06/06/2026: The hotel itself is okay. Parking is available on-site, and it's located just outside Paris. Unfortunately, the facilities leave much to be desired. The rooms don't have hairdryers, you only get one towel, and the staff is completely incompetent and unfriendly. No English, no effort whatsoever! When I asked if I could get a hairdryer, I was told late at night that one would be available the next morning. But nothing was there. No attempt was made to find a solution, just unfriendly dismissals. A real disaster!

03/06/2026: As for me, I arrived very late so I didn't really have a choice of rooms, there was no lighting in the bathroom.

10/08/2026: Tonight, I had dinner at a friend's house who felt completely ripped off by your establishment and your practices. It's a real shame, because until now I had a very good impression of this restaurant. A particularly disappointing experience, especially considering how things were handled. When you go to a restaurant, you expect transparency and a minimum of respect for the customer. Here, unfortunately, that was clearly not the case. I'm leaving with a completely different impression of the establishment and I don't plan to return.

21/09/2026: The fries arrived cold, even though other customers had just returned theirs for the same reason (it didn't occur to the kitchen staff that the batch was cold). The other items in the order were lukewarm. Avoid this place or wait for a competent manager to improve things.

17/09/2026: We arrived for coffee at 9:15 am and waved because the front door was closed. The man who opened it was extremely unpleasant. We told him we wanted a coffee, and his response was neither courteous nor professional, bordering on aggressive (you can use the self-service kiosk, otherwise wait for my colleague). The colleague arrived no better, not a smile, a forced greeting, and she repeated that we had the kiosk available (we were the only two customers in the store). She finally served us. Our coffees ended up in the sink, scalding hot and undrinkable. Anyway, they're just coffees. I can't recall ever being treated like that in a store. It's not the end of the world, but these people should find another line of work.

21/07/2026: I stopped in to charge my phone and have a cocktail. Everything went great.

12/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! I bought €25 worth of tobacco and was refused access to the toilets because "tobacco is for takeaway only."

05/09/2026: Hello. The store is dirty, poorly organized, and the friendly staff don't stay. Currently, the employees are unpleasant, and the cleanliness is nonexistent.

04/08/2026: The shop was dirty, but the bread and other products were of good quality. Kudos to the bakery manager. However, the sales area left much to be desired. It was dirty, and the staff weren't well-groomed.

12/09/2026: Excellent service, the new manager is efficient and friendly. I will gladly return to this bakery!

05/09/2026: I have to admit, things are getting worse and worse at this bakery! I politely pointed out to the cashier while placing my order that a pigeon was wandering around the shop (leaving droppings in its wake), and he told me it was a regular... I noticed that the sugar buns were covered in bees, calmly foraging all over the place, so while I'm definitely in favor of animal welfare, I'm especially in favor of hygiene standards. I still bought a cookie, but it was so hard and dry that it was literally inedible. What a waste, considering the price! Disappointing! I understand the other negative reviews from the past few months much better now.

02/03/2026: We ordered several pizzas to take away. When we got home, we noticed that one of them (the seafood pizza) smelled extremely strong. We tried to taste it and realized there was a serious freshness issue. The place reeked of low tide. We went back, politely (and with a smile) explaining that there must have been a problem. The waiter replied, "I doubt it." The owner arrived, displaying astonishing bad faith, and insisted he couldn't smell anything. He sent the pizza back to the kitchen, making faces that clearly showed he was mocking us. The waiter said, "You know, tastes vary. If you don't like mussels, you might find it smells strange." To which we replied that if we didn't like them, we wouldn't have ordered it. And tastes vary, so it doesn't usually apply to spoiled food. In short, no apologies, just contempt and arrogance. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but having such a condescending attitude when selling fish that isn't fresh deserves to be called out. PS: The smell permeated my clothes and my car, which I had to scrub with Sanytol…

09/08/2026: A complete disgrace! I think even our children eat better quality food at the school cafeteria. Disgusting gizzard salad served with rice (?!) Chicken curry without chicken served with rice, defrosted beef bourguignon served with rice. The only thing made in the kitchen is the rice! As for the pizzas… defrosting a frozen Lidl pizza would have been better! Not made on-site and, above all, without warning. A lemon slice? 50 cents extra (and without even telling the customer!) Apart from the view, the location, and the poor waitress, everything is rubbish!

06/08/2026: Don't go there. The food is frozen and EXPENSIVE. They boast about cooking French food, but you have to wonder if they even have a kitchen other than the microwaves they use to "enhance" the dishes. A little oil on a Picard pizza doesn't justify calling it a "restaurant." Do something else with your lunch; the region is beautiful.

12/08/2026: The wait time was far too long; the pizza maker continued to take orders even though he had run out of ingredients.

15/07/2026: Pizzas are getting more and more expensive, but unfortunately not better; quite the opposite. 😢

10/08/2026: I have passed by several times at night but the machine is always out of service at night, even though it is marked 24/7.

01/05/2026: The pizzas are truly delicious. We've never been disappointed; on the contrary, we've been very surprised by the quality of the pizzas from a vending machine. Thank you to the pizza maker. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. For our part, we thoroughly enjoyed them.

29/09/2026: Order placed at the kiosk at 6:14 PM, payment taken at 6:31 PM, and finally at 6:57 PM, the order arrived after an unusually long wait. Unfortunately, three ice creams were missing, extending the wait until 7:04 PM... Back home, all the sauces (included and paid for) were missing. For a Big Mac with only one patty, maybe I should have ordered a new Big Mac? Strange, I didn't see the ad! ...Three Coca-Colas, one of which was sugar-free, were served, along with three regular Cokes... A disastrous Saturday night meal...

19/09/2026: I am very disappointed with my Uber Eats order placed today, Saturday, September 19th. I had the unpleasant surprise of finding a hair in the middle of my large fries. This is an unacceptable lack of hygiene for a business like yours. Please ensure you adhere to basic health and safety standards and monitor your food preparation.
