21/01/2026: The shop's design is absolutely fabulous! Unfortunately, the saleswoman's behavior ruined our experience. She followed us around the entire shop (which isn't a problem in itself). But when we needed her help, she was completely unhelpful and almost rude. It's a shame, as this cost her a sale.

24/10/2025: Posted this Dec 2024: Bought a few things over the years, now I brought something back after two days because seeing it in daylight (the shop is very dark) I changed my mind. I received a lot of “what’s wrong with you looks”. NO REFUND - only store credit, even though I don’t live in the city. Now I will have to find something to purchase and never come again. Loosing on willing customers and I’m clearly not the first one. Update OCT 2025: I found something finally to get rid of the Store Credit, not even 12hours later Google was requested to take down my review. What a coincidence. Overall suspicious and only because I wanted to return something.

22/06/2026: Best bar in Butte au Caille. I've been going there for 25 years and have never been disappointed.

19/05/2026: It was awful. We came to dance, we bought drinks, we made their evening profitable. The waiter was incredibly rude even though his bar was empty, and on top of that, a friend had her purse stolen by a friend of the waiter. It's ridiculous.

19/07/2026: Very good, friendly staff. The bread, croissants, chocolates, etc., were all very good; they even had trompe-l'œil cakes, I'll try them next time.

12/07/2026: The products are good, although a bit pricey, but frankly, the service is appalling. Not a single smile; you get the feeling you're bothering them.

18/07/2026: If I could give 0 I would give 0 plus 1h30 wait at the drive we wait 1 hour before placing order we pay and well 30 later still no order served disappointing.

18/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!! I ordered over €60 for delivery and only received desserts and drinks. They're only refunding me €39, supposedly because the drinks are more expensive individually than in the set menus. So what? I ordered them with the set menus, not individually. And they're not even refunding the shipping and delivery fees because, at that price, I wouldn't have just ordered ice cream! That's expensive for 3 ice creams and 3 drinks! I insisted, but they won't budge 😑 I do not recommend them!

01/08/2026: The staff is incredibly slow and not organized at all. I ordered a simple bretzel and a beer and I had to wait 20 minutes. The beer is hot and the bretzel way to soft. The management team should definitely have a look on what's happening there in the afternoon.

04/06/2026: The hotel is completely run-down and located in a noisy area next to an industrial park. The photos are misleading and border on fraudulent. Therefore, I cannot understand the other positive reviews. Even though we could no longer cancel, we left immediately and found somewhere else.

30/05/2026: The rooms were very old and poorly maintained! The air conditioning didn't work, and it was 30°C outside. No espresso at breakfast! And not even a discount on the bill! There were 10 of us… Quite noisy due to the proximity to the road.

08/03/2026: Whichever option you choose, everything is excellent. I highly recommend it.

03/02/2026: Avoid at all costs!! The meat was completely undercooked (still pink). I threw away two €18 set menus. I will never return.

14/07/2026: The food was acceptable and affordable, but the service was deplorable and inappropriate for a resort like Megève…disappointing, as the location is unique. Second attempt, and the same result. So we won't be going there for lunch again.

20/06/2026: We were in Megève, a resort renowned for its hospitality and service. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all here. We had to order our drinks at the bar and then carry them back to our table ourselves. Meanwhile, other customers seemed to be receiving completely different treatment. We got the feeling that if you don't arrive in a Ferrari or a Lamborghini, you're ignored. Very disappointing for an establishment in Megève. We won't be returning.

25/06/2026: Perfect bakery with a large selection. Beautiful pastry shop. Friendly staff.

20/04/2026: Paying almost five euros for pastries that are dripping with water, or I don't really know what they are. The cream isn't great, and the quality-price ratio is really poor.

17/07/2026: I was very disappointed with the cappuccino. It's by far the worst I've had in Greater Geneva. If you're looking for a quality cappuccino, I wouldn't recommend this place. Frankly, even a cappuccino made at home with a simple instant mix is ​​better than the one served here.

06/07/2026: First, they let me pay the amount with a mix of EUR and CHF (1:1 exchange rate, fair enough - at the time 1 CHF~1.09 EUR) since I didn't have enough EUR in cash, then proceeded not to give me my change back. So I guess I paid a "foreigner tax". And the coffee was not even good.

21/02/2026: My girlfriend and I ordered from Uber Eats, and the crepes were absolutely disgusting. We asked them to add coconut, and they just dumped the whole packet in. My girlfriend compared them to tacos. They were so thick, the bananas tasted like alcohol. While I'm observing Ramadan, please be considerate of others. You could at least indicate that you feel drunk. Anyway, I definitely don't recommend them. (Sahaftourkoum)

15/02/2026: The man who served me barely spoke French, and any questions other than about the ingredients were completely ignored… not very convenient. The hygiene was appalling; I was terrified when I saw the bottle he used to get the Nutella he put on my crepe from… I don't recommend it.

07/08/2026: Mediocre and overpriced for what it was. My falafel sandwich contained two tasteless falafels and were lukewarm. The wrap was cold. No sauces. Worst falafel wrap I've ever had (and I was hungry).

30/04/2026: I think Lorraine pâtés are very good. I used to live in Thaon-les-Vosges, and I believe the Masson family are a team of excellent bakers. I've been to all their bakeries and I've never been disappointed. Well done! Your spelt bread was a real treat, superb!

27/04/2026: The shop was already closed, but the map showed it wouldn't close until 1:30 PM. We'd come all this way for nothing and had to go home hungry.
