26/06/2026: It starts with a good foundation, offering a diverse and varied selection of products that seem to be of good quality. However, when we went today, everything was warm. There was no freshness whatsoever. Customers were complaining about the drinks not being cold. The waitresses seemed completely overwhelmed, with only 10 customers in the dining room at noon, to the point that they couldn't even manage to put lids on the drinks. The icing on the cake: "We can't make you any hot drinks, it's too busy!" Unheard of!! The iced coffees weren't cold at all; we had to ask for ice cubes and put them back in the freezer when we arrived. The salads weren't fresh either. Overall, a rather disappointing first visit!

02/06/2026: For me, that's it. Two expired products in about a month. No staff to serve. It feels like the franchise has been abandoned.

13/06/2026: Very average staff, cleanliness OK, very uncomfortable bed, caravan-cabin shower, sink the size of a bowl, no soundproofing, impossible to close the shutter, and to top it all off, the person at reception, owner or not, didn't even ask us if we had a good night, very poor, I do not recommend it at all.

27/05/2026: No problems with the booking or check-in. Regarding our room (triple), the bathroom/toilet was open to the bedroom (the wall didn't reach the ceiling), which was rather inconvenient. Cleanliness was fine. The room is very old with an uneven floor and poor insulation (the double glazing was very good). The air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast was good.

04/04/2026: First time to visit Moove shisha Lounge and the place was nice. Not the best shisha lounge I have been to, but still a nice place to try.

05/09/2026: We ordered pizzas this evening with our two 8-year-old children, who were starving after a long day. The wait was interminable: over an hour before we were served. The children (and we too) were really hungry, and this wait ruined the start of the evening. Pizza quality: Very disappointing. The crust was tasteless, almost like cardboard, and the toppings were bland. Based on other reviews, we expected much better. Atmosphere and service: - Dark terrace: We repeatedly asked for lighting (it was dark), but nothing was done. As a result, we ate in the dark, which is neither practical nor pleasant. - Unfriendly service: The waitress, far from welcoming, didn't seem to care about our dissatisfaction. In short, an overall bad experience: excessive wait, mediocre food, and a blatant lack of consideration for customers. It's a shame, because the idea of ​​a good pizza on the terrace was appealing. Avoid if you are looking for a quick, tasty meal in good conditions.

14/07/2026: Passing through Annonay, we tried this "pizzeria." The pizza dough was terrible, like brioche or something. The menu listed "1664 white," but they didn't have any. The beer was served warm, and the water was the same. The bread must have been stale. The salad was bagged and not good at all. The only positive point was the young waiter, who was very polite, despite the owner being completely unpleasant to him.

20/08/2026: Always top-notch. Their mushroom-style escalopes with homemade fries are excellent. Never disappointed.

26/06/2026: Friday is aioli day! The cod was perfectly cooked, as were the vegetables. And the aioli sauce was delicious! 😋 The carpaccio and fries were also perfect. Ideal for lunch. Good value for money.

And to top it all off, they don't accept credit cards…it makes you wonder. In short: avoid at all costs!

22/08/2026: Even a simple pizza is complicated! I asked for extra Gorgonzola at the end, to be added after the pizza is cooked, so it would still be nice and creamy and fresh. When I got home, it wasn't Gorgonzola, but chunks of Gorgonzola as hard as concrete blocks, so old they couldn't take it anymore (I work in a cheese shop, so I know what I'm talking about). They might as well not have served it at all and told me it wasn't possible or that they were out of it. Plus, the restaurant reeks of stale tobacco and it's honestly not very clean. How can you expect to be respected if people don't respect themselves or their workplaces? It's a shame! Business is already complicated enough, but if what little remains isn't up to standard, it's no wonder so many businesses are closing down! The restaurant is actually quite nice, still retaining its original character and a small, family-run feel. A neighborhood pizzeria could be a really great place, but the staff seem to have lost their touch. It's disappointing!
