17/07/2026: I was very disappointed with my last visit. We arrived and politely greeted each other, as we usually do, but the owner was extremely unpleasant in front of several other customers. She made a curt remark, telling us that she decided where we sat and that we absolutely had to go through her first. Again, we weren't used to this kind of behavior; a more polite manner from her would have avoided all of this. When I asked for a little more courtesy, she coldly replied that she was the boss. I tried to bear it so as not to spoil our outing with my family, but I will never be back.

05/07/2026: The all-you-can-eat buffet is really great. And the food is delicious! A wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. I recommend it.

01/07/2026: Stopped here while cycle touring along the Velo Scenic and quickly discovered the place is totally anti-cyclists. We thought they were joking to begin with but then some UK ex-pats explained that the barman pretty much hates all forms of cyclists. It was buzzing inside with locals so presumably the owner doesn't need any more customers, in particular cyclists. There is a very nice cafe around the back of this place so go there instead.

05/05/2026: The manager came out in the pouring rain to chase us away; we were two women on bikes on the sidewalk, ready to make his entire day's sales. This man has many talents—perhaps he was torn between a career as a bouncer and running a restaurant. In the meantime, we highly recommend the establishment to Philippe Etchebest, who loves ambitious projects.

09/05/2026: The staff were very helpful and full of humor. The kebab was excellent, with really high-quality meat.

25/04/2026: My partner and I went there last night for a romantic evening, but after buying a €120 bottle of wine, security took it back following an altercation between some intoxicated people on the dance floor! We wanted to go home, and again! My girlfriend's jacket wasn't returned to us!! Credit card, keys, etc... what can we do? We're going to file a complaint to get our belongings back, it's outrageous!

16/01/2026: Fresh, varied, tasty! Top-notch restaurant! Highly recommended, and the crowds never let up, especially at lunchtime, which is a good sign!

29/07/2026: This isn't our first time at this Flunch, but it will definitely be our last. Arriving around 8:30 pm, we checked the menu boards to choose our meal; logically, if it's listed, it must be available. At the register, we ordered two Tennessee rösti and two unlimited mussels and fries. The woman (manager) informed us that there were no more Tennessee rösti, so I chose an andouillette sausage, and my son ordered a chicken tender rösti and the two mussels and fries. I waited 20 minutes for the buzzer to go off for the chicken tender rösti. When it finally did, I went to get the food, but there was no one to greet us, just the plate placed on the counter. I waited a good five minutes to return the buzzer, but still no one was there, so I finally put it on the counter and took the plate. I let my son help himself to the vegetables, and of course, as usual, no fries. In the kitchen, all the baskets are up, so they won't be cooking anytime soon. Here I am, waiting for my andouillette sausage, and my family is waiting for the mussels. A young woman, 18 or 20 years old, asked me in a very unpleasant tone who sold me this. "I told you there weren't any left, was it a man or a woman? ... but I told her! You have to take something else," she said, throwing my receipt at me! My family, who were nearby, asked if there were any mussels left (all you can eat). She showed them her pot, which had enough for one and a half plates! She said, "That's all there is left!" We went back to the till where the manager greeted us, as usual, in a very unpleasant manner, as if we were at fault. She pointed out that it was 9:00 PM and practically implied it was our fault for leaving without eating. She then threw the money on the counter as a refund! This isn't the first time you've been so unpleasant. Last time, you literally brushed me off after I asked about the loyalty card. It was the security guard who came to apologize for the incident. You, because he had witnessed the way you spoke to customers and told us that this was a habitual behavior of yours. I don't know who you think your customers are, Madam, but keep in mind that we are the customers, and if we leave without eating, it's because of you, Madam. If it had been crowded, I would have chalked it up to overwork, but we were the only customers at the register, and the restaurant was three-quarters empty.

21/07/2026: Disgusting ice cream, it doesn't taste like it was advertised, I definitely don't recommend it! Money down the drain. What a shame, cheaper elsewhere for better taste.

18/07/2026: Disappointment... For 40 years, we've been coming to your establishment every year for the festival, and this year, when I ordered for myself and my daughter had an Italian ice cream, she was refused a glass of water! What a shame... such a lack of courtesy! What an image! Refusing a customer a glass of water!

31/12/2025: The managers are completely disrespectful, and I see from the reviews that it's the same even for those who actually ate there... Instead of simply apologizing for not updating the opening hours (10 pm) for December 30th by allowing reservations for 9 pm, they treat people like dirt, brushing them off in an incredibly rude manner. When you've just driven 600 km to see your mother and little sister, and you arrive at 8:30 pm, counting on this "restaurant"—which was the only traditional French restaurant in the city center "open until 10 pm"—for a family meal, the least you can expect is to be greeted with a smile and a "Sorry, we closed the kitchen at 9 pm tonight..." rather than a "Uh... I'll check with my husband" and a "Yes??" "Without even a single 'hello' from the gentleman, and to top it off, a raised eyebrow that clearly said, 'Why are you bothering me at 9 pm?' I mean, I don't know, what do you think people come to a restaurant for at 9 pm? A game of bowling? Luckily for our evening, we found it much more pleasant, certainly better, and of a higher standard than the property of these pathetic people."

30/12/2025: We arrived at 1 p.m., not even a hello, just a rude "We're full!" Please continue to ban this restaurant so they at least learn some manners and courtesy.

11/08/2026: Dirty, very dirty, too dirty!!!

11/08/2026: Run away as fast as you can! The dirtiest fast-food restaurant I've ever seen! The floor is sticky, the tables aren't cleaned, even though we arrived at 10:30 am and there was hardly anyone there… Now we understand why! After a 30-minute wait, our meals were served cold. As for the staff, we really felt like we were bothering them… A very disappointing experience, in terms of cleanliness, service, and food quality. Go to the competition instead!

26/07/2026: We arrived at 12:00 PM to eat but received no welcome. We returned at 12:45 PM and the same thing happened. This restaurant was recommended to us by friends, but I think the staff needs to be trained in customer service! It's basic. I can't comment on the food!

22/07/2026: Fabulous place, but the food was spotless and the service was abominable. The perch fillet was disappointing for a €29 dish. What a shame.

17/05/2026: Ordered today: two adult meals and two children's meals. No book in the children's meals, no dessert, and two sundaes were also missing. Almost €10 down the drain. Driving 30km at the cost of gas just to complain was pointless. Extremely disappointed; the service is deteriorating.

31/07/2026: The reason we were here was to charge the car. This was possible at the adjacent charging station. The first time, the tables were very dirty and it took a very long time before we received our order. It consisted of only 4 drinks. The second time was exactly the same, but the tables were clean this time. Both times there was hardly anyone in the place. Just a passerby at the McDrive. I have no idea what they were so busy with. Or maybe just not enough staff. The drinks (shakes) were good, though.

27/05/2026: Poor reception. Broken toilet seat. Breakfast served late. No keys or code. Very bad experience, I do not recommend it.
