01/12/2024: A very pleasant surprise! The menu is varied with high-quality, homemade products. We had the Rossini hamburger. A real treat. To those who commented that it's expensive for what it is: they should go back to McDonald's. When you don't know what you're talking about, it's best to refrain from commenting. I'm a professional chef, and I can tell you that this is a very good restaurant. The chef(s) are excellent. The setting is lovely, and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. I will gladly return!

21/09/2024: Most unfriendly welcome from gruff manager who told us he was the proprietor. Never met a proprietor in the whole world who couldn’t have cared less no wonder only 12 persons in the restaurant. Wouldn’t let us eat outside because of weather even though we were happy to take risk. Food really poor. Chablis was ok. Service unfriendly and unhelpful in that no attempt to speak Anglais.. We were here as a couple at end of June/early July and it was buzzy and food great. Maybe Autumn arrives very early in Menerbes 20th Sept.

15/09/2024: Wir kennen das Bistro le 5 seit 5 Jahren. Seitdem es einen neuen Besitzer hat (französische Kette?), ist es -mit Ausnahme der Einrichtung und des tollen Blicks- nicht mehr wieder zu erkennen. Die Qualität des Essens ist nur „okay“, für die Preise aber nicht akzeptabel. Ravioli Trüffel waren ungefüllte Nudeln mit viel zu viel Sahnesauce. Das feine, geschmacklich besondere, ist völlig abhanden gekommen. Der Salade César war ein „dahingeklatschtes Ensemble“. Gefragt, wie es uns geschmeckt hat, wurden wir nicht. Das Personal wirkt zusammengewürfelt und nicht der Location angemessen. Außer zu einem Drink auf der Terrasse werden wir dort nicht mehr hingehen. Preis-Leistung für das Essen stimmt nicht.

01/12/2023: Restauration vraiment au top , très bon accueil, service rapide. Cause moto club (MTCN) nous réservons à l'avance pour 12 / 15 personnes. Je recommande.

23/10/2023: Très bon plat du jour : carbonnade et très bon hamburger ardéchois. Très bon thé gourmand, suffisant. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Beau temps pour manger sur la terrasse. Je recommande ++

21/06/2024: Burger met friet, prima bereid maar niks bijzonders. Saus kon ook stoganoff saus zijn. Vriendelijk bediening. De rest op de kaart vonden we niet bijzonder/aantrekkelijk. Prijs t.o.v. de andere chique restaurants in Porto, waren ze aan de prijs.

06/05/2024: Endroit superbe avec une belle vue sur la mer et la tour, équipe très accueillante! La salade Corse est incroyablement bonne! 😍

24/01/2025: Un serveur très sympa à qui j'ai demandé de me changer mon verre qui était sale ! Par contre 4 mecs qui parlaient tellement fort, la salle lançait des regards vers eux: rien ne fut fait! L'hôtesse après lui avoir demandé à plusieurs reprises a décidé que le rappel à l'ordre serait assez 2 fois. Quand avant de partir je lui ai parlé, l'hôtesse m'a envoyé balader !! Une HONTE de ne PAS sanctionner ces 4 mecs juste parce qu'elle ne voulait pas perdre du revenu!! Si l'hôtesse s'était bougée dès le début le son ne serait pas monté si haut!! Je verrai à avoir d'autres sanctions à cette adresse!

17/09/2024: Bon, copieux et service sympa. Que demander de plus pour passer un bon moment ? Je ne peux que recommander ce restaurant en plein centre ville.

24/08/2024: De passage sur Agen pour une nuit nous avons choisis de manger chez Jeannot! Beh nous ne sommes pas déçu, nous avons très bien manger même trop, les plats sont très copieux tellement que nous avons été incapable de tout finir. On a vite compris pourquoi les habitués prenaient un plat pour 2 😋😋😋😋😋

22/08/2024: At 8 p.m. we went to this restaurant to eat. I asked if it was possible to eat, she told me the restaurant was full, come back in 30 minutes I would have tables available. 1/2 of the restaurant was full (only) 35 minutes later we went back. After 10 m waiting in front, with the waitresses walking past us without saying anything. I went to look inside and told him everything. She replied unpleasantly "I'll be there in 5 minutes" after waiting another 20 minutes at the entrance to the restaurant we went to eat elsewhere. So I can't judge the meal or the service, but the welcome was enough for me. We will have been directly told there is no possibility of having you eat this evening we would not have lost more than 1 hour of our evening.

22/08/2024: So, we discovered this place by chance after our bus stop. We sat in the restaurant. Honestly, the terrace is so beautiful, we stayed there all day. So there, the big surprise Was the wood fired pizza, excellent, delicious, succulent. I can say that it was the best pizza of my life. The dough is superb, very crispy. I will not hesitate at all to come back and share it with others. We also tried other small dishes. Hats off to you. The owners are very friendly, very professional and available. Price/quality = 5/5. This place is a real gem. Next time I will not hesitate to book a complete stay. Thank you for this very beautiful day thanks to you.

30/09/2024: -Extremely long service time even though there were no crowds that afternoon. - blue cooking while I ask for rare. - the ravioli casserole arrives cold....
