08/11/2025: Shameful! I made a reservation for my birthday, it was confirmed, so I arrived on time and on the day I booked, only to find the restaurant closed. There were no signs, no posts on their Instagram mentioning the closure, especially since the reservation had been confirmed by email and text message. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

27/10/2025: I had reserved a table via the website. Reservation confirmed. We showed up on Sunday, October 26th, and what a surprise. It said "closed." I don't know if it's permanently closed. We had to find another solution. And to top it all off, this morning I received a message asking how my meal went. It's better to laugh about it...

27/06/2026: Very poor reception! Staff needs improvement!

23/06/2026: 5 stars for the staff. Always welcoming, smiling, and efficient. Given the temperatures, I don't see any fans for the employees??? It's clearly unacceptable not to protect your staff.

30/05/2026: Today: no air conditioning in the restaurant and no ice cream to offer...plus no smiles and a cold welcome....I left without ordering anything.

28/05/2026: Unfortunately, the service is very slow, especially at the drive-thru. The fries are overcooked, and sometimes there's not enough tomato in the wrapper. It's well located, but unfortunately, it always takes me more than 20 minutes to get my order, even when there aren't many people in line.

23/05/2026: Was regular at the Max Dormov store during my week in Paris. Great food and delightful service! Chocolate Babka, Cesar Wraps all were great.

18/05/2026: The sales assistants don't know what they're selling. It's unbelievable. Meunier, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France), that's all well and good, but you have to manage a team that's completely clueless. So when you ask 15 times if there are eggs in a sandwich and they tell you no, and the label doesn't mention it, but it actually does, and considering the price of the sandwich... you just want to lose it. When you arrive and the sales assistants are chatting amongst themselves without any regard for the customers... what kind of place is this?! You also need to know the difference between Swiss bread and raisin bread. I'm never setting foot in that place again. It's simply outrageous. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero!

22/09/2025: I have two unpaid bills from a year ago, and when I eat at a restaurant, I pay the bill. Please settle this as soon as possible.

06/04/2026: Dish of the day €12, a free-range chicken with fries, very well served. I'll be back.

28/04/2026: I arrived at 9 a.m. today, and the saleswoman was very unpleasant. She barely said hello or goodbye. Not very helpful. We will not be returning.

24/04/2026: Getting worse and worse, the bread is burnt underneath and undercooked on top. I won't go back. It's not enough to just raise your prices; the bread should be of a higher standard.

31/07/2026: We came in for a refreshing drink, a coffee and a fruit juice, and at first, the owner seemed very unpleasant. We made the mistake of asking her for water, to which she grumbled, saying it would mean extra washing up (and the washing up wasn't very clean, either). Furthermore, we witnessed a very disappointing scene, as the same person brazenly displayed her disgusted expression towards a homeless man who simply wanted a glass of Coke… After reading some of the other reviews, I'm not surprised. If you don't want to serve customers, find another line of work.

01/12/2025: What a lovely welcome! It felt like being in a nightclub smoking room, with the owner filling the whole place with cigarette smoke. As for the pizzas, they were a real insult to Italian cuisine. I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life, and this one was by far the most awful... no fresh ingredients whatsoever, and pizzas that didn't even taste like pizzas... how is that possible? I was lucky enough to open my mouth to a hair on the first slice I picked up. And the hygiene... Good heavens!

30/07/2025: Very nice gentleman but you need to change jobs, pizza isn't for you, the dough was moldy, it was disgusting

12/07/2026: The interior was unclean. Neither the waitress nor the cook, who seemed to be the owner, was helpful. She quoted me one price, then another. The same thing happened with my second order.

12/07/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! I came with my child. I ordered a grenadine syrup and a Coke for €4. So far, so good… until they served me a grenadine syrup without water. When I simply asked for water to be added to the glass, they told me I would have to pay an extra €2! Charging extra for water with a syrup is simply shameful. And that's not all. My son was stared at every time he took a step in the establishment, as if his mere presence was a problem. It's unacceptable. A child shouldn't have to endure that kind of stare. Given the service and the completely exorbitant prices (€17 for the cheesy tacos meal!), it's no wonder customers don't come back. Avoid this place. First and last time for us.

16/07/2026: Unfortunately, a very bad customer experience. The place is very beautiful, but unfortunately some of the servers are extremely unpleasant. For example, they put down the bottle noisily, showing their annoyance. When taking my order, I had to ask for it, even beg for it, etc.

13/07/2026: Doesn't even deserve one star!! Under new ownership since March 2026. A low-end, expensive canteen with bland food and unfriendly, jaded servers. Avoid at all costs!!

23/07/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant compared to La Mamma, all things considered, in terms of value for money.

09/07/2026: A superb atmosphere, excellent staff, unfortunately, a slight concern about the food, which seemed to be frozen. No menu available, which is a shame. Despite this, a solid 3/5 gives this place the rating it deserves. Have a good evening. Thanks again.

01/08/2026: The kitchen isn't doing its job: the burgers weren't the same as on the poster and were very confusing; the "Roman" had no steak 🤨; the family burgers didn't even have names to identify them 😡. It was the same for other burgers: the classic steak had mozzarella, the "Gaulois" had steak. You need to improve the quality of the food and its taste (the steak had no flavor, and the burgers were practically empty). Also, the chairs are uncomfortable; the holes everywhere leave marks on your skin!!! 😤😤

29/07/2026: The burger came with unwashed lettuce, sand in the mouth. The staff doesn't speak English.

08/05/2026: A beautiful bakery with magnificent cakes! We bought pastries and sandwiches, but I would have loved to try all those lovely gifts.

23/03/2026: A great spot on the road to Bayonne and the Basque Country. Small tables in front of the shop, perfect for breakfast outside, for example. Limited selection, but excellent pastries! Simple but efficient service. They're actually looking for a sales assistant...

29/07/2026: They raise the price of coffees by €0.45 without warning. And they don't even clean the toilets on time. The toilets have been in this state for two days. Not to mention Marianne, the pleasant waitress, who ONLY treats men well.

10/07/2026: Affordable prices, good selection of drinks, excellent vegetables, and meats grilled to order. The all-you-can-eat option was great!
