17/04/2026: Cringe restaurant. Limited menu choices and those offered are of mediocre quality, even inedible.

15/04/2026: The worst of the Pacific restaurants, mediocre quality products, constantly searching for plates, empty plates left on the table, lack of staff. I miss the Apple restaurant when it was all-you-can-eat; it's like night and day! So I went back, where there had been some improvements in the meantime, but the last time (April 2026) it was a culinary disaster. Everything was greasy. Vegan spring rolls now? The sushi had no real flavor compared to Valentine's; there's no comparison. Then I had high hopes for the new presentation of the dishes and the seafood selection, but once again, I was disappointed. I don't think I'll be going back.

18/07/2026: The food was decent considering the prices, with a wide selection of dishes. However, there was a slight drawback regarding hygiene. The floor was particularly sticky throughout the restaurant, to the point that my shoes stuck to it when I walked, which wasn't very pleasant. I also found it inappropriate that the light fixtures were dusted during service. This caused dust and airborne particles to settle, some of which ended up in my food. It's a shame, because with a few improvements in these areas, the experience would be much more enjoyable.

13/07/2026: Everything is very tasty, I even celebrated my birthday here, I recommend it to everyone. The only downside is that I live far away, but everything else is top notch.

06/08/2026: I'll keep it simple and short: the pastries are awful, completely tasteless! The staff is a disaster—you leave this place angry and upset by their behavior, and when you get home you're annoyed and disappointed to have paid so much for pastries that have no flavor! I absolutely do not recommend it!

05/08/2026: Good news: if you're looking for room fragrance, tea towels, chicken, or even a handbag, this former pastry shop is now the place for you. Less good news: if you came for the pastries, look elsewhere. Since the takeover, the quality has taken a serious hit, and so have the prices! More expensive, less good. As for the service, it's hard to imagine anything more unpleasant! In short, we're done with it; we won't be going back! The place used to have a real reputation, a real soul... Now it's just a run-of-the-mill "bakery-general store" concept.

08/12/2025: Avoid this place at all costs! It's a real tourist trap since the change of management/ownership. Above all, they don't pay their employees; the tips you give are kept by the bosses and not given to the staff. Avoid this place to avoid encouraging them. Thank you.

07/12/2025: We dined last night at Le Montaigu, nestled in the heart of the Domaine de la Bretesche, and the experience was simply exceptional. The six-course menu captivated us with the finesse and balance of the dishes. Each plate was exquisitely precise and refined, without ever feeling heavy, a characteristic sometimes associated with tasting menus. The wine pairings perfectly complemented the entire meal: the sommelier, despite being a recent addition to the establishment, demonstrated remarkable professionalism, excellent advice, attentiveness, and exceptional charm. A special mention must also go to the restaurant manager and his entire team, who created an atmosphere that was both elegant and relaxed. There was no pretentious ambiance, but rather a genuine spirit of conviviality, making the experience all the more enjoyable. A huge congratulations to the entire team for their superb work: we left with unforgettable memories and a definite desire to return. P.S. We would be delighted to receive the list of wines tasted during this dinner.

16/11/2025: Well, okay, so-so... Being used to fine dining, I expected better from this beautiful place, and above all, I thought the value for money would be there... The dining room is lovely but unoriginal, although the fireplace is very pleasant. The service is really lacking. The waitress reads from a note hidden on her tray to tell us what's in the dishes, and they often forget to refill our wine or bread, forcing us to ask for it. Big mistake! My friend is gluten intolerant, and they brought us the amuse-bouches with gluten in them! Luckily, we asked if they were gluten-free, otherwise it would have been a disaster... As a result, we waited a long, long time for the rest of the course. We drank our champagne to fill our stomachs; the wait between courses was far too long, and given the size of the portions, we got hungry again very quickly. The dishes were decent, some were better than others, but nothing exceptional. The second major mistake: no cheese! I, who rarely eat dessert, had no choice but to have one (citrus-flavored, which I don't particularly like...). We're in France, and in a region overflowing with diverse and varied cheeses; it's unthinkable not to offer something like that. What about someone with diabetes?! In short, my partner gave me this meal as a birthday present, and it was a bit of a disappointment that will be hard to get over. A small positive note for the head waiter and his helpfulness and kindness. The price was very high... even in Monaco, you don't pay that much for this kind of meal. Sorry, we won't be back... there are better options elsewhere, even though the setting is unique.

24/05/2026: We wanted to book Chez Marion – a lovely hotel – for the Pentecost weekend, but the establishment appears to be closed. No one answers the phone and everything is shut down.

01/05/2026: Booked directly a week before May 1st for one night, April 30th. Arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, closed; at 6:00 PM, still closed, no one there. No one answered the phone and no response 😵‍💫 We found a room in Cabourg at the last minute at 7:00 PM. We were with a child, an elderly woman, and two dogs... So ZERO stars!!!

17/05/2026: A very good meal with lots of flavor. One small drawback was that the waitress came to check on us every 5 minutes to see if we had finished. It was unpleasant.

21/04/2026: We've been going there for a while now thanks to friends, and we highly recommend it! In fact, we're going back tomorrow, which will give us a chance to adjust our rating if needed. I recommend the place and the atmosphere!

30/04/2026: The setting is nice, yes. But apart from that, everything else is a failure. No service worth mentioning: no toothbrush, very few amenities, no shuttle, and a location 3 km from the center that quickly becomes a problem when nothing is provided to compensate. But the worst part is the soundproofing, or rather, its complete lack thereof. You can hear absolutely everything, constantly: the slightest noise in the hallway, conversations in neighboring rooms, footsteps upstairs… absolutely everything. Sleeping in this hotel is a feat. A hotel is supposed to be a place of rest; here, it's the complete opposite. We endured a wedding with intoxicated guests: shouting, slamming doors, coming and going all night long. The result: a sleepless night. At €350 a night, it's simply outrageous. And as if that weren't enough, customer service is nonexistent. A manager was supposed to call us back on Monday: no call. We called again on Tuesday, they promised Wednesday: nothing. We called again on Wednesday, they mentioned Thursday: still nothing. At this point, it's not just an oversight, it's pure and simple contempt. We clearly feel like we're being treated like walking wallets. This establishment is completely unworthy of the reputation it claims to uphold.

30/06/2026: The owner turned us away because we had backpacks (incomprehensible). The bar is overpriced; avoid it.

16/06/2026: I have received my drive-through order several times in Farébersviller and for once I came across Naomi, a very nice, smiling and very helpful person!

16/05/2026: I've been doing my grocery shopping at the Leclerc in Farebersviller since it opened; however, this is the third or fourth time I've had to come back later because the order isn't ready, or rather, hasn't been delivered from Morsbach. This is becoming a real problem given the price of gas; if it continues, I'll go to a competitor. Furthermore, items are consistently missing from my orders, even though they were confirmed when I placed them online. These problems really need to be addressed. Anaïs THIEL

19/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! You'll just waste €50 on two set menus without drinks. The restaurant is filthy and sticky everywhere, there's a very strange smell, the food is tasteless and dry, and there's very little choice. The taste is suspicious; it doesn't seem fresh. Go to a decent restaurant instead!

29/07/2026: Very clean and pleasant place. Attentive service. The food was absolutely delicious. We had lunch there in the middle of the afternoon with a child. We were delighted! Thank you.

21/07/2026: The daily special was cooked to perfection, thank you for the chicken, homemade fries were an extra. They serve until late. Unbeatable value for money, €14 for the daily special. Friendly service that does its job. Just a few annoying wasps.
