04/06/2026: I'm a regular customer at this bakery and I came again this morning 😊 Honestly, it's always a pleasure to go there! The products are excellent, fresh, and delicious, but what really makes the difference is the service. The saleswoman is incredibly friendly, always smiling and pleasant with customers. You can tell she loves her job, and it makes you want to come back. I highly recommend this place 👌

03/06/2026: It's a shame I can't give ZERO STARS. Prices are skyrocketing, but portion sizes are shrinking! Salads are only half full. The staff is unpleasant; no hello, no thank you, and certainly no smile! They give their manager inappropriate looks when her back is turned. They give change in 1 cent because you return the cashier's rudeness. And she doesn't even say hello! Cakes are served carelessly, so when I get home, they're completely broken and flattened. Nothing is right at Paul! SHAMEFUL!!

15/07/2026: Ordered pizza for the France-Spain final, what a disappointment in terms of taste! Never again. Make an effort, it's obvious your ingredients are poor quality. The service was friendly, that's the only positive point.

16/07/2026: Terrible!!! They forgot my order and the "cook" messed it up without even knowing!!!! The result was disgusting: squashed fries... and a pathetic cookie as an apology. Absolutely avoid!!!

13/07/2026: We came today with our children, and the manager and the young staff were very pleasant! The homemade fries were very good, and the burgers were also very good (fresh bread, excellent steak, and the kids' tacos were also very tasty) for quality street food at a great price! We'll be back.

27/07/2026: We came as a group of eight for a jazz evening, but the welcome was very cold. After asking at the bar if we could sit inside (the terrace was full) and receiving a positive response, the owner asked us to change tables, as ours was reserved for dinner. After taking our order and being served, we were able to listen to the concert, which was starting. To our surprise, after paying for the first round and ordering a second during the break, the receipt at the top indicated "boring band." We paid for the second round after pointing out this note to the owner, who didn't seem to understand (even though she was the one who took both orders) and offered to give us the second round for free. We refused; there was no way we were going to owe anything to this kind of establishment. To top it all off, the "reserved" table from which we were evicted by the same person was never occupied again that evening… Fortunately, the jazz band was excellent. This establishment should be avoided at all costs. We are from Saint Gilles, we will never set foot in it again, and we know enough people to spread the word about the area.

14/07/2026: The value for money has become disastrous... We used to be regulars at this establishment, but I don't know what's going on in the kitchen. The last two times we ordered pizzas, we were very disappointed. The dough has no taste, the toppings are arranged in ridiculous proportions, they're thin and small, the cheeses in the four-cheese pizza aren't cooked through, and the dough itself is whitish and barely cooked. The servers are still as friendly as ever, but the taste is completely gone. The pizzas have fallen below the quality of those from vending machines...

08/07/2026: Unfortunately, the service was lacking. We arrived at 5 pm with our two children (4 years old and 1 year old), in 39°C heat. What a disappointment to find a dirty bungalow, requiring a complete cleaning from me instead of being able to enjoy the pool with my family! But the most absurd thing, in my opinion, was finding a refrigerator that wasn't plugged in. No real solution was offered, other than: "Sorry, it was an oversight" or "Put some water bottles in the freezer (which wasn't cold yet), then in the refrigerator to speed up the cooling process." A great idea, but in the meantime, what am I supposed to do with all my fresh produce? We also noticed that no entertainment was offered on Saturday evening. Aside from these issues, the campsite is pleasant: the pool is very nice and there are several children's play areas spread throughout the grounds. Living nearby, we wanted to try out the campsite with the hope of returning regularly. Unfortunately, this experience convinced us otherwise: we won't be back.

