16/07/2026: Absolutely highway robbery. My wife, a long-time customer, ordered a deal from their website. The delivery driver arrived with a price list for each pizza and refused to listen to reason. My wife ended up paying €10 more than expected! Not to mention that the pizzas were incredibly thin and overcooked. Thanks a lot, and goodbye forever.

05/07/2026: Served half an hour early, delivery driver was very good. Nice garnish. Unfortunately, the cook must have spilled the salt shaker. Too salty!

24/11/2025: It feels like a Parisian bar, with its Art Nouveau decor and prices to match. A coffee or a tea: €8.50. That's expensive for a tea bag... I'm told you're paying for the ambiance... but at that price, can you take the teapot home with you?

11/05/2026: An unexpected oasis of tranquility (surrounded by an industrial area). The driveway alone, lined with centuries-old Atlas cedars, is phenomenal. The rooms are functional and clean. Also suitable for family gatherings.

04/05/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you following my stay at the Château de Saint-Marcel, during which I spent three nights. First, I would like to highlight some very positive aspects: Stéphanie, in the dining room, was particularly pleasant and professional, and the chefs showed great consideration, especially towards me and a friend who was unwell. Their attitude deserves sincere praise. However, my experience was significantly marred by the behavior of a member of the staff responsible for breakfast service. (This person is undoubtedly doing her job as a chambermaid, but it would be preferable if she did not interact with guests.) Indeed, one morning when I arrived at 9:01 a.m. (or 10:01 a.m., depending on the closing time), the coffee machine had already been turned off. I then politely asked if it would be possible to get a coffee, specifying that I was willing to pay for it. I was charged for this service despite my stay of several days at your establishment, which I find particularly regrettable and unprofessional. Beyond this incident, the overall attitude of this individual struck me as inappropriate: no greeting, a clear lack of hospitality, and an unpleasant impression of rigidity, even a deliberate attempt to hinder access to service (especially the following morning at opening time). In my opinion, this type of behavior does not reflect the level of quality and hospitality expected in an establishment such as yours. I therefore wanted to express my dissatisfaction in the hope that it will be taken into consideration to improve the experience of future guests. 29/08/2026: Hello, I'm giving one star, but unfortunately not by choice. We sat on the terrace and no one came to take our order. My friend had to go inside to order. Even so, we waited about 35 minutes, even though there were only five other customers on the terrace. I finally went inside to check on our order, in case it had been forgotten. The waitress asked me, "What's wrong?" without even saying hello. So I simply replied, "Hello," and reminded her that we had been waiting for our order for quite some time. She replied in a very cold tone, "It's being processed." I find this really disappointing, because even when it's busy, a minimum of politeness and hospitality is important in an establishment. Therefore, I do not recommend this place, or perhaps this experience was simply due to the waitress who was there that day. Nevertheless, I wish you a lovely day.

03/08/2026: The place is very basic, the cappuccino is very bitter, and there aren't even napkins on the tables. No croissants or other sweet items available for breakfast.

31/08/2026: We've been eating here every Saturday for three years and have never been disappointed. The staff, the owner, and the selection are all excellent and you won't find them anywhere else (andouillette sausage, veal liver, beef tongue, kidneys, etc.). Gérald G.

16/09/2026: Very good selection of fresh sandwiches. Two sizes with lots of different ingredients. Took awhile to decide. 😉 Recommend if you are looking for a quick bite to refuel while enjoying site seeing in Colmar. And inexpensive… Seating available inside and outside.

15/09/2026: Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the customer service. The sandwiches are good, but the service is really not great. Having come several times this summer, I witnessed some strange moments. One of the saleswomen (older and blonde) humiliated the younger ones several times in front of numerous customers. One day, she decided to let a gentleman who was behind me in line go ahead of me, without any explanation. When I politely pointed out that I had been waiting longer, she didn't bother to apologize or even look at me; she just sighed. The gentleman, embarrassed by the situation, apologized several times, but she didn't bother to do anything about it.
