14/07/2026: The service was incredibly slow and the staff were very unpleasant. We had our red wine served too warm, and there was an interminable wait for dessert, including a tarte tatin we ordered cold, which arrived piping hot. We had a disastrous experience there some time ago, and we won't be returning. It's a real shame because the food was very good.

04/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant! I go at least once a week and it's always a pleasure. The menu is varied, there's something for everyone, and the portions are generous, prepared with a true home-style cooking feel. You feel right at home, with a friendly atmosphere and a consistently warm welcome. I recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious meals prepared with care and quality ingredients.

31/01/2026: Unacceptable handling of security deposit and guest treatment We stayed at Manali Lodge in Courchevel 1650 from 25–28 January (3 nights). The stay cost €7,000, yet the hotel required a €4,000 security deposit, which already felt excessive. I paid it in good faith. After checkout on 28 January, the property was left in good condition and no damages were mentioned. As of 31 January, my deposit had still not been released. When I followed up, I was told they were “still checking with housekeeping,” days after checkout, with no written report, no explanation, and no timeline. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. On top of this, during our stay the hotel paid €100 for a transfer in the middle of the night due to a special situation when we were not at the hotel. Despite already holding €4,000 of our money, management made a big issue over this amount and insisted that we immediately come down to reception to pay it on the spot, instead of simply deducting it from the deposit or handling it reasonably. Until we got back to the hotel. This behavior shows a lack of professionalism, poor guest handling, and questionable financial practices. I would strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious regarding deposits, additional charges, and how payments are managed. Transparency and prompt refunds are essential in hospitality—unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

26/06/2026: I sit down on the terrace. No one comes to see me. I go to the bar to get my coffee. It costs €2. The price displayed at the counter is €1.80. Apparently, that's the price on the terrace. Great! You've saved 20 cents…👍👏 Please display: tourist price: €2 😉

13/04/2026: The setting is very pleasant with free parking for motorcyclists and paid parking for cars. I don't think the parking is managed by the hostel. Unfortunately, the prices at this restaurant are very, very high. A basic hamburger for 23 euros (with hardly anything in it and not much flavor). Not to mention the exorbitant price of the desserts. We didn't even order any. And the price of the children's menu for either a plate of pasta or chicken nuggets 😱 In short, we stopped once and we won't be back. P.S. No prices are listed on the website... And for good reason 🧐

11/04/2026: The food was good but not excellent. The service was adequate but not top-notch. However, it was very expensive, so the value for money is rather poor; a bit of a tourist trap.

28/02/2026: Avoid at all costs! The staff are extremely unpleasant, never smile, and argue amongst themselves in front of customers. Basically, it's just eat and pay. The food is very poor value for money. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

30/07/2026: I waited 30 minutes at the drive-thru to be served, and when I got home I saw you'd made a mistake and given me a half-price burger instead of the one I ordered??? It's unbelievable how incompetent you are. I fully intend to come back and get a refund once I've eaten this cold McDonald's.

25/07/2026: Very quick and friendly service. I had forgotten my wallet with money inside, and I was able to retrieve it with everything inside. Thank you! 👍

31/07/2026: I wasn't a customer, but I took the liberty of asking for a glass of water at the counter for my dog, given the heatwave, and they refused. It's a disgrace!

07/08/2026: I don't understand the point of click and collect if it means seeing more than 15 cars go through the drive-thru and waiting over 35 minutes for my order. I think the organization and management of received orders needs to be reviewed. As a result, I'm eating cold food!

31/07/2026: Cold fries, cold sandwiches, undrinkable Coke Zero. Nothing redeemable about this order. No checks before handing over the bag. Avoid.
