08/07/2026: Okay, the hygiene is a bit questionable, but in terms of price and taste it's perfect, the chef is pleasant and quick, there's a large quantity of fries and sauce, and the price is competitive compared to the inflation of fast food.

22/05/2026: I've been to this bar and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet breakfast. As soon as I was served my cappuccino and croissant, a waitress immediately arrived to collect my payment. I didn't even have time to read the receipt or look for my wallet: she stood in front of me, waiting insistently, making me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Meanwhile, the cappuccino had gone cold. An unpleasant experience that certainly doesn't make me want to return.

26/04/2026: After a run in the sweltering heat, feeling dizzy, I stopped at this bar simply to ask for a glass of water. The manager flatly refused because I wasn't ordering anything. So this place prefers to leave someone in distress behind in order to save 10 cents 👏 At this point, we're no longer talking about a legal obligation to help someone in distress, but about basic humanity... we can see that humanity isn't on the menu at this bar. Avoid it, unless you have your credit card glued to your hand.

31/07/2026: I've worked in the La Croix Blanche area for five years and I'm a regular customer at Paul. Lately, the service has become appalling: no hello, no goodbye, and a constant feeling of being a nuisance. If you don't want to interact with customers, perhaps you should make way for people who do. The only exception is Sonia, who is always smiling, professional, and pleasant. While she's doing her job, some of her colleagues prefer to chat with acquaintances who have come to visit rather than attend to customers. It's a real shame for the brand's image.

29/07/2026: The atmosphere is appalling, a disgrace! I came to get my sandwich during my break yesterday, and a very unpleasant woman spoke rudely to customers and, on top of that, kept yelling at her colleagues. It's shameful! A serious lack of professionalism, unfortunately, because some of the staff seem to be very attentive and do their best while maintaining a smile...

16/07/2026: I went in and ordered 1 taco, 2 meats, 1 XL taco, and a takeaway platter with 3 sandwiches. They told us everything was available, and we paid €66. Twenty minutes later, when we came back, they told us they didn't have the kebab. They changed the order. When I got home this summer, it was a disaster. The sandwiches were cold, the fries were the same, they were missing a maxi taco, and the takeaway platter was a catastrophe. In the end, I would never have listened to my son. The worst order of my life. 57 years old

16/07/2026: Scam! 1 hour to order 1 hour to receive half the order Another hour to receive the bill, which is three times higher than required. A scammer to avoid!

20/05/2026: This kebab is delicious! I've been eating there for three years and I've never had a problem. Honestly, I 100% recommend this restaurant if you want to try French kebabs; it's the best. Kisses ❤️

23/04/2026: My fries of the day. I've seen kebab meat left to sit on the hot plate several times now. I never see the vendor cut the meat directly on the spit. They always put the leftover meat on the hot plate. And today, it's all about saving money! Kebabs are getting more and more expensive, and the fries are getting smaller. It's getting worse and worse.

12/07/2026: If you're expecting friendliness, forget it. This place has no customer service skills, and the prices are far too high for what you get: a €20 burger the size of a McDonald's Happy Meal, plus fries. If you just want a tapas-style dish like "Joël's Frites," the owner clearly told us it's a main course! We asked for a €10 portion of fries with a Caesar salad (€19.90), and they told us it wasn't possible. In short... I strongly advise against going there. 😤😡

09/07/2026: The food was ok, not good enough to put up with the husband's attitude and overall grumpy personality. The wife was a ray of sunshine. If he stayed in the kitchen and left her as the server they would have much higher ratings.

15/03/2026: Sausage galette to go: sausage warmed in the microwave, galettes barely warm without butter...

10/02/2026: I don't want to be influenced by other people's opinions. I had an excellent sausage rougail around 2:15 pm. The chef was kind enough to come back down to the kitchen for me (even though it was closed), and I'm very grateful to him, as well as for his smile. The memory of enjoying this special rougail, overlooking the Étel harbor and just after a construction project, will stay with me for a long time. Thank you so much, it was delicious.

27/05/2026: The restaurant's terrace is in a very pretty square. Period. Everything else was bad. The waitress's service was among the worst I've ever received. The food was bland, and the flavor relied solely on the sauces. Despite choosing from a page that listed four starters and four main courses, and a box specifying "€20 menu: starter, main course, and coffee," we were ultimately charged for individual dishes. When we protested, they told us that wasn't the menu, that the menu was on a small chalkboard at the hotel entrance—20 meters away, across the street! Of course, we were never informed of this. Finally, the manager's reaction was unpleasant, rude, and defiant; she was shouting most of the time. In short, we paid €60 for two mediocre set menus instead of the €40 listed.

21/05/2026: We ate on the restaurant's terrace, and the food was terrible. It wasn't good quality, and it was incredibly expensive. The service was awful; they took ages to attend to us and even longer to serve us. We practically had to digest between courses. I definitely don't recommend it. If you come to town, go to the main square; there are several much better options.

04/07/2026: The friendliness leaves as much to be desired as the place itself. I suspect only the regulars, who spend their days gambling, are treated properly. Avoid at all costs.

30/06/2026: They're all very nice. Sometimes not very smiley, but yesterday they were received wonderfully with a smile and were so kind to my daughter when I asked for information. Sometimes I have a coffee there; the clientele is so-so, sometimes annoying, but the service is always good. I highly recommend them.

30/05/2026: The food itself was okay. What was completely unacceptable was that it was simply charged €15 more. The place settings (coasters) were also removed, so we only noticed it mentally as we were leaving the restaurant. 2 people One pizza One simple pasta dish Two simple drinks €72 That doesn't add up. Not even on top of the already overpriced menu. Conclusion: better to eat somewhere else.

11/03/2026: A student restaurant with short wait times, and the food is quite good with great vegetarian options! The chef is welcoming and takes the time to chat with the students! The terrace is very pleasant! Thanks to Océane and her colleague for serving real meals tailored to the needs and preferences of students. I recommend it.

19/02/2026: The difference in quality between the CROUS (student services) in Perpignan and Toulouse is unacceptable. The food served in Toulouse is unworthy of a public service intended for students. Mediocre portions, questionable quality, and substandard service. It's like something out of a caricature of the French comedy film "L'Aile ou la Cuisse" (The Wing or the Thigh). Even at €1, this meal isn't worth it. It's a disgrace to offer this to students. How can we be satisfied and healthy with meals like these? Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice. That's the only reason I go there.

29/05/2026: It's a competition to see who can do the least in this shop. When the guys see us arrive to empty the shelves, they leave so as not to take the drivers. They look at the drivers and go elsewhere, or they sigh when they see us. And let's not even talk about the time spent under the probe.
