02/07/2026: A terrible experience at McDonald's Le Crès. A chair broke while I was sitting there with my 10-month-old baby in my arms. We almost fell because of faulty equipment. The most shocking thing was the manager's attitude: no apology, no concern for our well-being, just a remark that "chairs are expensive." Terrible service, unprofessional staff, and no regard for customer safety. Before thinking about the price of chairs, they should be thinking about family safety. I do not recommend this restaurant.

25/05/2026: The service at the drive-thru was appalling. No greeting, no thank you, no order total, not even a simple goodbye. The fries were cold and undercooked. I asked for mayonnaise and left with 15 packets of ketchup.

17/05/2026: Awful. I'm not usually picky, but honestly, don't go there. The price seems attractive with their €19.90 set menu: starter + main course + dessert. It's easy to see why. - The salad and deviled eggs were completely processed, minimalist, and uninteresting. - The chorizo ​​burgers were clearly frozen. Ours were identical, a truly astonishing comparison. They didn't even ask how we wanted them cooked. - The rice pudding was mushy, with an awful texture. The dessert in a glass contained a quarter of a soft white cheese at the bottom, not even fresh—I pointed it out to the waiter—accompanied by a so-called red fruit coulis. Despite everything, the waiters were friendly. Two desserts were wandering around the room because they couldn't remember which table they were for… they finally brought us an extra rice pudding. At least it gave us a chance to laugh with the other diners and the staff. The restrooms were filthy. I even saw a waiter wipe his hands on his apron as he came out of the restroom. We also got yelled at by the neighbor because our table was under his bedroom window! At least we'll remember it!

15/05/2026: We were asked to come inside when we looked at the menus outside. We ordered two set menus; while the starters were more or less fine, my Basque chicken arrived lukewarm, and the mussels for my husband were completely cold, so we sent them back for a warmer dish. After five minutes, the dish returned just as cold, so we decided to cut our lunch short. The owner listened to us and charged us for the dishes we had eaten and drunk from the menu. We were therefore at a loss.

24/07/2026: A very bad experience this morning. I stopped at this bakery around 7:00 a.m. to buy some pastries before leaving for vacation. When I arrived, I had to wait outside for a few minutes while the other customers chatted. Then, when it came time to pay, the till wasn't working, and the person serving me had great difficulty calculating the simple total for four raisin breads and four chocolate croissants. I was initially told €14, then, after checking with a calculator, I was given €10.60. The calculation was then repeated on a mobile phone. I should also mention that the prices for the raisin breads weren't displayed for me. When I pointed this out, I was told that the price was visible at the till. Faced with this lack of clarity and professionalism, I ultimately decided to leave without buying anything. A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this bakery and I will not be returning.

29/06/2026: We've known the chef for a long time, for years. And now my card doesn't work, he won't let me have it, he's going to throw away a big order for nothing even though he's used to seeing us at his place and made us wait for nothing, my card didn't work, I didn't have any cash, I would have paid him tomorrow but he's really struggling.

08/08/2026: I'm writing this review primarily to thank Momo and his entire team. They were professional throughout. I arrived during the rush; they had a huge number of orders to prepare, but they remained calm and focused, trying to minimize the wait time for customers. I want to emphasize Momo's professionalism once again. I will be back.

If you want to get bread/croissants and pastries to go, there's a little door next door just for that; the attendant there was extremely kind and spoke Portuguese, which is always very gratifying when traveling!!

04/07/2026: We thought we could sit down and eat and drink something for breakfast, but it was a complete disappointment. We managed to get something from the lady we couldn't get along with at all. They had tables set up in front of the shop, but lo and behold! Eating there was forbidden! How ridiculous, the rude man from the shop next door made us leave. We went to the shop next door to get coffee and then sit down, but lo and behold, eating was forbidden again. A complete fiasco. The baguette I bought was unbitten. I threw it in the trash with great sadness.

01/07/2026: What a terrible idea this hotel was: the heat, the smell, the lack of breakfast, no bar (despite being advertised as a highlight), a broken shower hose, no towels, noise from the street, and only the bed was barely acceptable.

03/06/2026: It was fine for one night... the room was clean, fairly large, with a small shower and a toilet next door... I appreciated the quiet and was able to sleep with the window open because of the heat, as there was no overlooking neighbors. The gentleman at reception was polite and friendly.
