30/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the waitress informed us that the kitchen was closed. We sat on the terrace, but after waiting for over 10 minutes, no one came to bring us the menu or take our order. When the waitress finally arrived, she asked us what we wanted to order, even though we hadn't received a menu. After we ordered, she told us there were no more desserts because the kitchen was closed and that if we wanted something sweet, we would have to go inside with her to choose at the counter. Once inside, she left us alone without even assisting us or asking us any questions. We were ultimately forced to order directly at the counter, which wasn't what we wanted. Fortunately, another young employee intervened, apologized for the situation, and served us professionally and kindly. The first waitress's lack of organization and attention unfortunately ruined our experience.

30/08/2026: Very bad experience — appalling service We sat on the terrace and wanted to take a look inside to see how the service worked. The waitress rudely told us the dining room was closed, forcing us to leave immediately. After a ten-minute wait, she came to take our order without even bringing us the menus. Another ten minutes passed before she returned, only to tell us, just as we were about to order, that there were no more desserts available. She then suggested we look in the display case inside, but left us completely to our own devices. Another waitress came to ask us why we were there instead of waiting outside... Fortunately, she was more understanding and apologized for her colleague before serving us. The result: we didn't get what we wanted, and we were served with disposable tableware (wooden cups and cutlery), while other customers right next to us received a warm welcome and proper tableware. Between the contemptuous looks, the complete lack of politeness from the start, and the total disorganization, it's unacceptable for a brand like Paul. Avoid it.

07/09/2026: Stopping here can only be due to an unfortunate coincidence. Yes, of course, the menus and drinks are cheap, but where's the quality? Bland dishes, nonexistent flavors, questionable freshness, and the meat's origins are dubious because it's so tasteless. In short, you go there and you definitely don't go back, and when you care about your friends and followers, you feel obligated to spare them such a despicable experience. The only improbable advantage this type of establishment can boast is being open on Sundays while the rest of the country wallows in laziness and blatant disdain for foreigners who arrive in our country on a Sunday!

23/08/2026: I agree with some of the reviews that there is indeed an aftertaste, but it's a lemongrass aftertaste. I wouldn't say it's the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to, but let's just say it does the job.

08/09/2026: This is crap! I asked for a sandwich and a strawberry-raspberry Oasis drink, and they gave me a Coke and a taco.

21/08/2026: Today I ordered a Greek panini for €7.50. When I started eating it, I saw that there were 3 or 4 small pieces of kebab and mozzarella on top of that, plus they didn't put any sauce on it. That means this panini costs 50 cents, no exaggeration. The owner must be rich. It's outrageous!

27/07/2026: Since the blonde girl left, the atmosphere has improved considerably. Special mention to the manager, who gave me a very warm welcome. She's really great and definitely deserves a raise!

25/06/2026: So I don't know where to start, I get my sandwich almost daily and it's always the same, nothing in it, they're all really unpleasant, only one stands out, Aurélie, but the rest are awful, awful, awful, if you don't like your job, change jobs....

14/09/2026: Simple food, full plates but not very tasty. A very pleasant setting, but the restaurant leaves much to be desired...

08/09/2026: Excellent service from the staff! Excellent food! If you're well-behaved, you'll receive a warm welcome and excellent service—what more could you ask for? With young children aged 4 and 6, it was fantastic. They were even able to skip the children's menu and share a perfectly cooked duck breast. Thank you for a lovely evening by the Hérault River.

23/08/2026: Be aware that Starbucks is supposed to open at 9 a.m. on Sundays, but the servers (as usual, since this happens every Sunday) are slumped over a table and never open on time, even though there are many customers waiting outside. Starbucks Saint-Germain, we'll never go across the street again.

19/07/2026: I didn't have the bad experiences some people have. There were four of us, and we ordered four ice creams to go (delicious). Yes, they don't accept credit cards, but it's clearly stated, so there's no point in complaining...

