05/07/2026: Air conditioner did not work in the room when I checked in during the evening. The front desk said they couldn't send someone to look at it until the next day and said they didn't have any other rooms to offer. The next day when I returned very late in the evening, I found they had not done anything. The front desk said they couldn't send someone until the next day - again! They finally offered me another room. After I unpacked in my new room and went into it's bathroom, I discovered a horrible sewer smell was backing up into the bathroom's drains. Escalated to the front desk. Again - they said they couldn't do anything about it and they did not have any other rooms to offer. They finally agreed to send someone to the room who simply sprayed disinfectant into the drains. They said they would send someone the next day to resolve the issue or would offer me another room. The bathroom smell was terrible the next morning. I reminded the front desk of the issue the next morning. The associate assured me they would have a new room ready when I returned late that evening. When I returned that evening, the front desk associate said they didn't know anything about my issue and did not have any more rooms available. After I escalated to another associate, they were suddenly able to find me a new room. As I unpacked in my third room around midnight and pulled back the bed spread, I discovered the bed was missing a bed sheet. I again notified the front desk. The associate handed me a bed sheet and said I'd need to add it to the bed. On two different occasions I asked to speak to a manager. I was told both times a manager was not available to speak to. I had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend you avoid this hotel.

28/05/2026: Sorry but selling rooms that they know have faulty aircondition is not good enough. Had to get a refund as it was over 30 degrees in the room.

17/07/2026: As welcoming as a prison gate… the owner stares at you from head to toe without saying hello while he plays on his phone… We ask if we can sit down and he tells us they only take cash… strange character and strange place. It looks like the place is for sale or under renovation, judging by the surrounding mess. What a shame.

06/07/2026: Unpleasant and lacking in politeness, they stared at us as soon as we walked in. We left without ordering anything. You should sell your business and relocate far away from any customers.

21/07/2026: Horrible! The prices are exorbitant and vary wildly. No prices are displayed; the price for an empty merguez sausage and fries sandwich jumps from 5 to 7 euros from one person to another. They ask what sauce you want, but the person preparing it decides to make it their own way. And the staff? They're the worst; they really need a career change. Customer service is clearly not for them.

01/05/2026: DISGUSTING! Worst experience of my life. Unsanitary restaurant, cockroaches, sticky trays dripping with oil, uncleaned tables also sticky and covered in dust. And the food? Don't even get me started. Raw and just plain disgusting—it's a real disgrace. The service was APPALLING, the waiters laughed at customers who complained. I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT, OH MY GOD! I'm personally writing to the relevant authorities!

16/06/2026: It's such a shame, I paid for my pinball machine and they told me that if it closes, they'll stop... but without even a refund or an "excuse me" or a "hello"! Frankly, it's not very welcoming... I really advise you not to go there. 😊

05/05/2026: Five euros for a double espresso: that's the price this establishment charges for a very ordinary coffee, served without any courtesy. For comparison, upscale establishments and specialty coffee shops on the same street offer superior quality products for €3.50. Beyond the price, which seems completely arbitrary, the overall condition of the place and the lack of hygiene are concerning. One would expect neighborhood prices in such a setting, but it's quite the opposite. Paying top dollar for mediocre service and such a cold welcome is simply unjustifiable. An address I can only advise against; the value for money is nonexistent.
