09/08/2026: With the heatwave, it was the misting fans on the terrace that drew us in. And honestly, they were really pleasant! It's a shame they were only working during happy hour... Apart from that, the restaurant was practically empty while the neighboring restaurants were much more crowded... we understood why! 😆 We might have thought the minimalist menu hid some cooked dishes, but actually, not at all. It's more like assembly. The tapas were frozen food that had been deep-fried. Not bad, but frozen food nonetheless... The salad that came with the dishes looked a bit tired... and the service was clearly lacking in professionalism. In short, not a great spot...

27/06/2026: We ordered a strawberry cake from this bakery for the second time for our birthdays, my brother's and my mom's. It was really good, well-balanced, and family-friendly, with a generous amount of fresh strawberries. I highly recommend it!

29/09/2026: We had the mussels and fries, which were very good and a very generous portion. The welcome was friendly, and the waiters were very polite and attentive.

29/09/2026: Supposedly they were short-staffed, while they were having fun behind the bar. The poor waiter was doing his best, the food was cold, which was a shame. There was a piece of fuzzy fur in the bread basket, a bit of plastic on my plate, and we asked for a carafe of water at least four times. It finally arrived at the end of dessert, which itself arrived on a slightly dirty tray. 😏

12/09/2026: A NIGHTMARE!!!!! 50-minute wait and finally "the order has disappeared"!!! Unsanitary, disgusting. In 50 minutes, at least 5 or 6 people came back with order errors. I'll never set foot in there again.

26/09/2026: I am extremely angry and deeply disappointed by this experience. I ordered an Egg Bacon, but received a bacon sandwich instead. I also ordered a Cinnamon Roll, but received a cinnamon muffin instead. Neither of the items I ordered was delivered. In addition, the drink completely spilled during delivery and soaked into both items. Both items were completely drenched and saturated with the drink, making them totally inedible. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. It has occurred several times with my orders, and this situation is completely unacceptable and unforgivable. I am truly furious that I paid for a specific order and received two different items, both of which were completely ruined by the drink. It's a disgrace. I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously and that it will not happen again.

15/09/2026: The Starbucks branch is simply too crowded, and it clearly affects both the quality of service and the overall atmosphere. The place feels poorly maintained and, compared with other Starbucks branches, noticeably dirty, uninviting, and lacking the level of care you would expect from the brand. Overall, it feels more like a place to get in and out as quickly as possible than somewhere you would actually want to sit and enjoy your coffee.

21/08/2026: We ordered pizzas. The three large pizzas were inedible, both the dough and the toppings. They went straight in the bin. The three medium pizzas were edible, despite their poor quality. You can find better in Castres.

19/07/2026: I came in today as an Uber Eats driver to pick up a customer's order. The woman at the counter asked me to wait in line behind six people who were waiting to order, even though I was just there to collect the order, which was already ready. So this woman has the nerve to make a driver who's working wait 20 or 30 minutes under the pretext that we have to wait in line like everyone else. You need to review your staffing; it's a disgrace.

23/09/2026: The opening hours indicated a closing time of 00:00, but when I arrived at 23:00 the McDonald's was closed...

11/09/2026: Absolutely terrible! The product mix-up is missing, and that's not all. Oh yeah, hair in the sandwiches! Honestly, I do it for my kids, but you can't go anywhere else.

26/08/2026: Beware of cleanliness and especially hygiene. The staff is untrained and uninvolved in this area. I didn't finish my taco for fear of getting sick. Personally, I won't be back.

19/08/2026: We contacted Carthage Food at the last minute (the day before) for a large order of 30 pizzas! Everything was done on time and with a smile. They were very friendly and helped us treat our guests :) Thank you again!!