04/07/2026: No credit card and no allergen card! Unfortunately, they are mandatory!

12/08/2026: So yes, we are on the main street of Ribeauvillé, the people are all really very pleasant, but then, once you enter this pastry shop, the atmosphere is immediately gloomy… The owner, or should I say, matron, is really extremely unpleasant, avoid at all costs!

10/08/2026: Terrible service. The waiter didn't even remember the ice cream flavor we ordered and brought us a different one. When he came to clean the table, I politely told him we had already cleaned it. His response was, "That's my job, I'll clean it." A truly unpleasant and completely inappropriate way of speaking to customers. And to top it all off, the glasses were dirty. I almost threw up when I saw the state of the glass. A truly disappointing experience. We will never return.

12/07/2026: I've been going there for over 15 years and I'm very rarely disappointed, and even when there are problems, they are very responsive and fix the issues.

04/09/2026: I have to disagree with other comments regarding this hotel. Yesterday when we were waiting for check-in I started browsing comments here and I got really stressed out that it will be horrible night. I would NEVER sleep in bed with bedbugs, I hate mold etc. Apart from waiting 20+ minutes for check-in I must admit this hotel is nothing as presented in comments - the rooms are clean, sheets are very clean, bathroom has no mold, everything is actually very nice and tidy. Of course the rooms are small and you can hear airplanes but this is budget hotel next to airport, what would you expect? 4,5 stars and would recommend. The only disadvantage was waiting for check-in

04/06/2026: The room is spacious, however, when you turn off the main light, it also turns off the bedside lamps. The bathroom was renovated to erase the design of the old sign, and there were leaks coming from the shower! For a recently renovated bathroom, this is unacceptable!

09/08/2026: We went to pick up an order and when we got home we realized a panini was missing. We called them and guess what? They told us it would take 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive, lol. Like they're not making any effort at all. And on top of that, they kept asking my wife if she was sure the panini was there, like we'd lie for a panini, lol. Now it's 9:42 PM and the delivery still hasn't arrived, even though we called at 7:45 PM. Great evening, then.

05/08/2026: A dry kebab, missing sauces (which I specified as extra when ordering), meat with peppers that wasn't great, cold service (I felt like I was bothering them when I ordered), no feta cheese (which I requested), cold fries, and a rude owner. Don't tell me it was too busy; the kebab was ready in 5 minutes flat and there was no one else around. €15 for 3 extras, 2 of which weren't even there (feta and sauces), is outrageous. Prices are getting higher and higher for increasingly poor quality. I hope the owner changes, and VERY, VERY soon!!!

12/06/2026: Excellent experience at HK Tacos! The portions are very generous, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the service is exceptionally fast. Everything was delicious, well-prepared, and served efficiently. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for generous and tasty fast food.

06/06/2026: Waiting an hour for two tacos is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend it, and to top it all off, the taco was burnt.

16/09/2026: Order placed via the McDo Plus app, delivered by Uber Eats. The bag arrived completely open; the delivery driver himself told me this often happens with this restaurant. An Uber Eats agent confirmed in writing that I would be reimbursed. Two days later, the refund was refused, and I haven't received anything since. I've called several times, gone to the restaurant in person, spoken to the manager, and then to the director: no one could or would resolve the issue (they were nice but unhelpful). More than two weeks later, still no solution. Neither the restaurant nor Uber Eats are taking responsibility. This is deplorable. Do not use McDo Plus with the Gisors McDonald's. Furthermore, there is no way to contact them through the app.

12/09/2026: I ordered the new McDonald's deal three times, but each time I ordered two caramel sundaes and one plain one. The waitress, Emilie, gave me three caramel sundaes! I'm outraged by this because my friend loves caramel and I'm allergic. Of course, I'm not complaining because I don't have time; I have to work. Good night to everyone except Emilie.

11/03/2026: Uber Eats order on Monday evening, March 9th: it made me sick for 24 hours; my toilet and I are not thanking you.
