17/05/2026: ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️PHONE THEFT ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ An evening that started well. Everything was going well, a stranger came to dance with my friend (girl), nothing out of the ordinary. 30 minutes later we went outside to smoke, my friend realized her phone was gone. We searched the entire venue, several people kindly helped us look, we asked everywhere (cloakroom/bar/DJ/bouncer). When I went back outside to look for the phone, I saw the same stranger (who had danced with my friend) steal a girl's phone from her purse right in front of me. From there, I grabbed him and told him to give the phone back to my girlfriend. I didn't have time to catch up with the girls, so I restrained the guy who, without having seen anything, gave the stolen phone to his friend, who left immediately. A security guard walked by, I grabbed him and explained the situation, and the guard told me that my accusations were very serious and that I shouldn't accuse without reason. Calmly, I explained the situation from beginning to end, and he retorted, "We didn't see anything, we can't do anything, it's your word against his." The guy was aggressive and wanted to fight. As a result, the guy continued his evening, hanging around the girls to steal their phones, and we went home empty-handed. (Note: Several people "lost" their phones that night, and a guy told my female friends to be careful because a guy was stealing girls' phones (the description exactly matched the alleged thief.)

15/05/2026: Unpleasant security guards and bartenders ++++ Treated like dirt. 280 bucks for two bottles of Captain Tsubasa and they only gave us a liter of Pepsi with them… and practically forced us to get more Pepsi. Unpleasant ++ and expensive +++ The music was awful, absolutely awful. Run away if you want to be treated like dirt.

07/07/2026: Pleasant, bright, and spacious setting. Good food. Very affordable and well-presented set menu. The children's menu is also suitable. A pleasant surprise to discover just a few minutes' drive from Deauville airport/airfield.

06/07/2026: Appalling service. Don't go here if you are not fluent in french. If I could leave a zero star review I would. Only 1 of the 4 meals came as ordered and what came was cold. 1 of the meals was seafood rather than the steak that was ordered. Staff just not interested. AVOID.

26/07/2026: A bit more expensive than other establishments (probably due to its proximity to the Rennes road). Otherwise, everything is perfect.

24/07/2026: Half the items were missing from my order. When I went to claim them, the manager was disrespectful to the staff who completed my order, which arrived half-cold.

29/11/2025: I'm not usually picky, and I've seen my fair share of restaurants... But how is it possible to run such a filthy establishment?? How is it possible to serve such disgusting food? And on plates, dirty dishes and cutlery, poorly washed... Everything filthy... The dining room is filthy... shoes stick to the tiles and slip on the grime... Mondial Relay packages are everywhere, on the tables and floor... here and there... Customers show up to pick up their packages during service... unbelievable... Seated facing the kitchen... the icing on the cake! You can see the damage to the ovens... The dishcloth used to hold the plates... indescribably dirty... It's inconceivable that customers have never gotten sick eating in this "restaurant." The DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) should investigate... This restaurant is a disgrace to the industry.

12/07/2026: This is the second time we've come here, and the first time the food tasted strange. We decided never to eat here again, but this week I went back with my mother and we paid €40 for two meals with drinks and two spring rolls. We didn't even eat our food; the first bite tasted bitter and spoiled. Being pregnant, I told them that the dish tasted strange and inedible. We were just told that everything was fresh. No one offered us anything else or even a refund, knowing that for €40 at lunchtime I could have eaten all I want.

02/07/2026: Excellent Asian caterer that I highly recommend! 🥢 The dishes are flavorful, well-seasoned, and prepared with care (special mention for the beef with onions). You can tell they respect the recipes and ingredients. The welcome is always warm, the service is quick, and the products are incredibly fresh. A great place I'll definitely be back to!

14/06/2026: Excellent spot between NotreDame and Marais district. The servers were kind and helpful. The food was delicious and there were vegetarian options. There was a man playing organ on the corner, too.

12/06/2026: A complete disaster, a tourist trap in all its glory. The setting is admittedly very pleasant, but the food is really not good. A €19.50 burger, almost entirely pre-made, in which I found A PIECE OF PLASTIC. When we told them, it was practically considered normal, and the waiter simply replied, "Oh yes, that must happen when you take the cheddar out of the plastic." In short, I don't recommend the burgers ;)

10/07/2026: Friendly staff and excellent service. :) It's a shame, however, that they don't accept restaurant cards, especially considering the prices.

18/02/2026: Worst restaurant I've ever been to! First of all, the entrance looks like an old, abandoned church; it's incredibly uninviting. There was only one other person in the entire restaurant, it was so empty… and you quickly understand why. The pizzas we ordered were absolutely disgusting. We didn't eat a single bite because I found something black in it; I don't even know if it was an insect… On top of that, she put canned tomato sauce on top with a sliced ​​tomato to make it look homemade. Honestly, it was a kitchen nightmare. We spent 22 euros and got absolutely nothing to eat.

24/04/2026: Having been used to good pastries, I bought some bread from Gourmandine... and was really disappointed. You want to support small businesses, but it's hard when you find bread that's worse than what you get at Auchan in a bakery 😓 I'm not usually that picky, but I couldn't even finish it.

24/04/2026: I bought a wholemeal loaf this morning. €2.50 for the loaf and the taste was awful. Extremely salty and soggy, no crust... even my son, who loves bread, didn't like it. I could still taste the salt in my mouth afterward. Too bad, I won't be going back.

23/06/2026: Beautiful view and pleasant setting for breakfast. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, with the servers having to make multiple trips to the bakery across the street to collect what seemed to be each order. Furthermore, the atmosphere was unpleasant due to frequent remarks and shouting from what I believe was the owner or manager towards the staff. It's a shame, because the place has potential; it was better before…

15/06/2026: The food was good quality and the staff provided excellent service. However, the owner's attitude left much to be desired. I witnessed a customer being reprimanded in front of everyone for ordering at the bar instead of remaining at his table. The tone was harsh and unprofessional. It's a shame, as it marred what could have been a very positive experience.

04/05/2026: A very good experience at Poulaillon! The products are of high quality, whether it's the bread, pastries, or cakes. The welcome is warm and the staff are friendly, even during busy times. We particularly appreciate the wide selection and the consistent quality of the flavors. A reliable and delicious place, ideal for breakfast, a lunch break, or simply to treat yourself.

12/02/2026: Very disappointed. My husband went to get a kougelhopf to take to family tomorrow. When we got home, I returned it. The best-before date was 12/02, and it's 12/02. The waiter didn't tell my husband it was past its expiration date, and there was no discount on the product! They won't see me there again!

25/04/2026: Just a quick update: we can't say the shopkeeper was the most pleasant. She didn't even say "Hello" and "Have a nice day" 🤷
