09/03/2026: I was a regular customer back when Sindy and her husband owned the place, only staying overnight, and I never had the chance to come for lunch, even though it was supposedly packed. I have to come to the area for a project soon, but when I see the new reviews... I hope you'll sort things out because you're going to close down soon... Furthermore, you're unreachable by phone because the "line is temporarily suspended"... making it difficult to book...

26/05/2026: Where to begin? €37 for two cheeseburgers, fries, and two cans of soda was already shocking, but coming home with indigestion and being unable to work was the last straw… If I could have given zero stars, I would have. This is the first time in my life I've written a review for a restaurant, but I felt compelled to warn people like us who might be passing through… The food wasn't fresh!! Just look at the number of reviews and the empty tables when we went… They don't have a good reputation, and I can confirm it!!

16/05/2026: I had a cheeseburger for €10.50, it was microwaved (dry bun on one side, soggy on the other) and the beef wasn't 100%... I finished it so I wouldn't be hungry in the afternoon, but I already regret it 🤮 The fries were good, but that's all. My daughter didn't eat her sausage; having tasted it, I understand why, and that's a good thing. I should have read the reviews beforehand and gone to the nachos place next door, a bit more expensive but undoubtedly much better. The most disgusting fast food of my life. I hope I don't get sick.

10/06/2026: One star only because I can't give ZERO! I went into the shop, leaving my four-and-a-half-month-old son in his stroller with my mother-in-law in front of the window. It's a very nice shop, and I was interested in the macarons (which, by the way, weren't priced). As I approached the saleswoman to ask for macarons, she said, word for word, "What's she doing in front of the window with her kid?!" Stunned, I decided to leave to avoid making a scene. Please know, Madam, that the kid was my son, and given your lack of courtesy, you'll never get a penny from me. I sincerely hope you're not the manager and that someone will put you in your place. If you are the manager, then perhaps it's time to consider a completely different career path. (Why not cultivate lavender fields? It's relaxing.) A truly terrible experience. Never again.

15/03/2026: Awful experience. Chased out of the shop by the saleswomen and accused of not saying hello after cheerfully greeting her on entry. Avoid.

10/05/2026: Finally closed. I've never seen food so unchanged.

22/12/2025: Extremely disappointed. I used to come there with my family, even when I was very young, and since it changed owners, the welcome is gone, it's a depressing place, and the food is cold, even though I'm sure it was cooked a day before. I'll never go there again.

18/07/2026: I was a customer of this bakery for several months. I bought my lunch there. Unfortunately, I got sick during the heatwave after eating a croque-monsieur that, in all likelihood, wasn't fresh (I had my doubts while eating it, but I wasn't careful enough). As a result, I lost a day of work and needed several days of fasting to recover.

22/05/2026: Not good and not friendly! The nugget 100m away is much more worthwhile

07/06/2026: The room was clean but very damp (mold present), the sink had been clogged for several weeks according to reviews… cold water… The breakfast service was truly filthy; cleanliness clearly doesn't exist in the kitchen! Chocolate stains and smudges on the plates—avoid this place. We do not recommend this establishment… except for the location.

07/06/2026: Comfortable bed, fairly clean but dated room. No hot water at 9:30 this morning... sink still clogged after weeks of use... Breakfast service was not clean at all, I do not recommend it.

09/03/2026: Is this a pizza 🍕 or a sheet of A4 paper? Non-existent topping... I don't know if you're trying to save money, but at this rate you're going to lose customers.

20/02/2026: I placed an order today on the Pizza Hut website (advertised at €24.90 for two Pizza Hut pizzas). I received an email saying the order had failed. I called them, and they confirmed my order would be ready in five minutes. I called back 25 minutes later to ask where the order was. They told me it would arrive in 10 minutes (the conversation was difficult since the person answering the phone barely spoke French). They called me back 10 minutes later to tell me that the delivery order cost €40 for two pizzas and that I would have to pick it up (I just had surgery and can't get around). They asked me, "So, are you coming or not?" I said, "But I can't, and why is it so expensive?" He replied, "Okay, goodbye," and hung up on me... a total lack of respect... I can't believe it.

10/08/2026: The service was appalling, I've never seen anything like it, a waitress (whose name I've omitted) was very disrespectful.

30/07/2026: A very bad experience. We were a group of seven, and several mistakes were made with our orders. The only employee present had to take orders, prepare drinks, and serve customers all at once. He seemed overwhelmed and likely inexperienced, which made the service very slow. Furthermore, when we simply asked to add coconut milk to a drink, we were told it wasn't possible, without any real explanation or proposed solution. I don't doubt the employee's good intentions; he seemed to be doing his best, but he was clearly alone in managing a large number of customers. The organization needs to be reviewed. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. I hope improvements will be made, particularly by increasing staffing levels to provide service that meets the brand's standards.

10/05/2026: A disastrous experience. The salesperson practically told me to leave because I was asking questions about the products. He refused to answer my questions. First and last time!!!! EDIT: I hadn't seen all the reviews before posting mine, and now I realize all the threats of legal action in every review… I think it would be better to become a lawyer…

11/04/2026: The waiter was incredibly unfriendly, bordering on rude! I regret finishing my order... I wasn't familiar with the coffee at all, nor the concept of frappés or other options, so I asked two questions! Oh dear, mistake! This clearly bothered the gentleman, who pointedly reminded me that everything was written down, in a manner that made me feel quite foolish! Avoid at all costs...

24/07/2026: Disgusting sandwich. This chain is a disgrace.

19/07/2026: Why care about customers? 5 employees 1 serving 30 mn queue.... A Shame Is there a manager somewhere?

21/06/2026: I found an insect in the food; it also had a bad odor and was unfit for consumption.

28/05/2026: I order food from them and I get sick after eating it.They heat up stale food and serve it to customers again.

28/05/2026: I bought a sandwich this Monday and found a fly in my chicken sandwich bagnat, which I didn't eat at all. I won't be going back to this bakery, unfortunately.

01/05/2026: The owner wasn't friendly, didn't even say hello, and the bread was so-so. Don't go there!
