28/08/2026: I often come to buy cigarettes during the day and I'm allowed to pay with my credit card. I came at night for once and they told me no, and the seller made me pay in cash instead of offering me a lighter or a pack of chewing gum. As a result, I paid a little over €16 instead of €12, for example. It's a disgrace!

16/08/2026: I went there on Sunday the 16th. The guy at the till was disrespectful, gave me dirty looks. Truly one of the worst tobacco shops I've ever been to.

27/06/2026: Since the new owners took over, there's been absolutely nothing, no mouse, nothing. They're not good sellers, you can tell.

10/07/2026: I'm changing the review I posted in April, which was negative. Since then, things have improved and the desserts are delicious. I haven't bought any sandwiches since, but I definitely feel it's much better than before. So, a POSITIVE REVIEW, and also for Fatima, the lovely saleswoman, and the owner, who is charming now!

27/03/2026: I definitely don't recommend this bakery, and even less so their sandwiches. The "chicken salad" was more like a salad with mayonnaise—really not good, and I was sick all afternoon. Next time I'll just go somewhere else.

12/09/2026: I placed my order at the drive-thru and when I was on the road I noticed that I was given a partially used sauce. This is unacceptable and it's not the first time I've been dissatisfied with this McDonald's.

14/04/2026: A disgrace!!! As a regular smoker, I used to buy my cigarettes there regularly. Now pregnant, I've stopped. One morning, I stopped by because, being pregnant, I asked if I could use their restroom. An elderly gentleman brushed me off like dirt. And this happened in front of another customer, who was shocked himself! He said the restroom is for when you're smoking! So I explained that I often came for my cigarettes. He didn't even acknowledge my presence and told me to get lost. Clearly, your behavior, sir, leaves much to be desired!!! A lack of professionalism, but being bitter won't get you anywhere. You've lost a group of five people who also came to have lunch at your establishment. Avoid this tobacco shop at all costs!!!

31/08/2026: Arrived at 11:45 to have a Perrier. I waited 10 minutes and went to the bar. They told me they no longer serve drinks after noon because they operate as a brasserie. It says BAR. The manager was unpleasant; you should find another line of work, sir.

19/08/2026: Going from Bouillon Nantais (Intermarché Eraudière gallery) to this, you have to wet your neck... Very poorly cooked dishes, mediocre service, no toilets.

18/08/2026: Passing through Olivet, I found a bakery open all day with delicious, generously filled sandwiches. They also have excellent éclairs and delightful oriental pastries. Highly recommended!

08/08/2026: I stopped by to get some pastries; the Paris-Brest was good, but the Black Forest cake with only two half cherries inside was a real disappointment. The service, however, was impeccable.

04/09/2026: Everything is mass-produced and rather mediocre. The mille-feuille: lumpy cream, soggy and tasteless puff pastry – the layers weren't even properly combined. The triple chocolate: dry and crumbly. In short, we won't be going back, especially since the bread isn't sourdough, not even the country-style kind! Avoid at all costs!

01/09/2026: Products were missing when I opened. No baguettes. Specialty breads were overcooked.

06/12/2025: I usually order pistachio wafers, but on December 5th, 2025 at 4 PM, the waitress gave me a wafer that wasn't properly spread with pistachio; it tasted like flour. I showed her it was dry, but she refused to add more. I'm sorry, but the customer is always right. (Waffle Factory, Orléans)

27/11/2025: Disappointed, I ordered a waffle with minced steak and received ham and cheese when I got home, after a 20-minute wait, even though there were six of them.

29/07/2026: I rarely leave reviews, but I went to Rolls for lunch today, drawn in by the storefront and the restaurant's decor. I ordered two rolls for almost €11. I admit I was expecting slightly larger portions, so I was surprised when they arrived. I thought it wouldn't matter if they were really good, but unfortunately, I didn't really like them. Both rolls had a slightly strange taste, as if the lettuce wasn't very fresh anymore. It's a shame, because the concept appealed to me.

23/07/2026: At least it was nicely decorated, but too expensive for the quantity and quality of the food. Visually, it's beautiful. The concept is interesting. Except it's more visually appealing than delicious: too much salad, not enough protein, and I don't understand the price. We just finished, and we're still hungry.

13/09/2026: I wasn't expecting anything and I wasn't disappointed. The quality was very poor, the service was adequate, but the real issue is the hygiene. It's dirty, and the cooks don't wear beards.

12/09/2026: The burger was quite dry, too expensive for the quality offered, the table wasn't cleaned between services, I don't recommend it.

05/07/2026: It's unbelievable. You place an order, you ask for a chicken and steak sandwich, they only give you steak, and you pay. The price of two meats for one meat, and then they tell you next time, dessert is free. It's a joke. I'm never going back there. It's not the first time they've done this.

22/06/2026: Order placed on June 22, 2026 at 1:15 PM during the restaurant's opening hours, but still not delivered (it's 2:30 PM as I write this review). They guarantee delivery within 60 minutes maximum, but as soon as a certain time passes, they decide to ignore online orders, and on top of that, no one bothers to call to let us know. I find it simply unacceptable to see this in 2026 when contacting them is so easy. I'm sure the delivery will arrive this evening, and I hope they'll offer some kind of compensation because we already pay for delivery on a €36 order, so if there's nothing else to it, I really don't understand their mentality.
