03/08/2026: I ordered two Mango Dragonfruit Refresha, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with this drink. I saw the staff had filled the cup with tap water making it extremely diluted and flavorless. On top of that, there were no freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces added at all, which is a standard part of the drink. I ended up throwing both drinks away because they were undrinkable. This was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I hope Starbucks will look into the quality control at this store and ensure drinks are prepared according to the recipe.

01/08/2026: As a loyal Starbucks customer worldwide, I have never experienced anything like this. I ordered two cakes and two iced Americanos, but we received an iced latte—and even the Americano size was wrong. When we asked to fix it, the male cashier (Keem/Keen) became visibly hostile and argued with us. ​Later, he approached our table agitated, aggressively demanding I take a refund for a "third" Americano. Even after showing my receipt proving I only paid for two, he kept raising his voice until I accepted the refund just to end the confrontation. ​I can understand order mistakes or language barriers, but repeatedly messing up basic orders and taking anger out on customers is completely unacceptable.

16/09/2026: I bought a mille-feuille today at Meunier in Galeries Lafayette, what a disgrace! The caramelized puff pastry, supposed to be crispy, was rubbery and completely soggy... it's truly shameful to sell such pastries in a place meant for quality products (especially considering the price). It's simply scandalous! The problem is that I got it to go; otherwise, I would have returned it... don't go there under any circumstances. I had to throw the cake away because it was so inedible. I understand the bad reviews this store has, but the worst part is that the management doesn't even take them into account... stay away!

21/09/2026: I've been going to Delitaly for several years and I've never been disappointed. The food is always delicious, and the service is friendly and efficient. I especially love their carbonara pasta, which I order regularly. It's a great place I always enjoy returning to!

05/09/2026: The food was good, but the service was completely lacking. A little note to the long-haired cook: learn to be pleasant to customers, regardless of your mood; we have nothing to do with your annoyance. It was good, but never again. What a shame.

29/08/2026: I really looked forward to eating here. It looks busy, so it must be good, right? No. The guys working in the kitchen were swamped and didn't look like they knew what they where doing. There was also inconsistent glove use too. The till operator was handling cash and then handling food. That's not great. They got my order wrong twice too. They offered free crisps to say sorry, but these were bitter as they were over cooked. I ordered Cassolette Jambon and ended up with breaded fried chicken casolette. The chicken was good but the potatoes were soggy and warm. Duck Quesadillas were very good. I would choose other stalls over Gastroteka. This cost €31.50 and was a waste of money. Maybe 2 stars is too generous... I was really looking forward to eating here. The place seemed very busy, so it must be good, right? Well, no. The kitchen team was overwhelmed and did not seem to have mastered their subject. The use of gloves was also questionable: the cashier handled cash and then touched the food. It wasn't great. They also got my order wrong twice. They offered me chips as an apology, but they tasted bitter because they were overcooked. I had ordered a ham casserole and ended up with a breaded fried chicken casserole. The chicken was good, but the potatoes were limp and lukewarm. The duck quesadillas were very good. I would choose other food stalls rather than Gastroteka. The bill came to €31.50, which is a waste of money. Two stars is perhaps a bit generous...

11/09/2026: One entree had run out, salads Grecque offered instead. It was terrible. Made days previous, no lettuce, greasy. My main course disappointing too although partner’s was fine. ‘Pavlova’ dessert was good but was served in a glass and was not à pavlova. Narrow spiral stairs to toilets verging on dangerous. Very disappointed.

22/08/2026: A pleasant surprise, very good, perhaps lacking a few smiles. But still very nice.

02/05/2026: Lovely spot right off the metro, food was delicious. Coffee was great. Wonderful atmosphere, very laid back and relaxing. Staff was delightful.

10/09/2026: We came as a group of eight for a birthday celebration on a Saturday night and ordered six pizzas and four panisses (chickpea fritters). We also had two bottles of wine, beer, and rum. Despite this, the management refused to serve us carafes of water! Their claim was that the water was the sea across the street! Outrageous! Serving water is mandatory in France. We had to buy Perrier, but shame on them! They won't be seeing me again.

06/09/2026: The setting was exceptional, no complaints there, and the service was friendly. But personally, I found the dish bland; the salmon en papillote was truly unremarkable, which was a shame.

26/09/2026: I'm eating right now. The croissants are so delicious, and the chocolate is especially tasty. The cafe latte is super, super good. I'm planning to stay in Paris for 4 days starting today, and I'm going to go buy some every morning. I wish you great success!

29/08/2026: I've been waiting for seven hours. It's 7:10 am and it's still not open. The person working inside is very aggressive and told me not to wait even though it's supposed to be open at 7 am.

07/09/2026: I stopped by this morning for a coffee. I asked the waitress for the menu to check the prices, and imagine my surprise when she rolled her eyes and sighed. So I ordered my espresso, and she laughed and mocked me, saying, "Why did you order a set menu if you just want an espresso?" I didn't know it was possible to be so unpleasant. I had to bring my own coffee to my table because she left it on a tray at the bar. The coffee was as bitter as the waitress. I don't recommend it. 🙄 LOL

02/09/2026: A bit of a wait, but also very busy on the terrace this weekend. One waiter was rather taciturn, another waitress very friendly and smiling. A very popular spot under the market hall with a view of the beautiful Foix castle. This café deserves to be more welcoming to everyone, including tourists (men, women, and children). I always feel like I'm intruding when I go there from time to time to have a drink with family or friends... There are much nicer places a little further away, in the town center...

16/07/2026: The best wine bar, the benchmark in Old Nice. Established in 1947, Jean-Philippe Gazan, the owner and manager of La Cave de la Tour, is dedicated to preserving traditions. For connoisseurs and lovers of Niçois wines, they offer wines from Bellet and Saint-Jeannet, at the foot of the Baou. Even if you're welcomed in, you'll feel like you've entered paradise. "There are men and there are Niçois," proclaims the slogan above the entrance; it says it all. The best selection of rosés is available at the bar, particularly from the Estandon cooperative winery. They also offer local wines on tap, available to take away in bottles. Always excellent. Consider ordering small plates for an aperitif (especially the beautiful charcuterie board) and come for the annual World Championship of Stuffed Vegetables – it's a truly prestigious event! World Championship of Stuffed Vegetables from Nice Every year, in a festive atmosphere, around twenty amateur cooks compete before a jury of chefs for the title.

08/09/2026: Things have been getting complicated at the drive-thru lately; tonight the sauces are missing, the ice cream is gone, and the potatoes are almost raw... Next time, I'll have to check the bag in front of the person and slow down the service a bit more, which is already not fast.

07/09/2026: ‏I came to this branch at 10:11 PM and tried to ask the cashier a simple question about the menu before ordering. He completely ignored me and was really rude just because I only speak English and Arabic, even though he could have easily listened to me. ‏I tried using the touch screen ordering machine instead, but I had a problem with it and then the screen locked up. When I asked the staff how I could complete my order (and told them it was for takeaway, not to eat inside), one of them literally made fun of me and sarcastically said "come back tomorrow!" It was only 10:20 PM and they don't even close until 11:00 PM. ‏I had to leave and go to the other McDonald's in the city center next to the mall, where the staff actually speak English and treat customers properly. ‏Worst customer service ever. Avoid this place
