27/07/2026: The price-quality ratio is good, and the chicken is very good, although it is still a fast-food restaurant. One small point about the wraps: the sauce inside is slightly spicy.

06/08/2026: Thursday, August 6, 2026, 11:30 AM I went in to buy bread and a dessert. When it was my turn, the server completely turned her back on me to text and made me wait without a word. Once I'd finished, without even apologizing, she took my order and served me with such nonchalance that I found it so inappropriate I felt compelled to write this and echo the previous comments about the poor customer service at this establishment. Of course, while I was paying by card, she was too busy texting to hear my "goodbye" and reply... In short, I won't be back anytime soon.

25/08/2026: We spent €80 for three. The menu is great, you can eat well, and the service is fast. You can order boiled snails at this restaurant. Everything is superb, everything is delicious, and the prices are great!!! Well done, I recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

10/08/2026: A big thank you to the team, one of whom made me a coffee with a heart-shaped design. There's another server, who's Asian, who's always very attentive. I don't particularly like the place because the cakes are way too sweet, but at least I can work all day, and that's just great.

08/07/2026: We arrived at 1 p.m. and were thrown out like dirt with a rather rude gesture... we're restaurant owners and we were completely taken aback... we usually go to the one near Orly airport who, for once, are really lovely.

22/08/2026: This is the second time I've had to wait a very long time for my groceries, and the woman who brought them was unpleasant and a complete liar. I won't go back to the drive-through unless I absolutely have to.

25/08/2026: I went to Flunch Englos and noticed they were serving ice cream with dirty hands. I informed the manager, who grumbled but washed his hands before serving me. I left a review for Flunch Englos. They said they take this "very seriously." Yesterday, I went to the Flunch in Villeneuve-d'Ascq and realized they were just as disgusting. They touched things, their faces, and served me a cone without washing. Who are these "managers" who do absolutely nothing? If what we see is so sickening, I wonder what it's like in the kitchen. I'm thinking of alerting the health department about this chain's practices. An administrative closure should set things straight.

23/08/2026: We came at lunchtime today and received a very warm welcome from Cassi, who was very smiley, welcoming, and pleasant. We didn't quite understand how the coffee machines worked, and she very kindly came to help us. Very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place; I will definitely be back! Thank you, Cassi!

27/06/2026: I ordered an iced coffee. I was served a watery coffee with no syrup. I tasted it. Disappointing. I took it back and pointed out that it wasn't an iced coffee. The manager looked at me, bewildered, and asked what I wanted. And then she served me a hot coffee with an ice cube in it. Incompetence or contempt?

05/09/2026: This McDonald's stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, both in the dining area and the restrooms—a rare feat in this type of establishment and worth highlighting! Furthermore, the wait time is minimal, and the staff is very friendly during service. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: the order is carefully prepared, and, a very welcome touch, the fries are served piping hot and crispy. The only slight drawback is the lack of shade on the patio.

05/09/2026: The website states closing time as midnight, but by 11:30 PM it was already impossible to eat... I don't understand! We made the trip only to find the door closed. Please correct your opening hours or at least respect them.

02/10/2026: There was a rat running through tables inside the resturant! When i brought this to the attention of the waiter, he said “welcome to paris”! Absolutely disgusting! The food isnt great either.

30/09/2026: Nice place to exchange with friends

26/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit this Thursday. My cinnamon roll was cold from the first bite, so I simply asked if it could be exchanged. The heavily tattooed manager replied very arrogantly: "Well, what do you want me to do? Exchange it or reheat it?" I find this way of speaking to a customer completely inappropriate. I am a regular customer and I simply expect a minimum of respect and professionalism, especially for such a simple request. Especially since my daughter works at this establishment, and even she found the reaction completely abusive and inappropriate. This is really not the image one expects from a professional establishment.

19/09/2026: I go to Disneyland Paris every time, but this last time put me off. I ordered two set menus with coffee, a sandwich, and dessert. I paid. My sister went to find a seat, and I waited. They refused to give me the carrot cake because it had become too expensive for the set menu, so I got a simple cookie instead. I got my drinks and asked for the two sandwiches that the server had right in front of him by the register. The young woman told me I'd already had them. I politely said no, sorry. She became condescending, accusing me of being a liar and a thief, and shouted louder, "Yes, yes, yes, your wife had them!" First of all, she's not my wife, she's my sister, and she hadn't even noticed that I hadn't paid yet. I had to hold up the line and wait for the server who had been serving me to tell him, and after supporting his colleague, he finally realized that the two sandwiches were right in front of his register. And as a bonus, there was no cream in my coffee, even though I ordered a large size and received a medium. Very disappointing.
