26/08/2026: Hello, I recently received a gift box worth €100 as a wedding present when I made my reservation. I added €20 for drinks. I went to eat on August 6th, my birthday, very excited and delighted, but very disappointed when I arrived. The terrace hadn't been swept, and the table and dining room were still the same as the day before. From the menu, I chose sea bass. My husband's was overcooked. Mine was undercooked. As for dessert, the waiter came to tell us they were out. Unfortunately, the two remaining desserts were unsuitable. As for the drinks, I was told it wasn't included in my agreement, even though it was. We asked for a carafe of water with hot water when I should have each had a glass of champagne. We got up from the table and left, so disappointed. Since that day, I've called three times, demanding at least a refund of the €20 I didn't drink. There needs to be some kind of compensation for this disastrous meal. I'm still waiting for a response today. I'm very disappointed, especially considering the gourmet restaurant I was given as a wedding gift.

13/08/2026: Total simplicity. Excellent value for money. Simple selection. The sea bass fillet was excellent. The welcome and service were pleasant. I'm giving it 4 stars for the atmosphere because we would have liked to enjoy the terrace... But we will definitely be back!

25/07/2026: It's never pleasant to leave a negative review for a business... but still, there are limits to disrespect. This so-called pear, almond, and chocolate tart is a 'f***ing disgrace,' as Didier would say. No taste of chocolate, no taste of almond, and certainly no taste of pear. Maybe a hint of sugar, but even that's debatable. Sure, the service was friendly. But given the choice, we'd rather be greeted by a shrew and leave with an edible pastry. I gave mine to the pigeons.

02/06/2026: Slow service, very sour food, and seemingly dirty. You get better Lebanese food for cheaper elsewhere.

25/05/2026: Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Small counter within the marché that serves reasonably priced Lebanese food. The owner (?) with the mustache is very friendly and welcoming. Ordered the sandwich special with chiche kebab - perfect size, delicious, and came with a homemade strawberry drink. Excellent value for a joint in Paris!

20/06/2026: The bald guy at the grocery store or restaurant entrance was very unpleasant. We arrived around 5:15 PM. The restaurant was open, no one was there. I went to the restroom and washed my hands, and my girlfriend told me it was closed. He then said, "Can't you see it's closed?" and called me rude, even though his door was open. He even told us not to come here, not to eat here again tonight—unheard of! And when I looked it up online, it said the restaurant opens at 5 PM, so it was definitely open.

12/07/2026: The Courtepaille does not exist

01/05/2026: Delighted to return to Courtepaille, but what a disappointment. It wasn't good at all. The ratatouille was a joke in name only; it was so watery and practically devoid of any vegetable pieces that it should have been served with a spoon. I thought I was playing it safe by choosing the flan for dessert... tasteless, disgusting crust, and served warm! @_@

31/08/2026: A customer for 20 years. I only go back occasionally. Since they stopped baking the products on-site, the quality has been deplorable. They tell us the breads are different because of the organic flour, that the rolls travel well… Never a good mood, never a smile. Today, passing by the bakery, I thought I'd get a baguette; normally, it shouldn't have changed. I felt like going back and throwing it on the counter. It tasted like day-old bread. And at €1.30… The pastries are tiny. You can save yourself a reply. I won't be back. I'm writing this message simply to warn other customers. In each of your responses, you come up with some flimsy explanation to absolve yourselves. But strangely enough, customer comments always point in the same direction. Especially if I look at those from the last few months.

21/08/2026: I was disappointed with the service at this bakery. There are several waitresses, including one named Céline, if I'm not mistaken. I found her attitude really unpleasant: she rarely smiled, wasn't very welcoming, and her way of serving clearly gave the impression of being a nuisance. It's frankly unpleasant to come to the bakery when she's there. In fact, I found the atmosphere much more pleasant during the three weeks she was on vacation. On the other hand, a special mention goes to Jessica, the blonde waitress: she's absolutely fantastic! Always smiling, welcoming, and pleasant with customers. So friendly! It makes all the difference. It's a shame the experience can vary so much depending on who's behind the counter.

07/07/2026: Completely unfriendly, didn't say a word or even smile. As for the meal, the fries weren't good, and neither was the hamburger. Everything needs improvement.

06/07/2026: I'm still looking for a chip shop in the Audomarois region that actually makes good fries. The bread isn't good, the fries are a disaster. The atmosphere? As pleasant as a cemetery. And bring your own bags for transport, good luck figuring it out. 2/5... As for the caravan, but that's all there is to see from a distance...

29/09/2026: I went there with my family for dinner, and my advice is to find another restaurant. The food was so good, I'd say the chef tried, but that's about it. I had pasta with eggplant, which was unrecognizable as eggplant. It was extremely greasy and didn't taste fresh at all. The kids' pizza was completely burnt on one side; they could have done better. But what I found outrageous was the opaque menu. Drinks are only listed by the 0.3l portion. When ordering, the waiter only asks for small, medium, or large. Just so you know, 0.3l is small. Nine euros for a medium-sized iced tea is outrageous, especially since the glass was full of ice cubes. They could have easily subtracted another 0.1l from the actual drink volume if it was only 0.5l. The same size orange juice (still) cost 14 euros. Sorry, I'm speechless except for the outrageousness. Then the waiter got into a fight with a guest at the next table, which is none of my business, not my problem. Then the waiter complained to me that the French are nothing but trouble. After ordering my drinks, I had to ask twice, and I also had to be reminded twice when paying. The restrooms were poorly maintained; empty pizza boxes were piled up in the anteroom. Despite this restaurant fiasco, the waiter still expected a tip. But there was none, at least not from me. As I was leaving, I said goodbye politely, but the waiter pointedly looked away, showing a complete lack of courtesy. With a bill of over €100 for two children's meals and two adult meals of this quality, my only advice is: if you want to eat in Paris, find another restaurant.

01/04/2026: The service was frankly appalling; barely a hello, and the saleswoman was incredibly unfriendly. The sandwiches were practically thrown into your pocket. The atmosphere in the shop was frightening.

04/09/2026: Great restaurant, I often eat lunch there. I'm in training nearby, and the spring rolls are excellent quality.

15/08/2026: First time I've ever seen beef and cheese skewers without beef! The quality is poor for the price. €11 for 5 beef and cheese skewers without beef, plus 4 spoonfuls of white rice and 3 sips of soup! Outrageous!