03/07/2026: We had a fantastic week. The mobile home was clean and very well located with a view of the valley. The staff, both at the campsite and the restaurant, were very friendly and responsive. The water park is amazing!!! The only downside was that we lost the pétanque tournament 😂 The campsite is well-maintained. We highly recommend this campsite and we'll be back in September 👍

27/10/2025: We first came here in July and had dinner. It's a place with wonderful flavors and friendly staff. Everyone's meals are served at the same time, and while they're different, they're all piping hot. The appetizers are plentiful, and I highly recommend trying the desserts. We also visited for breakfast in August. They haven't lost any of their friendly staff. We'd especially like to thank Aslıhan for her attentiveness. The open buffet breakfast offers every kind of Turkish breakfast you could imagine, complete with fruit and side dishes. You can also get gözleme (Turkish pancake) and fried eggs. We opted for the gözleme (Turkish pancake). The cheese was plentiful and crispy. The place is even more vibrant than in July. The garden is in bloom, and the vines are full of grapes. If you're looking for a place that's both eye-pleasing and heart-warming, this is the place to go!

18/10/2025: Very good restaurant, the terrace is very friendly and gives the feeling of a family vacation. The staff is very attentive. Special mention for the entrecôte and the kunefe :) but check the bill carefully, they tend to add things you didn't order...

15/03/2026: Mixed feelings A warm welcome with a smile, a perfect location, and a beautiful setting. (Great branding!) A rather simple and quite small room. Two other points: • The restaurant • Breakfast Breakfast was expensive, with limited choices and no local products; in my opinion, it needs a complete overhaul. But the real drawback lies in the poor quality of the Riva restaurant, especially considering the price of the set menu (€72). The service was mixed, with inexperienced and slow staff, resulting in a very long wait. As for the food, I believe there is a lack of skill and technique. The seared shrimp were far too salty. The foie gras ravioli was well-prepared, but the ginger-infused meat jus, due to a disastrous amount of ginger, became a dish that numbed the palate. The main course was fine, nothing exceptional but decent (be sure to sharpen your knives well as the blades are no longer cutting). The dessert was very good, fresh and pleasant, a lovely ending. Regarding the wine list, it's a shame there are so few regional wines, especially in the selection of wines by the glass. Nevertheless, I thank the staff at Maison Berard for their superb welcome.

18/02/2026: I only used the spa; I had a gift voucher for about 2 hours of relaxation: bubble bath, themed shower, hammam (too hot), sauna + cold bath, and upstairs free herbal tea room, however, the herbal tea was cold!

24/01/2026: The restaurant is excellent and well worth a visit, both for the gourmet dinner and the breakfast. The rooms are modestly comfortable, but we slept well. We received a very warm welcome!

23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

30/03/2026: Terrible experience. We booked a triple room for two nights. At arrival, the electronic key didn't work. We got a new one at the desk, and after some tries, it opened the door. We went out and came back at 11 PM. It was very cold outside. The key didn't work again. We went to the reception. The receptionist gave us another key and told us not to put it near the phone (we already knew this). We tried again, but it still didn't work. We called the receptionist to our door. He saw the problem while we were freezing outside. He opened the door with a physical key, took our cards, and told us "we will see tomorrow morning". So, we were in a room without keys, unable to go out, in a half-empty hotel. Inside the room, the third bed was missing sheets and a duvet. Worse, the pillowcase had blood on it. We went to the reception again. They just gave us the linens to make the bed ourselves. The next morning, we went to breakfast. The buffet breakfast was actually quite rich and good. We hoped they had a solution for the room, but nothing. The night employee even took the only physical master key with him. We had to wait. Their new solution was: "come to the reception every time you need to open your door". We had to stay for two nights, so this idea was total madness. We complained again. Finally, the only good employee came to check the door. He understood the door battery was dead and changed it. After that, it finally worked.

08/03/2026: The hotel was quiet and very clean. The welcome was friendly. The restaurant had a limited selection but was perfectly adequate. One small drawback: only one chair in the room and only two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels... and no coat hook, just one. Overall, we were still very happy. Thank you!

17/07/2026: Delicious ice creams and sorbets! A treat in summer, but also in winter for those with a sweet tooth! A huge selection and flavors that are all equally delicious! And the service is really excellent and quick!

11/07/2026: The ice cream was absolutely disgusting! It had no taste and was completely watery. A disgrace for the price. And they call themselves artisan ice cream makers...
