01/08/2026: A tourist trap whose only redeeming features are its location on a pleasant square and the absolutely charming waitress. But bland and overpriced for what it is. Avoid it. This kind of establishment does not do justice to this beautiful city.
26/06/2026: Avoid at all costs 😱 We arrived as a group of five for drinks on the terrace, asked for an extra glass of water, and were told, "We don't have that" 😲!
Uh… okay! As we were leaving, the table next to us had clearly received their glass of water; it must be a matter of personal preference!!
And for the price… I don't understand… especially given the heat we're experiencing right now.
I can see why there are bad reviews!
We won't be going back, that's for sure!!

A wonderful evening, served by Nadine on the terrace. A very welcoming and smiling person, impeccable service... thank you to her!
The meal was excellent and generous.
The menu is well-stocked, with very reasonable prices.
The lady who had forgotten her credit card PIN... from Beauvais.
12/07/2026: A typical Sunday...
An hour's wait for takeout, and they tell us they're no longer taking orders!
A disgrace for this usually well-known chip shop!

06/06/2026: Good place to sleep near Toulouse airport. Very busy, but it was good to get some rest.
01/06/2026: We didn't sleep a wink in room 56. There were constantly people outside the door smoking because there were ashtrays. As a result, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We finally managed to fall asleep around 2:00 AM and were woken up at 5:00 AM by the first smokers, who were talking loudly. Despite asking them to speak more quietly, nothing changed. We were supposed to stay in the area once a week for a month, but we ended up booking somewhere else.

20/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! As for the pizzas, the toppings started appearing 8cm from the edge, and to call that "toppings" is ridiculous... given the price, you have the right to expect top-quality... it's shameful
13/05/2026: We ordered three pizzas: an exotic, a calzone, and a Palermo. The pizzas were excellent. They were very large, so more than enough. The woman who served us was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely go back.

15/03/2026: We had lunch today with friends who had never been to this restaurant before and were delighted with their discovery.
Never disappointed and always excellent, we ordered four royal couscous dishes.
The prices are reasonable considering the generous portions. Always a warm welcome, friendly waiter.

08/06/2026: Only conditionally recommended for transit. Breakfast was okay, but the hotel is dated and doesn't look the cleanest. There don't seem to be many motorcyclists in the area; strangely, there were two flat tires (holes) on two different bikes.
06/06/2026: The staff were very attentive to the customer, the breakfast was very good, and the zen corner was super nice.

28/07/2026: After having lunch there, I slipped and fell on the floor ☹️😮😟, leaving me with a bruise on my knee and hip.
None of the staff at this establishment reacted to my fall, which was quite hard 😖😖. I got up on my own and spoke to the staff, who seemed very unresponsive to my situation 😡😬. I learned in the parking lot that this happens often at this establishment.........😤😤😤
28/07/2026: Passing through Dieppe, I received excellent service at this McDonald's. My espresso was cheaper than in Paris, and they offered a free cookie with a smile. I recommend it.

It's definitely one of the cheapest fast food spots in Angoulême, and it's honestly delicious!
I recommend the tacos; they're what I always get.
