11/09/2026: I am writing to you following my visit to your Cransac casino yesterday, as I wanted to share my experience regarding an incident that unfortunately somewhat marred my evening. While I was playing on a machine, a member of your staff, whom I believe to be the new manager, approached me and asked me to press the button less firmly. I fully understand the need for care with the equipment, and I have no problem with this in principle. However, I would like to clarify that I am a regular customer of your establishment and that I do not usually press the buttons. If I pressed harder, it was simply because the button seemed to be malfunctioning. Perhaps it would be helpful to have this machine checked to ensure that it is working correctly and that it is not necessary to apply significant pressure to play. What disappointed me most was the manner in which this exchange took place. I found the tone used quite unpleasant and was particularly surprised when I was told that if I wasn't happy, I could leave. Naturally, I would have preferred this remark to have been made in a more cordial manner. I believe a simple, calm exchange would have resolved the situation without any difficulty. At the time, I replied that it wasn't a problem and that I wouldn't be returning. I ended up staying because I had come from far away and had come to spend the evening at your establishment. Unfortunately, this exchange affected my mood and made my evening much less enjoyable than I had hoped. I do, however, enjoy visiting your casino and sometimes come with my best friend. I particularly appreciate the friendly atmosphere of this establishment and, until now, I had never had any particular problems with the staff. That is why I simply wanted to share this experience and my disappointment with you. My main hope is that this type of situation can be avoided in the future, as I appreciate your establishment and I would find it regrettable if an exchange of this nature were to discourage me from returning. 21/07/2026: Showed up late without a reservation and was treated very well by the woman who was closing up shop. She happily rented a room to my friend and I with a pullout couch/cot (very comfortable) and a bed for him. Price was very reasonable, and the large french windows allowed my to sleep peacefully to the sounds of a rainstorm after a long day of travel.

31/08/2026: Paradiso Belfort offers a rather unwelcoming, unfriendly welcome. The ice cream is served in an unappetizing state. I've been there several times, but I've never been offered a loyalty card, which is a shame, because the food is good. A simple improvement in service could make all the difference.

19/08/2026: I recommend the exotic sundae...it's amazing. The homemade ice cream is truly delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. We hadn't made a reservation and waited 5 minutes because the friendly waitress didn't want to seat us in the direct sunlight. A gem that deserves 5/5, despite what the complainers say—they'd be much better off cherishing their local heritage instead of tearing it down.

13/06/2026: We had two smoothies for 12€ and they tasted like chemicals. The 'fresh smoothie' came from a carton box and was poured in some sort of smoothie machine. It tasted horrible, exactly like plastic. I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a single vitamin in it 😂

29/05/2026: May 29, 2026, 3:58 PM Heatwave, 37 degrees Celsius outside. The waitress: Have you decided? Us: Not yet, we're looking at the menu. Could you bring us a bottle of water and three glasses while we choose? The waitress: Oh no, sorry, I'll be finished in two minutes. I'll take everyone's order at once or nothing at all, but I don't have time. Two minutes later, she left the restaurant without taking our order and without water, of course. Luckily, the next waiter she left behind was more pleasant and smiling; no complaints about him. I just want to highlight the unprofessionalism of this young woman, who was clearly in a hurry to finish her shift.

24/09/2026: UNACCEPTABLE I ordered a burger this morning, and the staff I encountered didn't even say hello. The burger was ridiculous. They forgot to serve me the sauce I ordered from the order board, even though I was the only customer. There was only one napkin, and customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for this establishment. Avoid this kind of place! Unacceptable, shameful. Customers are treated very poorly, both in terms of the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff.

14/09/2026: I came this Monday, September 14th. Good point for the cook, the food was good, not too salty, excellent. The drive-thru service was great; the guy at the microphone taking the order was friendly. He forgot a fry from my order, but that can happen, no big deal. The guy who takes your order at the small window, no smile, no politeness. I come to the drive-thru because I have a long drive; a cup holder to hold my drink in the car is essential, hence the drive-thru. Then there are too many people lounging behind the counter, sulking and standing there. They don't like being there, and it shows. You tell them they forgot something, and they give you a death stare. Personally, if I were your boss, I'd fire half of them. The strong point, to finish, is the food.
