially children playing on the stairs in the evening, and the staff said nothing...

20/05/2026: A fantastic new team: welcoming, smiling, and with great advice about our destination. Quiet rooms with very comfortable beds, despite the road. A superb breakfast with a wide selection. There's also a very comprehensive buffet with hot dishes available. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back 🙂. Thank you so much.

13/05/2026: Complete rubbish, honestly don't go there, it's sad and you can't even find Portugal there.

01/08/2026: TERRIBLE. They have a terrace, but they require you to order and pay in advance at the counter. €9 for two cans of Coke. Avoid at all costs!
