16/07/2026: Absolutely highway robbery. My wife, a long-time customer, ordered a deal from their website. The delivery driver arrived with a price list for each pizza and refused to listen to reason. My wife ended up paying €10 more than expected! Not to mention that the pizzas were incredibly thin and overcooked. Thanks a lot, and goodbye forever.

05/07/2026: Served half an hour early, delivery driver was very good. Nice garnish. Unfortunately, the cook must have spilled the salt shaker. Too salty!

11/07/2026: Cyril always takes great care of his customers, offering something to enjoy whether it's for an aperitif or a meal.

17/06/2026: Arrived at 8:30 pm, served at 10 pm for three courses, far too long… luckily the waitress was great and the meal was decent. We've been coming here for years, but this time the timing was a disaster.

09/04/2026: We came here for coffee on easter monday, when all other cafés where closed in Apt. The cappuccino and Flan were tasty and we had a nice table outside. I would go there again (especially on a holiday, when nothing else is open). Very reasonable prices as well.

26/07/2026: Just cause I can’t give a 0, I ordered a millefeuille it was not fresh, the cream was thick like an omelette if you can’t make a decent millefeuille don’t offer one

16/07/2026: I came to pick up the pizzas we ordered (via Uber Eats). When I arrived, they asked me if I had brought a bag… I didn't understand! The employee mistook me for an Uber Eats employee, even though I wasn't dressed appropriately for such a job! When I left, I checked the order, and half of what I had paid for was missing, including the cheesebreads. I pointed this out to another employee, who offered me chicken tenders instead, saying, "We also have these as alternatives… I think they also come with cheese." I know it was the evening of the football match, but still, half the order was missing, they didn't know the menu or what was offered, and they treated me like a delivery driver… a total disappointment. No apology, nothing! A disgrace for the Domino's Pizza chain!

02/07/2026: A very bad experience. I ordered fries, but they arrived in very small portions, which wasn't what I expected. Plus, the entire order was cold. The worst part was the customer service. When I called to report the problem, the person on the phone was very arrogant and had an answer for everything. I was asked to send a photo, which I took the time to do, but even then, I was told that there were "all sizes of fries" in the box, when I only received small ones. No self-reflection, no solutions offered, and a complete lack of consideration for the customer. I am very disappointed and will never order from Domino's again!

21/07/2026: 2 euros for a tiny jar of peanuts... what a disgrace... an unfriendly manager... a place with no soul and nothing welcoming about it... avoid at all costs!

Okay, it's Crazy Tuesday, okay, it's the semi-final, but that's no reason not to have a complete order or even answer the phone for 30 minutes!!!

Every time you make a delivery on Rue des Sapins in Rixheim, your drivers shamelessly drive the wrong way down a one-way street. Well done, putting other road users (and themselves) in danger. Great publicity for your company. Last infraction, July 6, 2026 at 9:25 PM. Please teach your employees some respect.

02/05/2026: Very positive review after reading some other reviews... Excellent welcome! We ordered two set menus at €22.90 each. Starter: fish soup was good and the scallops were very good! Main course: mussels marinière, a decent portion for the price, and the cod was excellent, the sauce was very good! Dessert: profiteroles: two profiteroles, crispy on the outside and melting dark chocolate on the inside, nothing to complain about. Overall, for the price, it's very good. My only small comment is that there's no homemade mayonnaise for the fries; I think they could improve on that.

02/05/2026: Food and wine were lovely; escargot, scallops, and ribeye, and a carafe of Cote De Rhône with impeccable and wonderfully attentive service.

27/07/2026: We had lunch and breakfast at this brasserie, we enjoyed the food, it was good and plentiful, and my husband and I really had a great time. I recommend it.

05/07/2026: What the hell is this? Hygiene standards not being met, no happy hour respecting the hours, and I had a cockroach in my coffee that was dying because it was so disgusting and dirty.

07/07/2026: During the heatwave, I came to get ice cream with my 3-year-old son, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The welcome was cold from beginning to end. The waitresses were neither smiling nor warm, and we felt like we were bothering them. The most shocking thing was that once we were seated on the terrace, I was told there was a €4.50 surcharge for eating in. This information had not been given to us at all when we ordered. So I found myself waiting in the sweltering heat with my little boy while they came to tell me about this unexpected extra charge, which is far from professional. The surcharge itself isn't the problem: it's the lack of transparency and especially the way they treat customers. A little smile, some kindness, and clear information from the start would have completely changed our experience. I won't be back, and I don't recommend this establishment. If I could give zero stars, I would have given them a thumbs up.
