24/04/2026: Unfriendly service and a very limited selection despite what was advertised. We ordered andouillette, minced steak, and pork loin, but ended up with ham, chicken, and sausage. The waitress didn't know what was available and was unfriendly.

25/06/2026: I ordered a salmon sandwich with the €9 deal, but there was no salmon at all in the sandwich. I'm disgusted.

17/04/2026: After a recent visit to Patapain, I was deeply shocked to learn that your company has still not committed to ending these cruel practices, and this clearly tarnished my customer experience. Knowing that sows can be confined in cages so small they can't even turn around, and that piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing, is unacceptable. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have already made this commitment: when will Patapain take action?

08/11/2025: Shameful! I made a reservation for my birthday, it was confirmed, so I arrived on time and on the day I booked, only to find the restaurant closed. There were no signs, no posts on their Instagram mentioning the closure, especially since the reservation had been confirmed by email and text message. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

27/10/2025: I had reserved a table via the website. Reservation confirmed. We showed up on Sunday, October 26th, and what a surprise. It said "closed." I don't know if it's permanently closed. We had to find another solution. And to top it all off, this morning I received a message asking how my meal went. It's better to laugh about it...

30/12/2025: My first experience and I was very disappointed by the Christmas logs (the Provençal and the Hope). The shop's atmosphere is also poorly designed.

23/09/2026: Everything was perfect, just a shame there weren't more rap tracks, otherwise it was great. And the parking situation is causing a lot of unnecessary hassle for security.

26/07/2026: The security guards are useless; apparently they enjoy women being harassed. The parking lot is completely unsupervised, with guys high on drugs who aren't even customers of the club. We get insulted and spat on because we don't want to talk to them, and in front of everyone, but the guards prefer to violently push us women when we try to defend ourselves rather than intervene. If you want to feel safe, go to Terrazza; there the security guards pay attention to everyone's safety, ESPECIALLY WOMEN'S!

14/07/2026: On July 14th, I went to play the sports lottery. The woman selling the games was very unpleasant to me because she said I needed to turn on the light to scan the QR code. She was talking nonsense. I hope this bar/tobacconist loses a lot of customers.

08/07/2026: One of my worst experiences in Paris. The service was catastrophic, and the bartender treated me in a totally disrespectful way, even going so far as to prevent me from leaving the cafe.

01/10/2026: Unacceptable rudeness. One of the managers is odious, the other barely better. If you have children, steer clear; they are not welcome. Don't bother refilling your water bottle; it's forbidden (even if you're buying something). If your skin tone is darker than average pink, you won't even get a greeting, and your money will be accepted without any thanks.

Surely there are people in Aubusson who have some sense of business. A dog in a bowling alley is treated better. Of course, we didn't buy anything. Goodbye, buddy!

25/09/2026: Excellent place! Homemade food, high-quality dishes. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a really great vibe. You feel comfortable there, whether you're just having a drink or a meal. I highly recommend it!

27/09/2026: First of all, This isn't my first time here, and the service is always just as unpleasant. Every time I go to this Greek takeaway, I feel like I'm bothering them. Their food is good, but the quality of service is a real turn-off. I ordered takeout, asked them to heat it up, and of course, it was cold, practically frozen. If you're looking to have a good time and not have to worry about anything, don't go. Prepare to leave more tired than when you arrived.

16/09/2026: I came just for the milkshake coffee, but it was more like a melted slushie than anything else. Many tables were dirty even though there were hardly any people there (6 pm).

11/09/2026: The bins aren't emptied right at the entrance, it makes you want to go inside.

15/09/2026: We went there on Monday morning, September 14th, for coffee and pastries (the four of us). We were just passing through, and Brioche Dorée was a benchmark for us… The coffee was disgustingly awful and, above all, overpriced for what it was. The staff consisted of two women who could barely tolerate each other from three meters apart. One was stuck at the till, even when she wasn't doing anything, while the other was "preparing" orders with a smile that should have stayed home. A truly disappointing place for the name it bears. Perhaps she should change jobs? Something to think about.

10/09/2026: But how can anyone pass the recruitment stage at Brioche Dorée? Your saleswomen are all saleswomen (no smiles, always on their phones, and no advice whatsoever). Not to mention the lack of cleanliness! (The store is next to Starbucks.) But the other shop isn't any better in terms of customer service!

31/08/2026: McDonald's in Argentan, very good, warm welcome, and the quality-price ratio is excellent. I ate there with my son.

30/08/2026: We were surprised to see that the ice cream on the €5 menu had shrunk considerably… Disappointing service, orders NEVER correct. There are always missing items, forgotten sauces, upside-down sandwiches, fries barely half full, etc…
