14/06/2026: The restaurant was gloomy and empty, the toilets were dirty, the service was mediocre… they clearly prioritized online orders, and on top of that, we were served a lukewarm beer.

02/06/2026: The sushi was disgusting, the gyozas arrived frozen, without chopsticks, washo, or ginger. Just a disgrace for the price.

01/08/2026: The click and collect service is appalling. As for the drive-through service, there are often errors in the orders. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

28/07/2026: After a 25-minute wait (on a Sunday at 12:15 PM, so the restaurant was far from full), I received a cold burger and cold fries. I went back to ask for a different meal. No apology. They brought my order anyway. Another cold burger (see photo). They seem to be busy asking people to leave comments, but not so busy providing service.

08/09/2025: Unfriendly, at 1600 came in to have a coffee and maybe dessert but told they don’t serve anyone that’s not eating, restaurant was almost empty.

06/12/2025: I usually order pistachio wafers, but on December 5th, 2025 at 4 PM, the waitress gave me a wafer that wasn't properly spread with pistachio; it tasted like flour. I showed her it was dry, but she refused to add more. I'm sorry, but the customer is always right. (Waffle Factory, Orléans)

27/11/2025: Disappointed, I ordered a waffle with minced steak and received ham and cheese when I got home, after a 20-minute wait, even though there were six of them.

21/07/2026: The pastries are frozen, the cakes are mass-produced, yet the prices are "homemade." Only the bread is good.

19/05/2026: An unforgettable first stay. It all started with a very warm welcome and a friendly, helpful team. We loved the evenings and the moments of pure bliss in the love room. The location is ideal. We're already planning our next stay.

09/05/2026: We were very disappointed by the themed evenings offered by the establishment. To our great surprise, McDonald's slogan "come as you are" also applies to a five-star establishment: single men (at a couples' night...!) dressed in tracksuits and T-shirts are welcome...

07/10/2025: Locally sourced cuisine, fresh and light, served on a cozy terrace in the shade of a chestnut tree in Place Charles Panier. And if Nini tells you, with her charming accent, that she doesn't have time to serve you right now... Give her some time and come back a little later after taking a stroll through Entrevaux ;-)

05/10/2025: The concept is great, the dishes are excellent and colorful. The downside is the atmosphere created by the owner, which isn't very pleasant; it was a bit awkward.

29/10/2025: I ordered pasta and was served mush. The sauce tasted like ketchup. The staff didn't even apologize. A disastrous experience from start to finish.

29/10/2025: An overpriced and overrated place. The salad had wilted lettuce and browned edges. The waiter disappeared after serving us. A huge disappointment.

31/07/2026: Havana is, for me, one of the best bars in Agen! The place is really pleasant with a large terrace, perfect for enjoying evenings with friends or family. The staff is fantastic, always welcoming and friendly. The cocktails are excellent, and the DJs create a great atmosphere for those who want to dance and enjoy the evening. Whether you want to have a quiet drink on the terrace, spend a pleasant time together, or party, it's truly a must-visit spot in Agen. I recommend it 100%!

05/07/2026: A romantic outing on Friday night. We were only supposed to have a drink... We ended up staying the whole evening because Eléa's welcome was so perfect. A wonderful discovery: the Pink Spritz, and the tapas were divine! Thank you, Eléa, for making this evening so enjoyable!

23/04/2026: Having lived in Asia regularly for over 10 years, I wanted to introduce my partner to the culinary delights they offer. And once at the buffet, I was very surprised by the limited selection of dishes, and then by the poor quality of the food. There was a complete lack of ambiance or background music to transport us instantly from the Maurienne Valley to the Mekong Valley. I'm usually quite forgiving when things aren't great... but this was frankly awful! To top it off, my partner got sick...

03/02/2026: We were greeted with a smile and shown our table. As soon as we needed help, there's a section of raw seafood and meat that you can take to be cooked, they sweetly showed us where to go and how to proceed. Great array of hot food to choose from, which was topped up frequently, keeping it fresh and delicious. The cooked white fish with a delicate spice coating was incredible, had to go back for seconds. I started with sushi, prawns and calamari then moved on to noodles and special fried rice. Topping these with beef in black bean sauce, chicken curry, stir fried veg. Delighted to see Chinese black mushrooms and runner beans in a delicious sauce I couldn't place. The chicken and porc nem were great, two types of dim sum to choose from. Prawns in a sweet and sour sauce which wasn't too strong in flavour which I often find. For pudding I made myself a fruit salad with pineapple and lychee and a coconut water jelly which was surprisingly delicious too. They're peanut brittle is fantastic, they also had crystalised stem ginger and sesame Turkish delight as sweet treats to finish. Would definitely recommend a visit.

17/07/2026: We ate some crostini (ordered 5 and paid for 5, but received 4 ^^). They were NOT FILLED AT ALL, they were sloppy, there was hardly any chicken. In short, at €6 I wouldn't complain, but €10 is outrageous!!

13/07/2026: A very warm welcome, smiling and very friendly staff! And very good food, served with a cheerful attitude!

16/07/2026: Cocktail with doses that could make a horse fall apart, bar manager who manages her drink more than her customer service with an added dose of bad faith when you make a remark about her dosages, moreover in a professional setting, try to make an effort with your attire thank you I thought I had to wash my eyes with bleach.

16/07/2026: The manager was very unpleasant and completely drunk at 3pm, and the cocktail was disgusting.

29/07/2026: I went twice in the same week and I loved it. The seafood was amazing! 🙌

28/07/2026: We go there regularly and it's a great experience; the food is different and it's a nice change. Plus, it's affordable 😊
