01/08/2026: A wonderful lunch on the very cozy terrace, a vastly superior experience to the previous version of Lily Wang. Where do these completely undeserved negative reviews come from? Asian cuisine has rarely been so highly praised.

28/07/2026: I've been a customer at this restaurant for many years. I didn't expect to be so disappointed by the food. I ordered a chicken with basil that was tasteless, bland, poorly cooked, and even the presentation was disappointing. My friend had a bluefin tuna tartare, which was also very bland. Very disappointed, I don't know if I'll try it again after more than 10 years of loyalty.

09/08/2026: Subject: Complaint regarding my Drive order of August 9th Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my Drive order placed today, August 9th. Part of my order was missing, and no sauce was included. I therefore called your restaurant to report the problem and, given the incomplete order, simply to ask if any compensation could be offered. The manager on duty on August 9th responded very coldly, explaining that "to err is human." I fully understand that mistakes can happen, and it is not the error itself that I am criticizing. However, I simply expected my complaint to be acknowledged and a minimum of consideration shown to the customer. I find it regrettable that after paying for an order that was not delivered in its entirety, the response provided was so unprofessional. I would therefore like my complaint to be taken into account and for some form of compensation to be considered regarding this order. Sincerely,

12/06/2026: The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to please the customer. The breakfast buffet does not match the photos on the website. The same goes for the photos of the meal menus in the room and on the website. The photos speak for themselves.

09/06/2026: What can I say? The pool wasn't cleaned, the bathtub was full of limescale, and the restaurant was very basic (the food was far too salty). Breakfast offered little choice and low-quality products. In short, avoid it. It doesn't deserve 3 stars.

08/04/2026: You will receive a very warm welcome at this ideally located hotel, perfect for ski-in/ski-out access. The service is efficient and responsive to any special requests. The hotel restaurant is excellent. A highly recommended place to stay.

28/02/2026: I am very disappointed. There is clearly fraud regarding the quantity of drinks: the glasses are not filled properly and we did not receive the advertised amount at all. For the price paid, this is unacceptable. When we reported the problem, we were ridiculed. I do not recommend this establishment until this issue is resolved.

10/12/2025: It was very good, but the portions are far too small for the price. It's really disappointing… A “slice” of banana bread is actually just a thin slice of the cake.

16/11/2025: Delicious salad. Their vegetable dressing is amazing. They even managed to get me to eat Brussels sprouts… Seriously unbelievable. Efficient and friendly service. Good mix of proteins. Everything is healthy, but most importantly, it's GOOD!

01/08/2026: Very dirty. The water in the women's bathroom sink was scalding hot! The toilet bowl was also salty. It took 40 minutes to get our order… 15 minutes to get our ice cream, which we had to pick up later… We wasted ages at this fast food place… We won't be back. There are other McDonald's nearby that are much more efficient…

31/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. There was a mistake with my ice cream order, and initially, they refused to give me the one I had ordered or to refund me. A friend had to take a photo of the order at the kiosk to prove the error before the situation was finally resolved. I had also ordered a 40cl iced coffee for €3.40 and received a 20cl one for €3.15. They assured me it was "the same size"... even though the quantities are clearly different. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of consideration and the way we were treated were truly disappointing. Not to mention the comments made between employees in front of us.

21/06/2026: What a disappointment… The welcome was very friendly, smiling, and genuine. The setting under the plane trees was pleasant. The dining room had a beautiful central fireplace. But the food was a disaster… The dishes lacked any attempt at presentation. The ingredients were tasteless, the potatoes were barely reheated and, what's more, were from the day before… the zucchini had little to no seasoning. The duck breast was cooked well, as were the fish, but the sauces… a mere drizzle… practically nonexistent. These were dishes you could have made at home. And the dessert… no effort at presentation either. The baba was decent enough, but a scoop of blackcurrant ice cream was mandatory… not everyone liked it. And the slice of peach and apricot tart… worthy of a small portion of a gourmet coffee… for €8 or €9… Nothing special in terms of taste… The bill was quite hefty! I advise you to avoid this place! Sorry, I won't be back… You won't last long with food like that…

17/05/2026: Restaurant-wise: what a wonderful experience! Passing through the area, we had a lovely evening out for two. A very warm welcome, full of smiles. The wine was absolutely divine: an incredible bouquet! Everything was top-notch, from the main course to the dessert (oh, the French toast was to die for!). I highly recommend it.

30/05/2026: All-you-can-eat mussels and fries menu is expensive, even more so the salad as a starter. I ordered Roquefort sauce and there wasn't any, but on the bill, one euro more for the sauce, too expensive for what I know.

17/04/2026: An absolutely magnificent setting, true to Sarah Lavoine's refined world: meticulous decor, a soothing atmosphere—you immediately feel at ease. However, the café experience unfortunately doesn't live up to the setting. The service, even for a simple drink, leaves much to be desired: inappropriate remarks about the tableware ("the teapot is too big, it's a shame there isn't a smaller one") and comments like "I have nothing to do with Sarah Lavoine," which have no place in an establishment bearing her name. The somewhat careless and overly familiar attitude contrasts sharply with the elegance of the setting and the professionalism of the boutique staff, who know how to showcase the materials and the spirit of the Maison. It's a shame, because the place is splendid. One hopes for service worthy of this exceptional setting.

20/04/2026: We should collaborate with students to make the place less "dark." I loved the experience, but I was in good company; it would have been difficult on my own. (Being hit on by drunk old guys doesn't make you feel safe.) I want this place to flourish! I want techno to resonate! We need F2 in Saint-Étienne! Young people need to go and dance there!

06/04/2026: I was surprised to see the restaurant empty, for my part it is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Montpellier but the price is a bit expensive compared to the competition (I'm not talking about the buffets).

24/07/2026: The place is supposed to be trendy. Beyond that, it's strongly discouraged; it's the kind of place that tries to be hipster but charges exorbitant prices. Seven euros for a cold matcha, loaded with ice, containing only a few milliliters of matcha. In other words, nothing refreshing; I had to stop somewhere else for a drink... The order was taken quickly, as cold as the ice cubes. Lamentable.

14/05/2026: Fantastic lunch with friends! A varied menu, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere. The staff was lovely, and there was no wait. We had a great time and weren't disappointed.
