19/07/2026: This is the second time! And I won't be placing another order with him. The first time, I stopped by around 9 PM and he told me he was closing, something had come up... because normally the closing time is 9:30 PM. Anyway, I told him it happens, no worries. That same evening (Friday, July 17th), about a month later, I called to place an order. He coldly told me I had to call back using the number that was displayed. Okay... I called back within seconds using my number, but no one answered and I got his voicemail asking me to leave a message (and given that the closing time was approaching, around 9:10 PM instead of 9:30 PM). So I placed my order, specifying that I would pick it up in about ten minutes. I arrived at the kiosk hoping to pick up my small pizza (around 9:20-9:25 PM), and he told me, in a perverse, narcissistic way, that he didn't take orders on his answering machine... And then he lectured me and started nagging me, completely disrespecting me. I'm a customer, not a mind reader; it's up to him to organize things so they work properly. And if he's fed up, he shouldn't take it out on the customers who have nothing to do with it! What a headache! A pure moment of utter madness, just the way we like them. Rare little moments of pleasure turned into disgust! Thanks a lot.

15/07/2026: I'm updating my review following the owner's comment. Your response is exactly what you'd expect from your rating, which is the lowest of all the pizzerias in Gannat! And yes, like other reviews, the pizzas weren't good, just below average (it's a matter of taste, after all), and they were burnt! Rating: 1/5 ⭐️ New owner, but a very disappointing experience. Loyalty program not honored: My fully loaded card was refused because of the "new system," without any compensation whatsoever. Temperature & Timing: Pizzas were ready too early. Picked up 5 minutes early, they were already almost cold after only 3 minutes. Quality: Taste-wise, the family unanimously agrees: they're really not good. Only positive point: The staff's friendliness. In short, a terrible customer experience. I will never set foot in that place again.

05/07/2026: I love going there for coffee. I used to prefer Jessica and Marie Jo. It's not the same anymore. But there's a good atmosphere, I love going there. It's a nice crowd.

09/07/2026: I wasn't expecting much, but I'm still disappointed. The quality of the food was really lacking: several dishes seemed stale, which doesn't inspire confidence. In the sweltering heat, the air conditioning was practically nonexistent, making the meal very uncomfortable. The hygiene of the dining room and the buffet also seemed questionable. I won't be back!

20/07/2026: How can it be explained that a bakery, unlike other branches of the chain, couldn't provide a piece of bread with the ordered salad, claiming that the designated bread was out of stock at 12:30?! The staff was only moderately friendly, and while the salads looked generous, they weren't, thanks to the cleverly designed packaging. In the end, it was very expensive for what it was, not particularly tasty, and the service was more than lukewarm! It's a shame there weren't any designated managers to speak to...

29/06/2026: This is my second visit. The store is very poorly organized; you don't know where to queue. People who are only buying a baguette wait after those ordering set menus. I ordered two set menus, and they didn't even ask if I wanted to eat in or take away. As a result, everything was wrapped in paper bags, and the dessert was in a cardboard box. Since I was eating in, I had to ask for a tray, and all that unnecessary packaging could have been avoided. The tables are never cleaned. The staff is lost and disorganized. In short, I'm not sure I'll be back a third time.

30/06/2026: Unbelievable, 4km from the shop but they can't deliver... 🤦‍♀️ Do they even deliver on foot 🏃‍♂️?? Edit 2026: I managed to get 3 different pizzas 🍕 and frankly, they're dry... sparsely topped and the crust is thick and elastic...

22/05/2026: Excellent, nothing to say, very well received, the gentleman at reception was kind and smiling 😁 the pizzas were really good and well topped, I will definitely come back!

14/07/2026: I had Italian-style ice cream, which was more water than vanilla, didn't really have any flavor and didn't last...

13/07/2026: The ice cream was mediocre, and to top it off, I found a pigeon feather in it! I pointed it out to the waiter, but he didn't care and didn't even remove the tub from the display! His hygiene is appalling! Avoid this place!!

30/07/2026: I love this place. Great staff, and you can even borrow pétanque balls.

29/07/2026: The ambiance is chill but the service is really poor! We split the bill with my friends and then when we did the calculation for the total bill we realized that we were overcharged so you may want to pay attention to your bill..

20/05/2026: The place isn't bad. The atmosphere isn't what I'd hoped for. Sitting outside wasn't such a good idea. Otherwise, it's fine. Delicious. We had to wait a long time because we arrived at lunchtime.

25/07/2026: 3 soft drinks and 1 water: 18.5 euros. No service. Glasses not clean.

19/07/2026: We sat for 5 minutes, then l a young man standing by our table - never said a word until we asked if we could help him - then we realized he was the server. Put our food order in with drinks. Never received our carafe of water. As soon as the food was served they asked for payment. No issue about that. Then the server proceeded to remove the plates and drinks not served 5 minutes previously. We stopped him and requested time to finish our meal. We felt rushed as if they wanted our table. As soon as we finished our meal and drink we gave our table to a couple looking at the menu. Please allow time to appreciate the meal and drink

23/07/2026: Delicious, we ate very well, the portions were generous, the prices were average, and the service was efficient!

22/07/2026: I called for lunch as I was passing it was a beautiful lunchtime and I enjoyed a ceasar salad on the terrace. The service was attentive. The food was delicious and good value at 16€
