06/05/2026: Our experience was very mixed. Positive: - Comfortable bedding and a lovely view - The staff was very pleasant - The wine was very good (perfectly paired) - The view was beautiful, especially at sunset - Very quiet Negative: - For a seven-course dinner, we expected fresh bread, but it was dry. - The service was very slow; two and a half hours to eat is far too slow, especially since it wasn't really seven courses. The amuse-bouches aren't supposed to count as a course (we're used to Michelin-starred restaurants), and the rest of the meal should have been served quickly. - The room was shabby: peeling paint, noisy shower (when all they needed was a new faucet), and a bandage was used to repair the hairdryer... - There was a room with lots of board games, which was great! Except that the games are incomplete; we tested about ten of them, and there's always something missing...

05/05/2026: A haven of serenity (and delicious food) overlooking the mountains! An absolutely perfect stay at this aptly named establishment. From the moment you arrive, you're struck by the tranquility and the breathtaking view of the valley, but it's the welcome that truly makes the difference: warm, professional, and genuine. Spa: A pure moment of relaxation. The facilities are impeccable, and the view from the relaxation areas is simply magical. It's the ideal remedy after a day on the trails (or slopes!). I'll just mention the absence of a jacuzzi. There's a hammam, sauna, massage shower, and hanging chairs with a tea area. But no jacuzzi. Dining: Special mention for the restaurant! You can feel the genuine attention to local products, which are enhanced with finesse. It's top-notch, both for the palate and the service. The hotel's eco-responsible commitment (the first bioclimatic hotel in the region, if I'm not mistaken!) allows you to enjoy luxury guilt-free. In short, whether it's the attentive staff or the quality of the services, La Croix de Savoie is a rare find in Les Carroz. You come for the view, you stay for the experience. Thank you for this timeless moment!

06/08/2026: It used to be a good pizzeria with tasty, high-quality takeaway pizzas, but the intensive switch to pizza boxes has ruined everything. It's a shame, Féfé, for such a radical choice; there's no longer any Italian soul in this cardboard-like dough.

05/04/2026: Sorry, but this was a very disappointing experience. The meal was not worth the price! Our plates were sent back to the kitchen almost full because it was so bad. We felt like we were bothering them! The waitress shouldn't confuse efficiency and speed with what customers might perceive as aggression. We hadn't even finished our aperitifs before our main courses were already on the table... The desserts were also underpriced... We paid almost 20 euros more than in other restaurants for a comparable meal!!!

16/11/2025: The opening hours on the website are not up to date; when ordering delivery to Avignon, the pizzeria is closed. However, the website indicates that the pizzeria is open.

11/11/2025: A pizzeria I'm going to miss a lot; it was a constant companion during many evenings spent studying, then during training, and later during the first years of my professional career. That evening I thought, "Hey, I think I'll order a pizza from them, it's been a while!" and I discovered that the place is apparently closed. I hope everything is alright for the staff, and thank you again for all those evenings when I couldn't be bothered to cook! :)

03/06/2026: Lots of choices on the menu, very affordable prices. Located on a small pedestrian street, pleasant atmosphere. The food was good, but the service... oh my god, appalling! Three people serving the same tables who couldn't remember what had been ordered or brought a completely different dish instead?! I waited 20 minutes for my dessert because they couldn't find it on the menu—yes, it's clearly listed. The worst part is that they came to ask me three times for the name of this supposedly delicious dessert. Luckily, we had some very friendly neighbors at the next table, so we could laugh about it. The worst part is that it was the same story at every table. We reread our order twice to make sure they hadn't made a mistake, which was the case for the person in front of us. In short, the street is full of restaurants; keep walking when you see this one, you'll find better elsewhere.

12/10/2025: The departure of one of the well-known employees makes us less inclined to stop there. It's a shame she's gone.

11/01/2026: I went to this place with my partner. We had to look twice to find your sign. The place is completely unusual, the design is unfamiliar, and the organization is totally outdated. It was also quite cold, as my partner had to keep her jacket on. Regarding drinks, my partner ordered an Orangina, but it was flat, as if it were a low-quality version. The charcuterie platter came without bread.

16/12/2025: Great karaoke bar, we had a fantastic evening and got along well with our neighbors. A great atmosphere and delicious cocktails.

28/07/2026: The man was extremely unpleasant, and besides running a dubious tobacco shop with a dog behind the counter and another one upstairs, the toilets were nonexistent. Avoid it, even for a coffee.

04/06/2026: Ordered a birthday cake for today. The raspberries were still frozen two hours later. You can't get any fresher than that.

02/05/2026: The baguettes 🥖 were tasty and reasonably priced. Desserts 🍮 look good! 😊

15/06/2026: The price-quality ratio was okay, and the sandwiches were pretty good. The major drawback, at least on that day, was the poor organization. We waited ages, despite the fact that there were only a few customers who had to order before us. I won't be going back. Also, having to use dirty hands to take the cutlery and put it in your bag is really not ideal.

13/06/2026: Excellent vegetarian sandwich 🥰 When we arrived, I was a little hesitant because there was no meat in the sandwiches, but I knew the place had a good reputation, so we tried them. What a surprise! They were delicious, a special mention for the yellow sandwich! Each ingredient is very well prepared, and a beautiful harmony is created from the very first bite! We'll be back to try the ice cream! 😊

24/04/2026: A memorable experience at Cloche. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor, featuring high-quality ingredients that immediately showed. Special mention to Léa, who was always smiling, efficient, and attentive, greatly contributing to making this moment even more enjoyable. A place to remember and recommend!

12/04/2026: They offer you dishes without telling you the price, and then at the end, they finish you off by saying, "YES," we warned you, and that's the price everywhere! The meat, however, was of the same quality as any basic chain restaurant. And don't even get me started on the condescending way they speak to you when you dare to give your opinion. Avoid at all costs!

07/07/2026: Consistent with the drinks. We did not have any food. Service was okay. Have had better service from other Starbucks stores around the world. Bathroom was in very poor condition
