This is the second time I've found a fly and mouse droppings in my bread! And when you go to the bakery to report it, the sales assistants say, "It's normal, it can happen"!!! Run away!

23/08/2026: A disgrace! We bought two Maxi Best Of takeaway meals for a total of €25. The problem wasn't even there; once we got home, we noticed the fries were only half full, especially considering we paid €13. The bare minimum for a meal deal is to fill the fries.
We won't be back. One less customer!

Last experience:
- Extremely slow preparation
- Order ready inside, but no one calls the number
- The self-service kiosks are really unlucky in this regard; they never have any paper, so they never print...
Clearly the worst McDonald's in Roanne.

16/07/2026: I was rather disappointed by this restaurant. The welcome was fine, but the food was sorely lacking in flavor. The goat cheese tartine had ham on it, which wasn't mentioned on the menu (my mother is vegetarian). Furthermore, the cheese had absolutely no taste, nothing like goat cheese.
We explained the problem, and they offered us the dish free of charge. However, I was also very disappointed by the desserts, which were completely tasteless.
04/07/2026: The waiter was very pleasant and the food was served quickly despite it being 4 PM. I highly recommend it.

19/12/2025: I saw something shocking when I went into the shop on Wednesday: six fruit tarts thrown away simply because they were almost a week old and no longer sellable. There are farmers and other people who might have been happy to eat them if you hadn't waited until the last minute hoping to sell them. There's also the "Too Good To Go" app. In these times, it would be great to avoid waste 👍

08/08/2026: The hamburgers were disgusting, the meat was undercooked, even though I specifically asked for it to be well-done. The kebab was also bad, unappetizing, with greasy, overly salty meat and undercooked fries. The staff was so-so. I don't recommend it, and I won't be going back.
15/07/2026: It's not bad, average value for money. However, the service at the till was sluggish and there were major problems taking orders. I ordered the wrong panini, and the fries weren't what I wanted. What reassured me was that every table around me had their order entered incorrectly...

23/06/2026: I still want to say that we have been ordering for 2 or 3 weekends now, unfortunately the quality is lower (cooking, toppings) and we are tired of putting thin crust on every pizza when what we ask for every time is classic crust, I wanted to give them a few chances but unfortunately I will not order from there again.

09/06/2026: I came this morning to get three sandwiches for my train journey. Maybe I'm just not familiar with the concept, but they sell sandwiches without bread (see photo). Very practical for the train, actually.
Apart from that, the others were very tasty.
06/06/2026: Rude service. I politely asked for extra cup because the take away mint tea was too hot. The lady serving me had an attitude and said this wasn't Starbucks. I won't come back here again. Mediocre staff and tea!

20/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, the customer service would be awful. The unfriendly brunette woman insults people, calling them rude "because you ask on the phone what you want in their bakery and then hang up before even being served." Avoid this place at all costs. Again, there are ways to say things, especially when ordering multiple items. (And yet, I'm a regular customer and very respectful of the slightly blonde and very kind lady.)

05/04/2026: My husband and I rented the reception area for our wedding in 2023 and only paid €400 in two installments from Friday to Monday. The previous owner was super cool; it's a shame it closed because I wanted to rent it again for 2033.
